Instead of saving it for tomorrow, A driver stopped at my job on her way home, just to give me the gift my mom bought me. It was so special, I teared up knowing someone went that extra mile to make the rest of MY day special. Just had a new arrangements at the court rt street branch was very unaccommodating I placed an order ask for stuff to be dipped in white chocolate the girl said oh Im sorry the systems not letting me but Ill place a note didnt place the note of course I come in none of my stuff is dipped in white chocolate the girl who is there doesnt care at all doesnt try to offer me anything try to talk me into buying six dip strawberries for $20 theres no manager you cant complain online this is the worst service Ive had at a food industry since I can remember unprofessional I will never shop here again and I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will my business.... Ssoooooo funny story the person who was unprofessional and didnt care that my order was wrong in the first place let me sit in the parking lot do my review and then waited until I pulled out told me she saw my car pull out and that I can turn around and come back because she did some white chocolate strawberries for me like now Im supposed to go out of my way and be so thankful because she let me sit there for 5 minutes not say anything and then wait until I pull out to tell me to come back and get them no thank you Im gone

I had someone order a birthday delivery for me and it was extremely unexpected! I opened the door and there was a balloon, teddy bear and the treats (brownies and cheesecakes)!! The delivery made my day and the treats were so so good! 100% recommend

Friend tried to send edible arrangemt, ordered Thur to deliver today on my bday. Either not delivered or delivered to wrong address. No explanation. Corporate was called and trying to track 😳. Maybe I’ll get it on someone else’s bday. Sad. Hope she gets her πŸ’² back.

Store was dirty, order was rushed, arrangement look like a 5 yr old made it, I had to go to the back to get someone after waiting 15+ minutes because noone was at the front counter ...I will never go back to this particular store. When I received the edible arrangement as a birthday gift from my daughter, it was so beautiful and it looked soooooo good. Since it was just me, I decided to pull all of the fruit off of the sticks and freeze them so that I could make smoothies. The next day I did just that, I made a smoothie. Approximately 15 minutes into drinking it, I got so sick with diarrhea, sweating, nausea, stomach pains and weakness. After laying down for about 2 hours, I slowly started to feel better. Although I love Edible arrangements, I will NEVER order from the Clearwater store again because management was very disrespectful and did not want to hear what I had to say...BEWARE ‼️

I’m giving a 1 star review because i have to. I typically use the pinellas park location and was switched to clw Bc of a new address for a client. The sales attendant Stephanie at the clw location was extremely condescending and uninterested in helping me with just the ask of a simple question. I will be cancelling my order and will not be doing my customer appreciation orders with them Any longer.

I went to this location today July 4, 2020 to order an arrangement for a friend whos bren in the hospital for over three week and finally out of the ICU.The lady whos name I didnt get was the WORST Customer Service person Ive ever experienced. I understand its a holiday and maybe she didnt want to be at work. At the same time my order would have paid for some of her salary. Needless to say, I left WITHOUT placing an order.I will be going to the Palm Harbor location tomorrow to place the order. I hope the franchise who owns Palm Harbor location is not the same as the Court Street location.I PROMISE Ill NEVER order or do business with this location again.

I placed an order on 10/13 for delivery for my dad’s birthday on 10/20. Called to see if it was possible to change the delivery for 2 days earlier since my dad is sick and was scheduled for surgery a day earlier. The woman on the phone was so unbelievably rude and hung up on me. Thankfully his order was delivered, but customer service is HORRIBLE. I never leave reviews but this was just ridiculous when you’re spending a ton of money.

My boyfriend ordered me an edible arrangement for Valentine’s Day well before the 14th. That afternoon, he called to ask me if I liked my delivery and I had no idea what he was talking about... online showed it had arrived but it was no where to be found. I search all over my office asking everyone if they had seen it. He calls, finds out the online status was an error and it was still out for delivery. At this point, the surprise and point of the whole thing is ruined by both of us on a mad search to find this thing.. so, 5:30 rolls around and it’s time for me to go home; still nothing. He calls, says just deliver it to the house, they says okay. 9pm... crickets. Mind you he is calling them this entire time, there is zero communication from there end saying β€œhey, sorry, running late, hopefully will arrive by so & so time”. Saturday afternoon, get a call from edible arrangements trying to figure out where to deliver our order. Called and said forget the order and send us the refund.Come on guys, this is your profession, Valentine’s Day has to be a big occasion for you, I’d expect things to run much smoother and people to get their orders in a timely manner. This isn’t an amazon order where an estimate date of delivery is accepted, there is usually a reason for the arrangement to be delivered on the date requested.

I had a delivery from this store on Friday. My sisters birthday was Friday and she told us last minute that she was going to be leaving at noon from work and taking a half day. My wife called the store early that morning and let them know, the driver wasnt even supposed to arrive until noon. They had the driver come in early and had our order delivered at my sisters job at 11:50am, right before she left for the weekend. Amazing customer service, they even followed up and let us know that she did receive it in time. Kudos for this store going out of their way to make my sisters birthday special.

I had an absolute horrible experience. I ordered a Valentines Day bundle valued at $130 that was supposed to include a red velvet strawberry bouquet, a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries, a trio i love you balloon set, and a custom dipped fruit box sleeve. Ill start by saying that I get Valentines Day is probably one of their busiest days if not the busiest day of the year. However, with that said, being busy does not afford a company with the excuse of poor delivery, execution and just plain bad customer service. After tracking my order all day, I had to call to get an update on its whereabouts around 3pm and it eventually delivered around 4pm. I got a text from my fiance at 4:30pm saying she had received a delivery. I asked her to send me a picture out of curiosity for what the finished product would look like. The picture was a let down because I immediately noticed the balloons were missing. I called and talking to a lady about the mishap and she informed me that they had ran out of balloons. I explained to her that this would have been OK had someone reached out to me giving me a heads up with a resolution. She then began to give me a sob story about how they had to stop taking orders around noon else the orders they had already wouldnt have made it on time (im aware by looking at other reviews some orders were still extremely late), she also informed me that on their busiest day they were under staffed and in addition a lot of staff was temp employees not fluent in their processes. Excuse after excuse. All of which would have been forgiven because I did get a $14 credit for the missing balloons BUT... the custom dipped fruit box sleeve turned out to be (6) more chocolate dipped strawberries in addition to the dozen chocolate strawberries that were already included. The only thing custom about this fruit sleeve was the disappointment it gave me. Then I bit into the strawberries.. the freshness was spotty (some on the more firm end and others too squishy) at best and for a $130 arrangement I got a $25 product. They lost me as customer. Make sure you coupon the heck out of this place. Try at your own risk!

I received an edible arrangement on 4/27/20 and I was very disappointed with the fruit. All of the grapes were bad, the strawberries were not ripe and very hard. The cantaloupe and honeydew were also not very ripe. The only fruit that had a good taste was the pineapple.

Our company used to send flowers to our clients as a thank you. However, lately we switched to chocolate dipped fruit, and people are IN LOVE with them. They actually call us back just to say how the entire office devoured them! For about the same price we are able to get a WAY bigger reaction from our clients. Customer for life. HORRIBLE!!! I went into this store yesterday to pick up an arrangement for my grandfather’s birthday. Keep in mind that I am a long time customer of Edible Arrangements and I know what to expect. The man behind the counter informed me that he had an arrangement made fresh the night before. I decided to buy that arrangement and I paid extra for him to add fresh chocolate dipped strawberries to it. I waited in the front for him to chocolate dip the strawberries and I tipped him $10 on a $50 arrangement in order to insure that the arrangement he’s going to hand me is fresh. I deliver this arrangement to my grandfather and I go to enjoy a piece of fruit myself only to find out that all of the strawberries are COMPLETELY COVERED IN FUZZY MOLD. EVERY SINGLE STRAWBERRY! That man behind the counter didn’t even try to hide it or wipe off the mold. He actually dipped chocolate over the fuzzy mold! I don’t even believe that the rest of the arrangement was made the night before. Everything looks disgusting and old! So highly disappointed and fed up!!!!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Ordered anniversary gift for my wife. Specifically chose delivery a day early on a Saturday as someone has to be home for a delivery window of 8am-5pm and we are at church during their Sunday delivery hours. Wife was home all day and no delivery. Called corporate and was told that they attempted delivery but no one was home. Wife was home all day and doorbell camera shows nobody came to the door. Corporate was unappolgetic and said they would attempt redelivery on Sunday even after I told her nobody would be home to accept. They did NOTHING to attempt to resolve nor appologize for a lazy delivery driver that either lied or assumed nobody was home because the driveway was empty (car in garage). THANKS FOR A RUINED ANNIVERSARY SURPRISE!!

Horrible I came on mother’s day because I was craving chocolate covered strawberries and they would only sell me a gift box for $30 when they had a promotion of a cone for $6, I told them I drove over 10 miles for this and I knew they could make the cone but they would refuse to make it. They said it was mother’s day items only. Very disappointed, I did not have $30 to spend and had to leave empty handed.

I have ordered many times from Edible arrangements. Most of them from the Parkside store, but I have also ordered from Clearwater as well. I always receive rave reviews from those I have sent them to. Special occasions, anniversaries, almost any occasion are a good reason to send one. In particular, I find Edible Arrangements especially appropriate for those who have lost a loved one. Some may send flowers, others may bring by a covered dish for the grieving family. An Edible Arrangement is the best of both. A beautiful centerpiece that is also healthy and delicious.

They sent me an email saying the delivery was unsuccessful when in reality, no one every showed up to even make a delivery. Then they called my friend and told her they would make the delivery later. This was a surprise. Which was ruined by terrible employees. I call the manager and she tells me the delivery driver tried to deliver and no one answered. There is 7 people at that house RIGHT NOW. With cameras at the front door showing he never even tried coming to the door. Yet the manager firmly believes he tried to deliver because he told her he would come back later because she was sick. He knows she is sick because she was coughing when he called. It is now past 3:30, the surprise is ruined, she still doesnt have her birthday arrangement and they have the worst customer service ever.

I had ordered an Edible Arrangement gift for a friend who was laid up in bed from an accident and couldnt be on their feet. I normally would have sent a card or some flowers, but I wanted to try a little something different. When my friend was finally able to walk again, she thanked me for weeks and would stop talking about how the chocolate covered strawberries I sent her were the best she ever had. I learned that the power of a gift when someone is feeling down can make a huge difference in someones life. With flowers or a card, theyll thank you for the thought. No point for the product to show up at the end of someones work day and when the store is 2 miles from the location of delivery, kind of defeats the purpose. Will NOT do this again. I placed an order for the Salted Caramel Harvest Bouquetβ„’ Dipped Pineapple & Hazelnut Bananas - Small on Tuesday 11/04/15 around 8 am, I received a confirmation email by 9:30 am. So, when my man called me when he got off work at 5 pm and didnt mention getting anything I was surprised. I called Edible Arraignment #1100 located at 2082 Gulf to Bay Blvd Clearwater, FL 33765 around 5:10 pm and inquired about the delivery not being made the same day. I spoke with Martha who informed me they dont guarantee the time and that since an attempt was made it was still same day delivery. I was told I can come pick it up from the store myself. Wait... What is the point of it having it delivered? I live in Tampa they are located in Clearwater and its now 5:10 pm, I might make it before they close at 7 pm. So, I asked Martha, since he wasnt at work anymore would a fresh one be delivered tomorrow. I was told no the arrangements are good for 3 days. Around 5:20 pm the delivery driver called me to find out if the receiver was still at his job, as he was on the way there. I was lied to by Martha the delivery hadnt been made. The driver told me he was the only one doing deliveries and he received my arraignment around 4:15 pm. Needless to say I was very unhappy and Marthas reaction seemed like this happens quite a bit with this store. No apology, no compensation just the option to come get it myself during rush hour traffic or wait for the same arraignment to be delivered tomorrow. I called around 9:30 the next morning to make sure it would be delivered and thats when I found out they have one driver and he doesnt come in until 11 am. More frustration...The same arraignment was delivered that morning, the bananas and strawberries were mushy. Also, I didnt know he was allergic to chocolate, so when he called the store and asked if could he come in and exchange some items. He was told no, that he or myself would need to buy a new arraignment. Im very unhappy with this store and the over all handling of this transaction. I have ordered from this company several times and I have never had a bad experience until now. Initially I had chosen the store located at Coral Landing Shopping, 33139 US Hwy 19 N. Palm Harbor FL 34684, not the current one that processed my order because of the reviews on Google, Yelp and their own Facebook page. But, some how they got my order any way. There are several complaints regarding the stores customer service and delivery issues. Too bad they have another negative review, which doesnt seem to have made a difference in the way its ran. I will not be ordering Edible Arraignments for this area EVER again.
