We’ve used Parma Autoworks for both mine and my husbands cars numerous times over the last few years. Always does great work, fair prices, and an honest mechanic. We’ve never had any issues and he is always an honest mechanic. We appreciate that especially when we’ve had past mechanics not be honest and charge ridiculous amounts. Highly recommend!

Roger was very helpful in explaining everything and was very timely. I brought him my car a day early and he did the work before it was expected to be done. By far the most fairly priced shop i have ever been to. Will definitely return to the shop when i need more work done.

Good place if youre looking for honest mechanics Very friendly...& they looks like They stay busy as well and that also shows he is a good Mechanic ..was able to help me out with my car Whos told I needed all new shocks all the way around bring it to him for a second opinion and only come to find out that I need to back shocks saved me a lot of money! Always great service brought my car there thinking I needed work on my (wheel bearings) but found out it was my back tires, got a nice deal on tires mounted and rotated and was back on the road driving... excellent communication and detailed in explaining to us..

Havent been here for a few years. Great honest workers, but only criticism is that their hours are limited, and would be better if they were open on weekends. I live on the East side, and have a hard time getting out their during their normal business hours.

Have to agree with the rest of the customers. He is all about quality work. Ive had other machanics assume my problems were worse than they actualy were. Roger has always minized my problems to exactly what they were and at a reasonable price. I wouldnt go anywhere else. A trust worthy machanic is hard to find.
