Jessica and Gail took care of me yesterday with my purchase of a bracelet for my granddaughter’s 16th birthday. Jessica was so helpful and Gail stayed late to do the engraving for me! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the customer service! Jessica was a sympathetic listener, too, as I shared with her about recent tragedies in our family. So sweet and caring!

Bought something because the DISPLAY showed how NICE it was. Well, what i received was 10x smaller then what i seen and picked out and paid for. An inch and a half in size. Please PLEASE, PPL GO SHOP AT ZALES, ITS TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT AND THEY DONT LIE AND SHOW FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS.

I called earlier regarding laser engraving on an item and the young woman was very helpful. So my husband, brother and I went to the location, expecting wonderful things. We had placed an order for an engraved cutting board for my grandparents. Lexi seemed helpful (despite the cutting board was more of a plaque or a frame). We were shown to work on the iPad to input what would be engraved and requested Lexi to make it prettier and asked for specifics (separate the name from the quote, change the font on the bottom, etc). She agreed. Once we received the item at the promised time, our small specific requests were not fulfilled and a grammar error was obviously shown. We were in a time crunch, but she said it would take her another 1.5hrs to fix it. We were so disappointed -- please do not promise your customers if you cannot deliver.

I asked if the monogram would remove all the coating. It did not, by a long shot. The monograms are way over priced. Be careful what you order. My other cup, is already chipping the paint off, just got it last month. It was almost 40$ just for the cup... never again.

It’s in a mall so expect it to be busy at times and expect employees to be minimum wage kids mostly. People in charge are capable but backlogged it seems during weddings and other events when mass engravings and other mass trinkets are necessary. My advice is to go in on a week day when less people are around. They can get it done and typically will have you leaving with a smile.

This is not the 1st time ordering from Things Remembered. Clearwater location- yes but probably my last time from there. You would think having something like a wedding set (which is expensive after all the engraving) engraved would come out perfect the first time... I just went to go pick it up and everything that could be wrong with it, was wrong. The guest sign in book had scratches along with bottom- the flutes had specs from the color fill (understandable)- also on flutes were dried up sticky stuff with a ton of fingerprints. Every time I saw something I would point out to the girl- all i kept hearing was Im sorry Im new here. Do they not check this stuff before putting it back in the box?? The icing on the cake was when I looked at one flute, it looked like the hearts were SUPER GLUED on because not only was it noticeable around the hearts, but you could see dried glue from the back side. But clearly none of that was checked. So I left it for them to redo.

Went in to get 3 things engraved with 2 initials on each. You can get 3 words or 2 initial for $14. 3 was approx $50????? Ridiculous prices, called a few places just down the road I got all 3 for $20.

I just have to tell everyone that I was at Things Remembered on 12/23/18 and it was a mad house. I felt ignored until a sweet young lady named Cailin helped me so very much!! Every employee should be this helpful.... She gets 10 stars from me!!! Ck

Had a trophy engraved here for $80 and it looks like a kindergartner did it. The letters were uneven and one looked like it was literally scribbled in. When we told them we needed it fixed and it was for a party tonight, they’re response was “there’s nothing we can do about it right now and they’d have a new one tomorrow”

I call this week, a man answer, when I asked about having a cup engraved he said “I don’t have time for this “ and hung up . I called back a little irritated and simple asked again how long it would take to have a cup engraved he said I would have to order it online pay for it and then he would call me back and let me know if he had any .... I’m sure this place is fine but it’s customer service is terrible..
