I’m at staining inside of your business right now and I am being ATTACKED VERBALLY BY YOUR EMPLOYEE!!! While mind you he is standing in the door way smoking a cigarette refusing to wait on me because I won’t buy these “been there for a long time” those were his exact words!!! I can’t believe this is happening. This is a real employee?!? He literally just stood here and verbally attacked me while standing in the doorway SMOKING A CIGARETTE!! I will be taking MUCH FUTURE action on this boy! Just beware to all the females that go to this 711!!!

I work next door, at an veterinary emergency hospital, so I visit this location often. Were all thankful, this store helps us survive. Theres an employee at this location named Eddie, who is consistently helpful. Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond to provide a positive experience. Ive thanked Eddie in person, but wanted to do so to management.

Aweful location 3rd time consecutively I had go inside to just get a reciept for gas, because the outside doesnt provide one. Plus the inside of this location smells!

This location has decided it will not take coupons anymore. America spirit gives you a digital coupon that expires in the 5 minutes you redeem it. The lady decides to tell me after I hit it that she would not take it. So thanks 711 you cost me 3 dollars. Promise I will not be back here again!

Dont go here for gas. Put $5 in gas this is what I got. It should be 2.084 gallons at $2.399.

The convenient store and they don’t even carry automotive fuses. Board games and every other useless thing but no fuses. And tonight’s clerk was too busy yapping on his cell phone with a line full of people to even know what I was asking for

The store is constantly out of main stream drinks cigarettes etc. Honestly not a clean place or friendly staff... staff is slow and could care less it seems.. and theyre the only 711 in pinellas that has a coin shortage and I prefer 711 over other gas stations

Typical 7-Eleven, great products and store. Higher than average prices. Fantastic service. The staff is courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. Great coffee in the morning. Well lit clean store, sometimes the restroom is dirty. Probably, due to the location. However, if you dont mind paying a little more, shop there.

Warning.owner and employees are rude. Ill not go there any more and Ill tell to all my friends about this place. Business owner youre losing your business value.

I would of gave lower but couldnt this is the 2nd time I have been there and the associate is not wearing a mask along with other people in the store. Also I been there a few times this week and this is the only associate that is doing this.

The mngmt is horrible there. I worked there for 4 months hoping things would get better but no.

Regular customer till today. Go and buy a fountain drink and get ice for my water jug. (72 oz. filled half way with water ). Go to register and owner rings me up for soda and ice which has never been done before. This is a problem for the people like myself that rely on the ice to survive the heat. This 7-11 owner told me to pay or give it back. I dumped the ice and left. I will NEVER go back to this location. Anyone whom works out in the heat should be aware of the lack of understanding and empathy from not the employees whom have always been nice but the owner of this store. Make a point. Make it known to him that it’s us who keep his doors open. Us who fix his a/c, roof, plumbing, everything that seems to make most take for granted. He just lost $5.00 plus dollars a DAY from me alone over a cup of ice. Don’t get lazy. find another place to spend your money. It won’t hurt unless we ALL let them know.

Employees refusing to wear masks even after speaking with the manager not safe to shop there

Come on 7-Eleven! No coffee! What the heck? Overnight new staff member (female, no less) left alone. Morning crew not showing up for work. Youd better do better!

Jb was rude and obnoxious and dressed poorly and basically told me I was a liar when I asked about a transaction .. Got loud with me and when I asked for the number to the store he tried to give me his cell number.. Refused to give me the managers name told me he was the manager and to look up the store number because he didnt have it..

My first visit the woman was talking on her phone. She never once spoke to me. She never told me the total of my purchase. The kicker is my total was $8 . I gave her a 10 . She was on the phone not paying attention she gave me $8 change!!!! SmhSecond visit the men working the counter are just plain rude. I will no longer go to this store

Adel was surprisingly accomadating. We had a few questions and he helped us out with everything and had a smile on his face. Also thanked us for coming in and sounded sincere. Great service!!! Thank you Adel !!!

Very rude called in to see if they had an NFL straw. Spoke to a clerk name anderson he looked to see if they had one then he came back to the phone and said im sure if we have you can come in and see for yourself its not my job to look the he got very rude. So i called back then i asked him for the manager he said i am the manager with a nasty attitude. So i ask for the owner then anderson got even more upset.
