I got the hoop that hooks to the fishhook clip for my stainless steel necklace fixed for free.The repair was fixed the very next day.Also the rope for my dog tags that I got for a gift from the store years ago had the same problem they were also repaired.Great attention to detail, service was very professional.Thank You
Stopped in today to get jewelry inspected for warranty. Donna is so courteous, friendly, helpful she helped my cousin find the perfect watch. Shelly remembered us and made her way over to greet us as well. The entire staff is awesome and truly the BEST!! So helpful and just so personable. Im beyond disappointed. My husband and I have spent a lot of money on rings and gifts over the years. I was never told the warranty on his ring expired and when it broke I was told oh did you want to know sooner so you could break it sooner? as if thats funny. Then after 2 hours on the phone with customer service only to be offered 25 off a new ring which is less than the daily spam discount offered through email. So fine, we go into the store to look around and told that my husbands choice in ring isnt the best and during this time proceeded to break my ring that I was having cleaned and inspected while we waited. They brushed it off as if it was my fault and possibly the ring was too thin. I didnt think it could worse but no one ever called me to tell me my ring was back at the store and when I called DINA was beyond rude and told me they close in 10 minutes. It was 632 so when I clarified did they close at 7 or 642, she rufused to answer and kept repeating herself that they close in 10 minutes. I will be taking my business ELSEWHERE.

Awesome shopping experience. Great sales associate named Dolly. Came back to have a Jared Anniversary ring examined and cleaned. She was professional yet friendly & gracious as ever. She returned the ring, looking ever new. My wife of 50 years was delighted. She thanked us for coming back. We asked her before leaving to view and just browse the clearance items. Outside of them being 30% off the asking price, Dolly showed us a beautiful bracelet which my wife was attracted to. She hesitated to commit. I wanted to purchase it for her. So she eventually committed to the buy. She was very pleased with the bracelet and gave me a big hug and a kiss... Thanks to Dolly...

I went in to have necklace repaired and the day I picked it up it broke in same spot. I called up there & they told me to bring back in (I wasnt very happy since this location is very inconvenient to me!) Wasnt happy when I got off the phone will Michelle and she could sense that. She called me the next afternoon saying she would have new chain for me instead of repairing again. She really went above & beyond. The whole staff does! I will definitely be back for future purchases!

The store is basically closed. Tried to shop for gifts for my bridal party but couldn’t. I guess online shopping is the way of the future now
I would give them a 1 star but the women was very nice on the phone. I drove 20 minutes out of the way(as the location is not convenient for us)to get my rings and necklace checked and cleaned. They don’t let allow people in the store because of Covid and they were totally booked for 4 days on getting your items cleaned. Before you walk in an it takes 10 minutes. Everything is by appointment only. Don’t think this is a good way to do business if you want to keep people. If you are changing policy, you need to email or call people who have paid for a lifetime plan though Jared. I know the employees are doing what corporate decided. But they need to rethink this. Disappointed.

My fiance purchased my custom engagement ring at Jareds online. I was in the area & have family in the area but live 2 hours away and since we had a custom engagement ring we had to make a custom wedding band to match. The first rep was newer and was very friendly but when it was time to design she had another more experienced rep help me (Chris). The customer service has been AMAZING. Chris & another rep helped me come to a design that worked with my custom ring. They both probably spent about 2 hours that day with me, never felt rushed. Since my ring is custom I had to leave my engagement ring there and I was very apprehensive. They were able to work a deal that I got a Pandora ring to wear in its place while I was waiting the potential 2-3 months for design process. They have explained every step to me, in detail, and have been friendly from every part of the transaction, following up as she said she would and calling me and emailing me the design details. It did not take as long as anticipated and we pick up my wedding band this weekend. I can not wait to see it. Definitely recommend the store.
Wish I would have read reviews before I bothered to drive there. The doors are locked. I tried to get in and staff just stared at me. Then I saw the sign that said call for entry. I just turned around and left. Lost a big sale but I guess it wasn’t worth them practicing customer service and opening the door.
I dropped off some jewelery to be worked on and they told me I could pick it up the following Monday after 4:00 p.m.. I checked on their website, which says they are open until 7:00 p.m.. I showed up at 6:25 p.m. and they were locking the doors to leave. I was told their last appointment is at 6:00 p.m. and they leave at 6:30. They could have easily gone back in and grabbed my jewelery, but instead they said I had to come back the next day and to make an appointment. I was never told any of this when I dropped off the jewelery, just to come back and call the number on the door to be let inside. I took 40 minutes out of my evening (20 minutes drive each way) for such nonsense, when I could have made other arrangements had I been properly informed. How ridiculous. They could not have cared less. Terrible customer service. Avoid this business.

I didn’t know it at the time but my boyfriend had previously been in there talking with the designers about what I want. I had no idea they knew him when I was sitting there. They asked me many questions about what I liked and didn’t like. They were awesome! And made the most beautiful one of a kind ring. I was highly recommend!! They were AWESOME!!
Have a beautiful wedding set which was purchased from Jareds. Full warranty & everything. Needed to get an appraisal. They called and said appraiser would be here on this date would we like to schedule an appointment. Brought my set in & was informed it would be $199.99. If I had not asked they would have done the appraisal then charged me. Asked to speak to management due to its a Jareds ring & was informed that they no longer do free appraisals...BEWARE!! This is such a bait & switch!!
I am So Disappointed in Jared!!! My husband both me a Necklace & earrings set that looked fabulous when he brought it home. Only got to wear it once & the necklace fainted. Now we all know Jared is not cheap far as price but apparently their merchandise is! My husband took it back twice. First time they said oh it just needs cleaning & tell your wife to keep it away from chemicals. Mind you it had been in the package I received from them & worn only once but my husband refused the cleaning. And was given a new one. How about it fainted even in the zip lock bag I was told to keep it in Now they REFUSE TO SWITCH FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT WOW We are now PANDORA TEAM ONLY BECAUSE THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE NO MATTER WHAT! Out of town,flew in Thursday, my fiancees engagement ring lost one of the diamond on the setting. They took us in and initially said the ring wouldnt be ready for pickup until Sunday, but the rep. (Sorry that I dont remember your name)went to see what he can do. And said that they cant get it completed the very next day, in less than 24 hrs. Great customer service and experience with relating the ring.Highly recommend just based off the the quality and urgency to help a customer out.
I purchased my fiancé’s ring and wedding band here. Overall fair prices but they have a great selection and free repair/cleaning every 6 months which is very much needed when you see the difference a cleaning makes and takes the worry away about damaging your ring. The sales team was very personable and made the whole process smooth
They have the most professional and friendliest staff, as soon as you walk in, there is always someone to greet you and make you feel welcome. They always explain what their product is, the warranties, and the value of what you’re purchasing. I always leave with a smile on my face! By far my favorite store to shop!

I went to get my daughter her first Pandora bracelet. I never got one before so didnt know to much about it. The girl at the Clearwater Jared was AMAZING and does all the Pandora sales and was so helpful. I was beyond pleased and will definitely be beck to get myself one!

My husband and I had a quick question about ring size and there manager cut me off before I could even finish asking my question. She just said “I’m not a sales person!” And walked away not even apologizing or attempting to find a sales person for us.The experience was not favorable. We left right afterwards.If I could give them zero stars I would. I don’t recommend this jewelry store to anyone!
Had an appointment for several different things over a period of 2 months absolutely nothing was ready on time ever. Very disappointed with this store and will never recommend it to anyone. They even messed up a few things on a purchased ring days before my pictures. You would think a jewelry store would know customer service but this Jared lacked it completely! Especially when they didnt take responsibility for what happened until a manager was involved.I would go some where else if I were you!
The customer service sales people literally lied to my face, they said the sizing on my wifes ring was free then after I paid for the ring, they said, now we need to run your credit card again for the gift card that will cover the sizing . It was for a ring I just bought from them! They string bet you along....they are glorified used car salesman who would do anything to get a sale and completely disregard your best interest if it means more money in their pocket. The selection is definitely short of a Galleria... any single store in the mall has twice as much inventory. So, DONT GO HERE unless you want to get treated like crap and ripped off!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First off I called and the gentleman that answered the phone picked up and said hello? Asked if him if they had a pandora charm in stock, gave him the exact item number and he said oh yes come on over we have 5 got there and was told they didnt have any in stock so Im already disappointed. They tried to say we can order it online and have it sent to the store in 2 days. Was waiting there for about 30 mins because they were having technical problems which I understand is out of their control, but I was on my lunch break and it was taking too long so I told the lady that was helping me never mind Ill just order it online. She proceeded to ignore me and ordered it anyway and charged my card without my consent. Was told I would get a confirmation e mail and didnt get one so called the next day to see why and was told it was never ordered so my card was charged for an item that was never ordered and they cant guarantee itll be here by the time I need it all because of their complete unprofessionalism. The manager was even rude and irritated on the phone. I do not recommend going to this store go to an actual pandora or classic boutique much better customer service and professionals. Will definitely not be back to that store.
We never shopped at a Jared before and stopped by the Clearwater Mall location leaving Starbucks. Great all around shopping experience! Fantastic selection of watches and jewelry also excellent selection of Pandora charms and bracelets.My wifes 26 year old wedding ring needed some repair work. The In house jewelers had our repair completed in just two days, and it looks like new!Our sales associate Savannah went above and beyond and all the people there are friendly and professional.Go to Jared take them up on a free jewelry cleaning, check out some beautiful peices of jewelry or try on a watch the associates are more than happy to show any thing youd like to see. They also have a nice kids area for little ones to hangout also drinks in the break area.
My wife and I came to this location moments ago to peruse for a few different pieces that we are in the market for.While standing near the tungsten mens wedding bands (something that I can beat up when I am active), my wife asked a question of the store manager who was standing 2 feet behind us. Before my wife could even finish her question (and it was a simple, friendly question), the manager snapped Im not a salesperson and walked off.I am a very calm and collected person and her response even put me on edge. Needless to say, if we want to overspend on jewelry, at least treat us with some respect. Just because we ask a question about the cheap stuff doesnt mean we arent also looking to drop more on something else.Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
Purchased two rings used jared finance to hide the transaction from my wife, jared financing drops your 12 months no interest immediately in a letter the following month with a bill. Finance company said the store did not fill out the correct type of financing.Great selection and styling, really awesome jewlers on site to cutomize anything.

I went to Tampa Jareds, they were awesome to me and even sized my ring that moment so I didnt have to drive back the next day. I was thinking about going to this one but not now. Purchase an $1800 ring for our 20th anniversary. High pressure sales to purchase extended warranty. Must return annually for their inspection. Just another excuse to sell you more cheap jewelry. Ring has had two small diamonds fall out.Buyers remorse.Would go to a real jeweler next and not a store that sells millions of mass produced jewelry item.However, I really liked their commercials.

Do not let Jared work on your jewelry no quality control whatsoever in my eyes my wedding ring is ruined forever wore a total of 67 days and lost diamond that popped out not happy at all and give the benefit of the doubt praying that they would help me out with this issue so I got charged full price 4 the resizing that took them 3 times to get right and now I missed my warranty By two weeks. i work my ass off to the bone to deal with professional dirtballs

This has been my only stop for any jewelry for the last 5 years. Not anymore. Unfortunately, the current employees do not care about customer satisfaction. I purchased a Tissot watch and was sold a 3 year warranty. Prior to the warranty expiring, I brought the watch in for the rejuvenation which was one of the reasons I purchased the warranty. The watch was sent to Tissot and returned a month later. It looked like new with the exception of one of the pins sticking out. I told the male rep. to just send it back so it could be fixed properly since the work was completed at Tissot. He stated it was just a pin and it could be fixed in-house. I heard metal on metal tapping for about 8 minutes. Then I was told theyll be returning the watch to Tissot. 3 weeks later I return to get my watch and the area around the pin that needed repair had a lot of scratches. I showed and explain it to the male rep. who showed it to an employee that had the same (dont care) attitude. Then he went into the managers office and straight to their jeweler. They buffed out most the scratches; however, the grooves do not go in the same direction and I point it out to him. Again he seemed to not care at all about my disappointment. The manager did not even bother to come out of her office to speak to me. I was so upset I took my watch and left. I will not return to this location. Im sure Jared has other locations with employees that care about the customer. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Terrible service. My fiancé had bought my engagement ring from this store but when he proposed it turned out to be the wrong size. When we took it in to get resized, the only adjustment to the ring was changing the size. When I went in to pick up the ring, my fiancé was unable to come with me but when I looked at the ring, they had completely messed up the band. The engraving was all caps and not centered and there was an extra jewel that was not in there before. When I asked why these adjustments were made, they blamed it on my fiancé and tried to tell me that he must have ordered it that way. I knew he did not order it this way because I was there the day we took it in to get the adjustments and it was terrible service for them to blame it on my fiancé. Also, when they went to go look for the GSI number on the diamond, the lady said she had bad eyes and couldnt find it so she told me to look for it! I have no experience what so ever in this area and I was very frustrated that a professional tried to have me do this. This store had terrible service and I would never recommend it to anyone! If you want to be treated with respect, do not go here!

Now I understand why the rating is a 2.5. I took my Tissot watch to the Saint Pete store. For a battery and maintenance. The estimate came back for $500. The actual price of the watch was $750 only 4 years-old. When I confronted them they said they had no control over the estimate it is what Tissot company sent them. I called Tissot and they said that is lie. They told me that I can see their prices on Tissots watch repair.on line. Which I did. The actual cost of maintenance a new band polished clean and the battery $296. Jareds wanted to charge me 700 for the same thing .

Took my watch which is a invicta. to get links taken out. Guy working on my watch I left it with for about a hour or two. When I came back he still could not get the links back in, so him joking with me asked me if I got my watch from Coscos?! I left it with him for a few more hours everyone in the store could not fix my watch. They gave me my watch back at the end of the day in pieces. Another guy was there that gave it to me. He said hey your the guy with the bling bling. Im guessing he was being smart too. Horrible customer service. Never go again!
My wife and I purchased our wedding bands here and the experience was far from great. The biggest issue was that when they cleaned my wifes engagement band the knocked out a small diamond on the side. They where quick to appologize and offer to fix it right away, which they did. However, it never quite looked the same. I took the ring to another jewler to have it repaired and was told that when Jareds put the stone in they crushed the setting.The cost to repair it was $50 which isnt worth my time running across town. I was not surpised when I called Jared and spoke to a manager that in order for them to fix it they would have had to have been aware of the problem from the start. So essentially in order for them to pay for the damage they cased they have to be told of the damage immediately and be allowed to fix it.Needless to say I wont be going back to this location or this chain. Mistakes happen but to require that the person that broke something has to be the one to fix it is not acceptable for me.If your looking for high pressure sales with no follow through on customer service this is your place.

I get promises that arent fulfilled I ordered a gold doget tag ingraved and they had to send it back 2 times cause it was wrong and I needed it for Christmas 2 years ago and we got it in June like what ! And now Im here the day before valentines and they cant help me the clasp is broken and I ordered another clasp and they gave it AWAY! I was toldoing it would be fixed on the spot when I did come in and I was just in and they have to schedule me on Monday for a clasp REALLY !! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT EVER COME HERE
Very slow return process. I returned jewelry and am still waiting for refund 9 days later. Called the 800# Customer Service and was put on wait.
