Yes, this is my second review in the matter of a week! After I had my car fixed, one of my daughter’s car got broken into, and I thought, let me call the best place in town. I called them at 7:30am, the day before thanksgiving, and they fixed it in two hours for an extremely affordable price. They are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Eric is so genuine, honest and helpful. I truly had the best experience getting my car repaired here. I am not knowledgeable when it comes to car repair so I double check things with my brother before I prove them. Many times my brother has some critiques or tells me someone might be slipping in an extra charge. Not with Eric though. This guy is a stand up professional who is good at what he does. He explained things thoroughly and did what was needed without throwing in “extras” to charge me more. He was also helpful when it came to arranging and figuring out my rental car situation. I cannot say enough good things about this business.

Your neighborhood garageI enjoy the convenience of having an auto repair shop around the corner from were I live. First time I had an oil change. Last visit punctured tire that I dropped off. When I picked it up they mounted it for me, topped off the air in all tires including the spare. Saved me from having to mount the tire in sloppy snow. Thanks guys.

I was referred from a Shaker community site and I was told by so many that this auto body shop was excellent. I have to tell you they were right!!! This shop fixed in the number of days he said he would and did it so very well. He pointed out other things on my car that I should address in the coming future. Something else that was really impressed me is that the amount of money that I paid to fix TWO things on my car with him was less than cost was told to fix one part at 5 other locations. They were professional, kind, and experts at what they do there. I highly highly highly recommend them.

My car was broken into and back window broken. I called multiple auto body shops for quotes. Eric was the friendliest person I spoke too and worked diligently with me for a affordability. I wish I could give them 6 stars. They went far above and beyond your average auto repair shop. I was pretty sure my battery was completely dead as I couldnt get it jumped using another car+cables. But, they had me borrow a jumper box to try and get it started/bring it in. This worked and I was able to get my car to the shop. It turned out they were able to get my battery charged and working again so I didnt need a new one. Even with all of the current Covid complications I was able to get my car in and out within the span of a few hours same day. I would definitely recommend Shaker Quality Auto Body to anyone in the area!

Shaker Quality is the only automotive shop that we use. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you understand what is needed to fix your car without costing an arm and a leg. I had body work done on my car there recently when my bumper got damaged. I had taken it there before for body work as well. Both times they did an excellent job and they were super friendly, helpful and professional. My only complaint is with the towing service they have listed on their website, Kufner towing (I had the car towed in this time). The guy from kufner who answered the phone was very rude and very unprofessional. The gentleman who actually towed the car, however, was very friendly and professional.

Ive been to Shaker Quality twice and have been very impressed both times. The first time I was having transmission issues and Bill was extremely helpful and honest. He fixed everything necessary for a competitive price. When I went in to get my car, I noticed it was still making an odd noise and brought it back. Unrelated to the original issue, he found a loose screw and replaced it for free as I waited. The second time I brought my car in, Paul identified the problem and found a used part available to bring my cost as low as possible. Unfortunately the part didnt come in time (but not because of Shaker) before I was going to be out of town for a while, so I didnt have any work done. However, they took my door panel off to diagnose the problem and replaced the panel. I canceled the request for the part and wasnt charged anything. I wont be in Cleveland much anymore as Im moving but I will be sure to recommend this shop to all my CLE friends! I trust everyone here to give me reasonable prices alongside excellent, time-efficient work.

Bill was very thorough and polite discussing the repair estimate. He gave less expensive repair options too. His mechanic even repaired the rusted hood latch while inspecting the car.

These men are criminals. I lived right next door to them for two years, and witnessed first hand how SLIMY they all are. I parked my car in their lot about 3-4 times over the span of 2 years, admittedly due to convenience. Sometimes for a few hours, other times overnight. The 4th time, instead of calling a tow truck on me, the front desk man (Bill) SMASHED my widows in and HAMMERED my side mirrors off to “teach me a lesson”. I was a Case Western female student who lived alone, and I was TERRIFIED that a man could do something so boldly aggressive and intimidating ON THE JOB. He admitted it to me, and he thought it was funny. The owner offered to repair my car free of charge (I didn’t accept because I wanted to press charges) but there were no repercussions for Bill’s disgusting actions. There were witnesses, AND it was caught on the cameras of nearby shops, but “vandalism” is too small of a case for the Cleveland prosecutors to take on, so they told me I’d have better luck in small claims court. I didn’t pursue that, because I had too much on my plate with grad school and I honestly felt defeated. I was scared to leave my house for weeks. I’m sure karma will get Bill eventually, but I hope this place goes out of business. Bill Gardner is a monster.

Ive owned a lot of cars over the years and gone to a lot of shops and dealerships, but Ive never trusted anyone like I do Eric and the crew at Shaker Quality Auto. They do excellent work, communicate very straightforwardly and honestly, and Im happy to recommend them for any type of auto work.Ive been using them for almost 6 years now, and they have never failed to impress me.Plus, Eric does a lot to support our neighborhood and the many cool events and things happening here!

I trust this shop. They have kept my Fusion running smoothly last 134K and do work on my Sportage. The quotes are fair and the work is good. The wont do anything unnecessary. Bill is great.

Good work at affordable prices, and they dont bombard you with a bunch of upsell repairs that arent really necessary yet. My job ended up taking two days, but they still made sure I had a running car at the end of the first day so that we wouldnt be without a car overnight. The only downside is the location has limited parking, but its also an upside since they are right by things to do in Larchmere, Shaker Square, and the rapid stop, so youre not stranded at the mechanics while they work on your car.

Ive had significant body work done here and theyve stood behind it and made very good any deficiencies. I will continue to patronize them and recommend them.

I was in Cleveland on the last stop of a road trip. The night before I planned to drive back to Chicago, my Check Engine light turned on. I was luckily staying right next door to Shaker Quality Auto Body. I went there right at 8am and pleaded my case. Despite them having a busy day and full set of client folders laid out on the counter- they took care of me right away. They replaced my air intake hose that had broken and let me know too that I had a bad rear tire baring- it was nothing urgent but I should get it checked out asap once I was home. Needless to day, they saved the day, didnt charge me for repairs I didnt need right then and there and I was able to get home safe (and on time) to Chicago. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Cleveland area!

HORRIBLE PLACE. I’ve had poor service any time I’ve gone. I’ve heard they’re rude and racist. And after I heard they terrorized a young college student and internationally damaged her car, it confirmed my suspicious about this place. Needs to be shut down!!
