NAPA Auto Parts has great cordial staff and good rates. I bought new wiper blades for my car and Nick was nice enough to help me get the best deal and also helped me place the wipers. Will definitely visit again for any other auto equipment! Highly recommend

Great experience, Bill was the guy that helped me out. I would say he spent at least 45 minutes researching fittings and parts I can retrofit for my 94 e150 cooling and heating system. Very professional, and he is honestly the best example of customer care and hard work and dedication. Because of Bill I will shop NAPA more often!!!!!

I think that the low life scum thief I dealt with thinks should should realize that he is a scam artist at the counter no way were his prices normal been a customer for years never have I ran into such a SC bag

The part I needed was double the price

I paid cash for $400.00 worth of brake parts. There was a $130.00 core on the calipers. I brought my old calipers back the next day and was told that they didn’t have the cash to pay me. The employee told me that he could maybe get me the money the next day. I drove to two other NAPA stores and was turned away for the same reason. Completely unacceptable service from a Store the size of Napa.

More knowledgeable staff than advanced or autozone

I have a Napa battery with a 65 month warranty. Since the winter time we have had trouble with this battery and have consistently had to jump the battery. If the car sits for even a day without starting the battery wont start. Weve had the car checked for the alternator and all around and have been told each time that its the battery that is the problem.Took the battery to the store, with the receipt showing the 65 month warranty and they refused to exchange the battery. They are refusing to honor the warranty, even with the receipt??I have written them emails and they do not respond.Do NOT buy anything from NAPA, they do not give a crap about their customers. They are thieves.
