BEFORE WE HAD BARS IN FRONT OF OUR WINDOWS EVERYONE THOUGHT WE WERE CLOSED DOWN! LOOKED VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS, RECENTLY WE HAD THE SHUTTERS INSTALLED AND ITS GIVEN OUR STORE AN ENTIRE NEW LOOK! IT OPENED UP THE STORE AND GIVEN IT AN ENTIRE NEW LOOK! GREAT JOB GUYS WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

I have used this company twice once in 2011 and 2013. They are professional and very easy to work with. They have a quality product and many colors to choose from. Work and price as promised. They came in did the work and left. Would definately recommend.

Extremely bad .. if you need a guy to took your money for nothing just call them they charge me $295 to fix my store shuttle and it dint fix when i called him he give me all kind excuses and he got rude, and i knew he was just wanna take the money not a professional at all he hangup in my face 3 time when im trying to to tell him to give me the money back and was just a jerk !! noone call him unless you wanna throw your money away !! then i called another guy he fixed it for just $90!!! he is non trust worthy guy sadly !!

The original Sompy motor on my retractable awning died after five years and I looked around for another motor that would be more powerful, less expensive, and that carried the same five year warranty. I found Europe Security Rolling Shutters on eBay, called them, and ordered a motor from them. I have a 19 awning. The motor fits into the end of it and works to roll up the awning. To engage the motor the correct crown and correct drive: are needed. When the motor arrived the crown and drive were different.This is where I experienced how good Ovi and Stepan are, how helpful. It took a while to finally get the correct crown and drive for my new motor, and they never gave up, even when I was about to. We tried several patterns, each new one having to be manufactured from scratch; all the while they covered the postage as we experimented with these crowns and drives. And Ovi and Stepan were always polite and easy to work with. Now I do have the correct crown and drive and the motor works perfectly. They also began the warranty from the day that the correct crown and drive arrived. They worked with me over the phone to help me set the adjustment on the motor.My sense is that this experience was a learning curve for them as well, and that they will be able to help new customers even more based on that experience.Time will tell in terms of how the motor will continue to perform, but my sense is that if there is a problem within the five year warranty, Ovi and Stepan will be there to help sort it out and will stand behind the warranty.I recommend that if you are in the market for the products they offer, that you give them a try. They work with you. I was impressed.
