I was in a bind and needed a battery quickly since another manufacturer couldnt produce as promised. Customer service was incredible - knowledgeable, helpful, and got the battery delivered to me the next day.

I had lightening damage to my boat and possibly my new lithium battery. Matt of Lithium Battery Power went out of his way to assist me with determining whether the battery received damage and even sent me a loaner charger until the backordered Power Pole replacement charger could be shipped.

SCUM they sent me a completely different product than I ordered. A broken product! That when I tried to return I get ignored repeatedly. They lied and tried to mislead me to buy a more expensive product twice and then when I do buy something from them this happens. YOU WILL REGRET

They definitely can make sure you get the power you need and will make sure you get the right set up in the most compact package available. It to mention LIGHT as well.When it comes to fishing out of a kayak and needing to keep weight to a minimum, these guys are my go to.

I’m glad I did my research and ordered through LBP! Almost made the mistake like many that already have with SmartBattery, who has filed Bankruptcy this year! The batteries we purchased never worked. We then purchased a new charger because they said they sent us the incorrect one the first time. Then they sent us a new set of batteries and they did not work either. We were told that we would get a refund and then everyone disappeared.
