The name of the reviewed business, Curlew Cards and Gifts truly falls short when the name is used to list the products and services masterfully provided by the great people at CCG!On an almost daily basis I utilize CCG for United States Postal Services. I collect old books, model kits and have active duty military friends, some of whom are deployed. On a regular basis I may have heavy, bulky or irregular shaped items to mail. My experience at the local US post offices have been very disappointing or even Infuriating. When attempting to mail the afore mentioned objects I often am met with funny looks, which I read as “AREYOU KIDDING ME, this is gonna take a longtime. Or in my repeated experience with the Dunedin post office, I’m often met with disdainful and hostile attitude’s.CCG postal station experiences are the exact opposite! The business partners whom run the location Tom and Diana couldn’t more welcoming, warm and calm while assisting with numerous customers.As an example of customer care is an inconspicuous little container at the front desk filled with loose change. It’s purpose is to Relieve stress and embarrassment for customers whom have been caught short on postage, change or don’t want to use a card to buy a single stamp. By the way the business owners supply the loose change and refill it when necessary.For additional services I have utilized CCG with positive Results to accomplish the following: sensitive document distraction or shredding, the sending and/or receiving faxed documents;copying and collating important documents;Florida Notary services;Florida Lottery and Lotto kiosk services;and discussing the latest Star Wars movie and great camping sites Boy Scout troops have used or that Tom may know about.All in all the services and personable environment could not be better! Nor could I offer a higher or more personally satisfying rating to any business with whom I have had such a productive Business experience with.
