My experience with global auto body has not been the greatest. I originally sent my car back in February of 2017 to have my tiny sports car ( 1991 nissan 300zx ) to be painted from red to a pearl orange. There was no major body work that had to be done nor was there any rust on the car. I paid them $4500 up front in cash to paint ONLY the outside of the car and door jams, the $4500 price did NOT include my engine bay. I was told this job would take at most two weeks because they had very little work at that time, long story short it ended up taking 8 weeks for them to finish because they were taking insurance work in between my car ( i personally stopped in there 4 different times to see progress over the course of almost two months and most times there was 0 progress ). After i received my car back i had it shipped to Cincinnati to have the motor built and other performance work completed. I received my car back mid June of 2017 from my mechanic and was informed by my mechanic down there of some very lazy prep work that global auto body had done. I took my car back to Global mid june 2017 to have the poor prep work addressed and they assured me they would take care of it and it would only take a few days, fast forward 3 weeks later i get my car back and they said all the issues were taken care of. I got my car back beginning of july and drove the car for approximately 3 months before storing it from Mid october 2017 to may of 2018. May of 2018 rolls around i pull the car out from storage to have my interior redone and after i received my car back from upholstery( memorial day weekend 2018 ) i was informed by the gentlman who did re did my interior of even more lazy prep work from global autobody which i have pictured above. They painted my car with the bumper on it and failed to take out two tiny screws and paint where the blinker lights are ( picture 1 above ), same thing with the carbon fiber inserts on the front bumper (PIcture 2 ), they just taped around it, they did a terrible job of putting my front bumper on ( picture 3 ), there is a hard tape line on the rear quarter panel just beneath the hatch ( Picture 4 ), the molding on my driver side window was jacked up ( picture 5 ), Sloppy taping on my side view mirror which resulted in paint on the glass (picture 6) missing clear coat on my side view mirror ( picture 7 ), i took my car back to global june 1 this year since the the job was not done properly and they CLAIM they GUARANTEE their work, i spoke with Rania initially who is the WIFE OF THE GENTLEMAN i originally dealt with back in February 2017. She told me to bring the car in person so she could check it out, i arrived to global auto body later that day friday june 1 where Rania and the new shop manger inspected the car and all 3 of us agreed that the work was done lazy and not proper, Rania then had who she told me was a new owner come look at the work ( middle age white gentlman shorter appeared to be irish ) he agreed alot of the prep work was done lazily and poorly, he took down my phone number and email and said he will get back to me because they want to make it right . 2 week pass and i hear nothing from them so i decide to stop back up and see what is going on, Rania, the shop manger, and New owner are all there and pull me inside the working area of the shop away from the other customers in the waiting area. They then tell me they are not willing to fix these mistakes which should of been done properly in the first place. All 3 of them tried to tell me that they are under new management, ( Rania is the wife of the gentlman who owned global and who i made the deal with back in February of 2017, and regardless if the shop is truly under new management/ownership when you purchase a business you inherit the good and the bad that come along with it, My car was painted 1 year ago, i drove it 400 miles over the course of 3 months and took my car back to have this poor prep work fixed but was denied because i was told the shop is under new management .

Had body work done by them and they were done so quickly. They had the car done within a week. They handled everything for me. All I had to do was sign some papers. I found this auto body shop while I was searching for a good place to get the scratches off of my Jeep. I wanted to go somewhere that was family-run and customer oriented. Im so glad I made the decision to come to Global Auto because as soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed and appreciated. For real, hands down the best body shop in the area. The staff is very knowledgeable about what they do and they found me discounted upgrades. Talk to Sarah about anything you want to do while your car while it is in the shop and she has no problem ordering for you and theyll get it done while the fix the damage. They also have a automotive shop up the street so if you need to fix something else while youve got it in, they can send it there and they know what their doing better then any shop Ive ever been to. Thanks again guys for putting my faith back into those who service and upkeep my vehicles. Highly recommended. My insurance sent me there saying that they have a 4.6 out of 5 rating and if I could I would give it a 10 out of 5 cause theyre the best around.

Wow! I dont even know where to begin! From start to finish the service was great. The employees at the front desk were nothing short of great. They were fast working with my insurance, and fast arranging a rental car. The work was very fast and when I picked my car up, it looked brand new. I almost didnt recognize my own car. Theyve definitely found a customer for life.

Would never go here for body work or mechanic work. Paint job had dust and parting in it. Replacement bumper has ripples in it. Seem to be just chasing what the insurance companies write up for an estimate. I noticed a shake from front end after accident mechanic said it was uneven wear, Wrong busted belt. Only thing Id recommend using this company for is the car detailing crew..

I needed a mirror replaced on my car and, being new to Cleveland I asked around.....everyone said to go to Global. I am so glad I did. Extremely great service all the way around. I had taken my Rav 4 in to get the front bumper replaced/painted along with some repairs to the hood and it looks better than ever. Even with 3 stage paint they were able to blend everything perfectly. They even washed and detailed my car as well. Highly recommend Global Auto Body for any auto repair needs.

Needed some dents and scratches repaired on a leased Cadillac before turn in. The leasing company wanted to price gouge me on the work, so I took my car to Global instead. Emad and his staff made my car look like new, for nearly half the price! This place has everything you could want when it comes time to deal with the headache of auto repair. Global offers high quality work at a fair price. Getting fast, friendly service from a locally owned business is icing on the cake. I will surly come back to Global for my next auto repair project.

I just picked up my 2013 Toyota Corolla after it had an argument with a wheelbarrow loaded with cement and lost. Global Auto did a fantastic job buffing and where that was inadequate repainting it; making the car look better than when I purchased it. The job took less time than I thought and I was advised as to how to treat the paint job for the next 30 days. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the price was very fair. I would use them again (hopefully I wont have any more accidents) and would highly recommend them.

Called Global on a recommendation from a friend who had work done after I rear-ended someone with my 99 Accord and needed several large body parts replaced out of pocket. The folks at Global were willing to work using parts I supplied, and got the job done quickly and well at a reasonable price. I had shopped around the Cleveland area and the only other shop that did a reasonably thorough estimate for the work required would have cost me a great deal more. This is a place where you can get the work you need done without having to worry about the shop trying to sell you repairs you dont need. I take my car there to fix some rust by the rear tire they told me they are going to cut out all the rust and replace it with metalThree months after the repair the rust come back they told me when they give me an estimate my car is going to be rust free for a year the reason the rust come back is because they didnt cut any of the metal out they just put some bondo over the rust and painted I went back and I asked if they can do anything about they told me there are under new management yes under new management but still the same ownerAfter I spent 15 minutes or so talking to two or three different people one guy says give me your phone number Im going to talk to the owner and Im going to call you tomorrow I never hear from himYou dont want to take your car there

What can I say about Global? This was one of the nicest experiences I have had at any shop. I want to start off by saying the 3 lovely ladies in the reception area were all very warm and sweet. Rania (the owner), Taniva (the manager) and Phyliss (the service writer) were all very accomadating and made me feel like the work I had to have done was nothing to worry about. While my car was there they were quick to answer any questions that I had and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly. Larry (the shop manager) was pleasant, professional and quick to jump in and oversee the work on my car himself. The Whole team at Global is awesome and really seem to care about the customers experience. If youre looking for a place to get some body work done but are unsure where to take your car, I highly recommend this place. Thank you guys so much. :)

Service was excellent here. Emad is the owner and he personally handles most cases, this just goes to show you his level of dedication. My car needed to have the frame pulled a bit and I had told him to hold off on that and just to put the bumper on there. He went ahead and pulled the frame for me, because he didnt like how the bumper would have looked and Emad told me that he didnt want to give me a car he wasnt happy with. My car looks absolutely fantastic now! He kept it at a great price as well, when Honda itself was charging me and absurd amount of money. Obviously, they care a great deal about their customers here.
