Dan and his team are professional and extremely helpful. I’ve been going to them for all my packaging and shipping needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to ship something. As many times as I’ve waited at a local usps location near by, Pack and Send get me in and out quickly. If you don’t wanna wait around to ship your package this is the place to go!

The best in the area. Everyone is extremely nice and show much professionalism who owns or works at this location. I send out numerous items on a weekly basis and they help me with anything I need when I need the extra help. They always have the perfect size box,good priced bubble wrap, Dead on the money with called in estimated quotes *Note:It is the senders full responsibility to have the accurate measurements and weight for a spot on quote when calling in*, and very fast. Ive never had any issue when they have packaged my expensive antique sculptures or high end glass or furniture. Rest assured your items are in good hands with this group. They have the best prices in the area when it comes to pro packing and shipping hands down. Great customer service! We had several very fragile antique lamps, an antique chest, and other family heirloom items to be shipped which had high sentimental value and were irreplaceable. Dan ans Sue came to the apartment and carefully wrapped items before carrying them to their vehicle. Dan assured us that they would double box and pack the items as if they were their own. We were very pleased when we received the items and found that they had been VERY well packaged. I have had items shipped previously, but never experienced the care that we received from Dan at Pac and Send. We would not hesitate to entrust our family heirlooms to them again. I highly recommend them to anyone without reservation. They are caring professionals and reasonably priced.

The absolute best packing and shipping buisness in the area hands down. Ive used all of them. However,Pac n send will always have the best price period, awsome customer service and I have never had any item break under their care, EVER. I stand by this 100 percent. Ive sent over 100 items with them & 80% were breakable, never had any issue at all. Thanks for always being top notch. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time needed to make sure I got the best deal I could. They even have a few cute shabby chic furniture items and antiques for sale for me to peruse while he ran some numbers! I needed to ship a spinet piano across the country. I called this company and the owner gave me a quote over the phone, came to pickup the piano when they said they were going to, the quote was honored, and they shipped the piano to its destination in the time they said it would take. The father and son were courteous, polite and did everything they said they were going to do. The piano arrived in perfect condition! I could not have been more pleased - Great Job!

Found this company on the internet, called and spoke with Nacy, she is absolutely the best, we kept in contact and I told her I had a grandfather clock I needed shipped from Tampa to Houston Tx. When I arrived at the business I talked to Sue and Dan they are also the best, and very helpful. I would highly recommend this business for shipping anything you have large or small. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. First these people give you an estimate, arrive to pack things up and then tell you it might be a little more than they estimated after every thing is packed and on their truck. Then they call almost a week after they say they would and almost double (double less $38) the price of their estimate to you, refuse to compromise or negotiate, threaten to unpack things because you complain, and then hang up on you.

One stop ship! Had to visit 3 different businesses to get done what could ALL have been accomplished here AND for less $.

I’ve been to this location many of times and was provided great service. Today I arrived and had to return an Amazon purchase and was given service as if I was being rushed out the door, as if I was a burden. The next guest that was behind me was as treated differently and greated with an upstanding smile positive voice small talk etc. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location.
