I was told it would take 3 days to fix my car which would be on a Friday, the third day I received no calls so I called to check the status, I kept being put on hold & told I would receive a call back. FINALLY right before closing I received a call that my car was done & on its way to wash, I said I would pick it up between 2&2:30 because it was late. When I get there at 2 Im told my car isnt ready & Id have to wait & hour & a half or pick up Monday... WHOSE GONNA PAY FOR THOSE EXTRA DAYS OF RENTAL??? SO I have to wait because I need MY car to drive out of town TODAY!! NEVER AGAIN

I had a great time with the two ladies that where there when I visited was getting some minor scratches and dings buffed out and while I waited there was a nice waiting area and the two girls were a great pleasure to converse with such an enjoyable experience instead of being all alone in a waiting area

Jerry was awesome helped with the claim and did more than he had to, the work was excellent!!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. If youre hoping to get your car back in the amount of time it would take a professional shop, multiply that by 2 or 3. If youre hoping to get updates on your car, youll never hear from them. If you in any way want professional or organized service, you will not find it here. I hope you arent told 2 more days or we dont know for weeks when asking for the status of your car after the original pick up date had passed weeks earlier. I will not be returning.

Brought my SUV to this place only because it was recommended by my insurance company. It was only suppose to be a 5 day repair, but due to their lack of communication and judgement it has now turned into a 2 week repair because they had “found some hidden damages”. Should have and could have found a phone and told me that I wouldn’t have a my car by said date. Fortunately, the work done was impeccable despite the lack of communication, this place is great. The staff is friendly and easy to work with.

If I could give negative stars I would. I never ever do these things but this place is a joke! My Husband got hit by a snow plow and took his car here to get his car repaired. Nothing to major, just driver side door and front left fender was hit. They did such a horrible job it is actually comical that they think they fixed anything. His driver side door panel is completely loose, along with the power window control panel on the driver side door. The window squeaks when you open or close it. When he turns the front left tire squeals. NONE of this did this prior to his accident. NONE! Not to mention when he got his car back it was filthy, the battery was practically dead and the paint they JUST REPAIRED is already chipping. When he called them to let them know what an awful job they did, Stephanie i believe which is supposed to be the manager here gave him nothing but an attitude and had an excuse for every single thing wrong before he even got the words out of his mouth. Our insurance company cant even get through to these people without getting attitudes! There customer service is so unprofessional, I would be so mortified to be in charge of this place. The only person I spoke to myself that was decent was Brad who worked in the shop. This happened with in the last month and we will get this car fixed and they will be held accountable for their crappy service and I will not leave this alone until this is resolved to MY HUSBANDS satisfaction. He came there to fix a problem and give them business and left with more problems then he had to begin with. They sure wont help us out but I bet they took that insurance check just fine. I will be contacting the BBB as well. DO NOT GO HERE! If you do take pictures of every inch of your vehicle prior so they cant blame their mistakes on their customers!!!!!!

Ganley made my entire repair experience simple and worry free - everything from scheduling, rental car, and payment. Plus everyone was very nice! I hope I dont have to go back here again anytime soon (knock on wood) but if I do, I know my vehicle and I will be taken care of!

Brought my Subaru WRX for a repair through my insurance and had an amazing job done! I was welcomed very nicely and asked if i needed anything. They explained to me the process and whats going to happen. showed me the the main damage and my other scuffs my car had. Through the whole process i received updates on whats going on with the car and what needed to be replaced after the inspection. The staff was professional and did a great job on the car. I recived my car fixed and shiney on the day they promised. Overall great experience and great staff. Shoutout to enterprise for giving me good rental car without issues. Definitely will go back there if needed(hope not lol).

Did a great job on Body work and bumper. You cannot even tell it was repainted.

Done a great job within a reasonable amount of time & the Staff is very friendly & helpful.

Took my car in it had almost a full tank of gas and only 280 miles.. 2 weeks later got it back below empty with over 400 miles on it. Plus the trim pieces fell off!!! I would not recommend my worst enemy to this shop.

People carry an attitude at this establishment not recommended.

They should paint the drip molding of my Mercede Benz E550, but it was completely terrible. The paint doesn’t match the body’s color. Also there are a lot of bubbles on the surface. I would not recommended.

Fixed my car runs great

My car needed the passenger front door replaced! I am on 3 weeks of it being in the shop. The wrong door got ordered and have been waiting for a tiny part from a shop 15 minutes away for 4 days!!! Don’t go here if you want your car back in a timely manner. Also they are terrible on giving updates. I have been the one to call every time with questions. Even with money insurance sent me instead of them. I called them to pay. Terrible service.

My car was towed here after it was hit while parked. They kept my Hyundai Sonata for 3 weeks because it was difficult to find junk yard parts. My car still doesnt run correctly. Dont recommend.
