The above business failed to deliver the part that I paid the deposit for in the condition that they promised and when I asked for my money back they also refused to do so.In short, I gave them a deposit as a promise to come back and purchase the part after they took it off the car. Their promise was to deliver this item undamaged, which they failed to do. Ive never taken possession of this item, the item was in their possession the entire time, therefore Im not responsible for the damages.Their disclaimer NO CASH REFUNDS, PARTS EXCHANGE ONLY is not valid in this case, Ive never received the part to begin with.Their solution to resolve the problem was for me to pay the rest of the amount and get the damaged part or leave the deposit there and hit the road empty handed.Currently they laughed at me and kept my money!

Just when You dont think This place has a part I made one phone call & one Trip & Id recommend calling & looking up their Website Ive Bought parts from here & Im glad I did!

I ordered a part from them July 29th,2016 over the phone here it is Aug 3rd,2016 n still no part. First time going into the store was today they have a sign no refund but since I ordered over the phone I couldnt see that n its not on the receipt they sent to me. I went in to get my money back and they told me that I couldnt I ask why not and he went on to say about the sign with a no refund they are scam artists my parts cost $25 apiece they charge me and extra $50 they had to order them from another parts store I called that parts store and the guy told me he charge them 25 a piece for both parts and he dont know why theyre charging an extra 50 he said they railroaded me and that I should contact someone and let them know whats going on with this parts store
