Nice spot for adult beverages. Prices are good. Staff is friendly. Good deals if you go there at the right time. I really like when they have the 3,4,5 section for wines. One of my go-tos.

Not always have the inventory but always have selection. Google me, Ill help you with wine, cognac, whiskeys, vodkas, especially wines.

This Total Wine is the best! They helped us novice wine drinkers make a selection that paired well with our dinner the associate was super helpful. They have a massive beer selection including some from California that we have had a hard time finding in Florida. Their cigar selection was also well diversified with many good choices. Overall this store has everything we could need in this area and we will be returning often.

Came in during the day on Easter, which I was genuinely dreading, given how busy it usually is. While it was busy, I was helped within 10 seconds of crossing the threshold. They helped me find something I was looking for, got a case of wine down for me, and made helpful suggestions. There was tastings going on and even a DJ, but everything was well managed and efficient. Excellent care was taken.

Total Wine has the best selection of wines and spirits in the area. Their prices seem to be the lowest. The store is brite, organized and well stocked. The staff is professional and friendly.

This was my first visit to a Total Wine & More location. I was amazed when I walked in. This store has so many different alcoholic products available. They even have some specialty items that I have been looking for for quite some time. They have an awesome cigar humidor room. The prices are extremely reasonable.

Good wine and liquor selection cigars are a bit too dry. Need to up the humidity for my choice but decent selection.

They have great selection, including rare/expensive bottles. They also have a few gluten free beers. They basically have something for everyone! Also their rewards program is fairly generous

The store was packed full of people shopping for Christmas spirits, but I ordered ahead of time by using the establishments website. The parking lot was so jam-packed that all of the curbside pickup dedicated spaces were taken, but not the fault of Total Wine & More because they offered nearly 10 pickup parking lot spaces. Amazing selection of wines that can be filtered by expert recommendations. Unfortunately the online beer shopping was not as detailed. They had my order ready to go in minutes.

Fantastic selections but prices seemed high. Guess thats the cost of keeping a huge inventory. But they usually have what you want.

I could spend days in this store. The selections of all libations is out of this world and they also carry accessories, cards and from what my husband tells me they have a great selection of cigars. The TWM reserve are his favorite. Their customer support is amazing, dont be afraid to ask for help, they will guide you to the right place.If you dont feel comfortable in the store, you can order online for car pick up.

Was told at the door to put on a mask or leave. I respect your right to run your own business, but I dont like being told what to do as a customer. I will be ordering liquor for my wedding elsewhere.

The store was packed with holiday shoppers but all of the staff was really friendly and helpful. They had samples of alcoholic beverages to try and were able to help me find multiple items in store. There is such a huge selection of beverages to choose from and great prices.

Never had an issue until the mask police starting harrasing me. I shop there at least 3 times per week, well used to as of today, Im gladly taking my business somewhere else. As a well educated adult I understand the whole mask thing, but I had a face covering that kept sliding down my nose, still covering my mouth. Cashier Margie seeing that, was very rude about it trying to lecture me as if I was a child. Im a business owner and know the importance of customer service, maybe she should learn to pick her battles, as some are not worth losing someones business over that

We call this store wino warehouse. You can fulfill all your drinking needs from Abersol to Zima and everything in between. But thats not all they have experts to assist with picking your poison. Whether you need a live person or just their expert opinion posted throughout the warehouse. If you want great wine selection ask for Dee. I hope shes still there. She knows red and white wine like no other. Especially love that she knows American wine.

I want to give this store a ZERO but I cant!! Doesnt even deserve ONE star. The staff there is horribly rude, unprofessional and treats the customers terribly. Every time Ive been in the store the staff has been rude, preoccupied, unprofessional, and acts like theyre better then everyone. I went in recently to get a GC and wasnt wearing a mask because all the restrictions have been lifted, and I cant wear one because of breathing issues as well. The front desk guy was rude, demanding and near harassment. When I went to check out, the front desk lady refused to check me out unless I put a mask on. The manager Craig even threatened to call the cops if I didnt put a mask on. Like really? Call the cops? I wasnt doing anything legally wrong. It was a horrible experience and Ill make sure to let everyone I know not to give you guys my business. They are unprofessional, an embarrassment to customer service, and shouldnt be allowed to help people. I hope their business gets shut down.

Total Wine in Clearwater has become my go-to source for any wine or alcohol we need to purchase. If you have never been to a Total Wine, you have no idea what you are missing! They an amazing variety of wines, beer, hard liquor, mixers and assorted accessories (glasses, bottle openers, wine stoppers, etc.). If you are looking for a gift for a wine lover, this is a great place to look. Around the holidays they always seem to have unique gifts available that you might not find elsewhere. The prices at Total Wine are one of the main reasons I keep coming back – I have found them to be lower than even Walmart, which really surprised me.The staff has always been helpful and informative and are happy to make suggestions no matter what your price range is – they have not pushed me towards the more expensive items like some wine shops have in the past. I have seen signs that the store offers wine tastings and classes, but I have not had a chance to take advantage of those thus far.Since the start of the pandemic, I have found the store to run out of some items. This really surprised me, as it never happened before – I have heard that alcohol sales overall have increased during this time. I suggest checking online to see if the item you are looking for is in stock, especially if it is a specialty item. If it says they are out of stock online, you can call the store to find out when more will arrive, and they can even set some aside for you. Again, this has only happened to me since the pandemic started and will hopefully end when things go back to normal. Since the pandemic I noticed that they also offer pick-up options where you can pull up to designated parking spaces in the parking lot and have your order brought out to your car.

This is a great place to shop for wine, distilled sprites and beer plus mixers. They have a great selection and a knowledge staff who are very willing to help. Today we were looking for some unusual items and the staff found them for us. You really need to try this place out next time you out shopping for liquor.

I love that they offer curbside pickup. With 4 kids its always a hassle to go into a store. With covid its impossible. Was able to get a few much needed christmas gifts. They were super quick bringing out my order.

I used to be an avid Lukin customer but once I went to total lines they were so about customer service and pointing me in the right direction I cant imagine not supporting their store!! Any question you have will be answered and pointed in the right direction to find what you need! Customer service is my personal background and means a lot to me! Don’t order delivery!!! I ordered one case and it stated online $11.99 delivery fee. After delivery I checked my receipt and they charged me $41.24 tip fee on top of delivery fee. Very excessive tip to deliver one box 20 minutes away.Update: I called the store and they offered to refund me the $11.99 delivery fee. They said the tip fee is hard to find during checkout but it can be changed. The website automatically adds a large tip and you have to manually change it to what you want. The store also said people complain that its hard to find on their checkout page where to enter a coupon. Since both the coupon code and tip are hard to locate you think corporate would change the website.

I been to a lot of total wine stores but never seen on setup this poorly, the checkout is worthless if you want to leave as soon as you check out, you can be block by other customers checking out and have to wait. But I guess its the price of the product youre after and there is some savings on case of beer, not sure about liquor or wine. I probably wont be back because its not worth a 24 mile round trip.
