So far, so good. I dropped of car on Monday after I was hit by a big doe deer. This is only Thursday, so really its still being accessed what needs to be done and get estimate together. I will check back with you all as repair proggressis! But all indications so far points to a quality repair.

From the courteous staff that greets you to the owner Kevin and great detail man Ron Petrus they are far superior than any other body shop. They just did some custom paintwork on my brand new Telluride and I couldnt be happier. Way to go guys, you are the best!

From the only negative reviews i seen it was your receptionist. But i gave your company a chance anyways to find out after waiting a half hour on the phone she hung up on me. So i called back and she answered right away taking info like i was never waiting. Also to only give appt. Times on 2 day at two hours is horrible. How long does it take to look at a paint job, with minor detailing. If you have a number i can get ahold of you at i would appreciate it bc my company would of fired her. I hear very good work out of your company and would like to still talk i have two vehicles

Completely dishonest, arrogant manager. You can see their responses to any negative reviews to verify that. Manager likes to quote how many years of experience to validate his incompetency. Ive had 3 vehicles repaired here. First two came out great. But they were a simple dent, and an easy bumper cover replacement. When it comes down to actual collision repair, they fail miserably. They are great parts changers, and can match and blend paint well. But if you car has any significant damage beyond cosmetic, do yourself a favor and find a shop that knows what they are doing. And even more importantly, find a shop that will admit when they made mistakes. Look at all the responses to complaints this shop makes on negative reviews... Its always the customers fault, they always did everything perfect. do you see anywhere they admit they are human and made a mistake? Manager straight up lied to me, insurance adjuster told me he did. So unless you enjoy being lied to, and told that its your job to do THEIR job to get your car fixed correctly, you should definitely find another shop!

I was hit from behind unfortunately about a month ago and A Touch of Class was one of the options for repair work, my dad and sister-in-law also had work done here previously and were both happy, so that’s how I picked this place. Kevin and the front desk ladies were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and even had my car ready a day early, fully detailed clean inside & out! There were some minor issues when I picked up my car, however, Kevin made it right and that’s why I am giving them a 5 star rating.

I had my 2014 Sierra detailed here. The attention to detail and quality of work was exceptional. The staff was professional, friendly and took the time to assist with any questions. This Saturday I went on the Lights, Liquor, and Love tour and had the best time! Got to go all over Cleveland checking out lights in a party bus and seeing places in Cleveland I normally wouldn’t go to on my own. I do suggest people not bring large coolers on the tour but stick to the smaller size suggested in the FAQ’s of the trip because it takes up a lot of space. Amber our guide was great and super accommodating. This is my 2nd tour with A Touch of Class and I look forward to seeing what future tours you offer since both the Ghost Tour & Holiday Lights Tour were so much fun!

All in the name! First class workmanship and operation. I am extremely particular about my vehicles. Kevin and his team put my car back together and it looks better than when the car was new. The paint job is very impressive. I checked around on pricing and found their pricing to be extremely fair especially for the quality of work. I wouldnt trust my vehicles with anyone else. The service was amazing here, I got into an accident a couple months ago and needed a whole new passenger door. I turned my car in on Tuesday and they told me that it was going to be ready by Friday. Unfortunately it wasnt they were sent the wrong door handle. So my car was ready by Monday after work. And it looks like I never was in an accident! Great place, great customer service!

I had my daughters older model Honda detailed at their shop. It was her first vehicle and the finish was quite rough. When they were done with the detailing I can honestly say that I was shocked at how good it looked. The finish looked like it had just come from the show room and the interior looked and smelled so fresh! I could not believe the car was 20 years old. My daughter felt like she was driving a new car and was extremely grateful. I highly recommend their detail shop - it is the best!

My husband and I were referred to this shop by our insurance agent. My husband showed up to get an estimate. He was turned away because they dont do same day estimates. So, upon their instructions, he makes an appointment. My husband took 1/2 day off of work and waited nearly 1 week for his appointment only to be rejected once again. This time they couldnt do the estimate for him because he wasnt sure which insurance company he was going through. This shop suggested we should wait until we got an appraisal from the insurance company before they would even give us an estimate. They acted like they didnt want our business and that was my sign to find another shop.

Just picked up my car yesterday from ATOC and it looks so beautiful! I am overall extremely satisfied with the level of quality they performed at. Look no further, go to ATOC!

My insurance had me bring my car to this shop because it was their preferred shop. I had a terrible experience with them. I brought in my brand new car that was broken into and they looked at all the damage and told me they would take care of the damage I pointed out along with any other damage they noticed during their detailed inspection of the car.I received a call from them about a week and a half later that my car was ready for pick up. When I saw the work they did I was surprised they were even a certified bodyshop. The only thing they repaired was the broke window and repainted the door. They didnt even bother looking at the inside of the car that was missing a radio and needed various pieces replaced due to scratches and dents. The drivers door still had glass in it that you could hear rattle when you shut the door.When I confronted them about it they said they were not aware of the damage on the inside and that it is impossible to clean up all the glass shards in the door panel. So, I let that go and had them order all the correct pieces and I would wait another week or so to get the other half of the car taken care of.Two weeks go by and I have no heard back from them. I called and they told me the pieces came in last week but I guess nobody bothered to even call me? Unbelievable. So its been almost a month and my car has still not been repaired. This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! If it was for my insurance I would have never gone here.

My car was rear ended by a driver whose insurance worked with A touch of Class. When I took my car in for repair I was informed by one of the young ladies working there that they had no record of my vehicle and that the insurance company failed to make the appointment. I was so frustrated but both of the receptionists were so kind and understanding. They never became irritated with me, they called the insurance company on my behalf and got me taken care of right away even without an appointment. My experience with the insurance company of the driver that hit me was horrible but the best thing that came out of it was that they recommended A touch of class. I had no prior experience with ATOC before this but the way they treated me truly represents their name. Im so grateful to them they kept me from crying.

Had a very positive experience with Touch of Class auto body. My car was rear ended and they did a first class job in repairing car and making it look new again. Friendly staff who stayed in touch with me as car was being worked on and car was ready when they said they would be. Would use them again should the need arise.

Awful and avoid at all costs.My Lexus got t-boned on the drivers side and was taken to A Touch of Class as a preferred shop of my insurance company.Picked up car after was told it was done and immediately discovered the following:1. The body lines were off by roughly 1/4 inch. This was not some minor misalignment. This was so poorly aligned it was visible from the front, back, or standing over it. It is inexcusable it could be let out of the shop like that.2. The drivers side window did not go up or down properly. The alignment was off badly. The window would literally only shut because it would hit the edge of the frame and be forced into place. When it opened, you heard the tension release as it cleared the door frame.3. In spite of the drivers side mirror being hit as part of the accident and the outer shell being the mirror being cracked, they did not pick up on it and missed it.I did take it back and they were apologetic for the oversights and scheduled the repair of the poorly done repairs.You would think that the 2nd time things would be double and even tripled checked, but nope.The driver side window still is not aligned properly and makes a noise when closing. Even worse, if you shut the door while the window is half way down or even a 1/4 opened, there is a loud and distinct rattle.Other than Kevin being an affable, engaging individual, the quality of the work is poor and in spite of having the car twice, they were unable to fix what should be a pretty standard type of issue.I would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs done correctly.Anyone who has Grange Insurance or is hit by someone with Grange Insurance, do not let them pressure you or even recommend this place or do so at your own risk.

This place over charges compared to the dealership. Do more than one quate to make sure you are not being over charged. I saved over 2 grand.

Just did a very quick pop in to see if I could get a quote for a silly fix, and even though they were scheduling appointments for estimates, they were extremely generous and had a look right at that moment and fixed it right then and there. Thank you so much!

The office/owner do not communicate well. No one advised of the work that needed to be done, did not send an estimate, did not give an estimated date of completion until asked to do so. And getting in and out of their lot is impossible. Wont be going back any time soon.
