Today I came in for 4 new tires and a alignment (alignment was off bad, I told them when dropping it off) on my 1982 Chevy C20. I got a call that the truck was completed and ready. When I went to pick it up the service tech told me that they did not do the alignment because they didnt have the specs for that year, they only could go back to 1985. My 1st question was why did you put a $1000.00 worth of tires on a truck that has a bad alignment? Why did you not call me and let me know? The employee apologized and said he would find some where that could do it and call me with in 1 hour(of course the call never came). I took the truck to another tire store and asked if they could help. They told me no problem because the square body Chevy did not change until 1989. The specs are all the same with in theses years.The bottom line is that either they do not know what they are doing or that Tire Kingdom is more worried about the sale than the customer.. If they cared about the customer they would have called and told me that they could not do the alignment and that I should get the alignment done somewhere else and then come back for the tires, but instead they got their $1000 they were happy and see you later.

John was very kind to help me when I was in need of quick service. I was out of town in Clearwater for the day and needed my tires evaluated and serviced quickly. I stopped in and John took care of everything without delay Thank you John for taking good care of me today.

Great shop! The manager Nathan and his crew did a great job. Respectful and honest service, fast! I will definitely be back. If you need automotive work done do yourself, your wallet and your car a favor and go there.

Overall I am pleased with the work and the customer service. The manager made sure to double check the items I purchased, they informed me of my break pad situation and sold me on some rear break pads, but didnt pressure me on the up sale. The company itself is offering a good deal on 3 tires get one free, I chose the Coopers RTX and they look and ride very clean. Not too noisy. Props to the manager for handling my only issue during the visit which was unrelated to the actual install of my tires. Situational awareness and common sense training in the works hopefully. Little details, handling, and care goes a long way.

Service was good and they did the wheel balancing, Alignment as they were requested to. And gave me good advice on further performance of car.

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced on Tuesday.Drove car on Wendsday whole front end shaking looked out window and my wheel looked like it was going to fall off.Went to store after being told it would be fix or refund and manager tells me no he cant fix it because the fronts are not able to be balanced....hhhmmm you took my money though.So needless to say 3 days and numerous calls to corporate I have to wait 10 days for my refund.This could have killed me or someone else on the road DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!manager is useless and sits around smoking in bay while the guys work horrible service

Advertised promo was not available and they tried to sell me tires 3 times more money. They didnt seem to want to listen to the needs of the customer either.

Horrible service. Drove from Kissimmee, Fl and got a nail stuck in the tire. I arrived at 4:40pm. Losing air. The tire was at 20 and the guy says we can put a patch on in the morning. I cant do it now. WOW ? REALLY? I wont have any air in this tire in an hour and you would like me to come back in the morning?

Service mgr was very nice, quoted price was END price, not too long of wait, fair prices.

I took it to them and they did a complimentary inspection and found some other things wrong with it. They asked if I could leave it over night and pick it up the next day, unfortunately I could not, I was driving back to GA that night. Stephanie and Andrew stayed late to work on my car making sure it was good for me to drive home! The took extra care of me and REALLY helped me out!! Before Lance had left he and Andrew showed me what all needed to be done and other areas of concern I should get serviced soon. Theyve got an amazing crew there and I would recommend them to anyone!! Good staff good work Im not sure what people are talking about with timely service. I came by for a possible leak in my tire they were so backed up they had me set an appointment for 2pm. I showed up on time and waited almost an hour before they even pulled my car in to be looked at. the entire process took way too long. this location is in dire need of a manager who can divide the daily task amongst the team to avoid these wait times. other than the wait time the rest is pretty good

Today was my second visit to Tire Kingdom. I was again amazed by the kind, honest and helpful assistance I received. This is definitely my go-to place for my car maintenance.

Just had a set of four new tires put on my 2012 Jaguar. Selected the tires and scheduled the appt ahead of time, via their website and had the cost up front.They service manager, Lance, was very friendly and knowledgeable about his product and services. Very nice to do business with. The tech who did the install was also very friendly and good to talk to.The car was taken in on time and ready in a reasonable amount of time, for the service performed.The cost was very competitive with other area shops.The customer area was very well maintained and modern. Unlike many shops that haven’t done any updating to their customer areas.Overall, a pleasant experience. I would recommend this shop and will return again in the future.Update: 5/14/18 Took car in to have tires rebalanced, due to a vibration at high speed. Lance and his technician, Daniel, took care of the issue for me and had it resolved quickly. Top notch service!

By far one of the best shop experiences I’ve had. After dropping an insane amount of money into fixing everything that the car needed, the service that Lance and John provided made me a bit at ease and assured me that I was in the right hands. Highly recommend going to these guys for any car troubles.

I had a great experience because they were very thorough with my car, also explained everything in detail which was greatly appreciated since I do not know much about cars. There prices seem reasonable and they seem to work in a timely fashion. They also have good customer service skills will definitely be back to this location.

Ive needed tires pretty bad, I was extremely skeptical of getting them in Pinellas County because of how expensive everything is because Im from South Florida and its a big difference, at first I was slightly frustrated, but Bruce was amazing not only did he help calm me down, he was so amazingly nice and understanding, and calmly explained everything to me. Fast great service and extremely friendly service. I will always ask for Bruce,! BRUCE IS THE BEST.

I went to this location because it was close to work and I had tire trouble. I told them I had issues at the last Tire Kingdom location I went to that was close to home (45 miles north). They were very reassuring and made sure all sensors were working properly before I left. Most gun shops and car shops make me feel like they are trying to take advantage or, at the least, are condescending. NOT these guys! I feel they know what they are doing, do it well, and treat me well. Anything that I can bring to this location to have done, I certainly will.

Lance was great-arranged an appointment last minute! Staff was polite and efficient. Spent less than Id expected for what I had done!💖

Came in at 1pm to set up an appointment to get my alignment done. The service writer told me to come at 3:30. I arrived at 3:30 and didnt even get helped until 4:26. The service writer told me he would have to reschedule me and forgot he even told me to come in. Save yourself time and pick another company.

Wouldnt let this place put a tire on a kids bike let alone on a car. Customer service is terrible. Place is a joke. They must fail to realize there are plenty of auto shops in the area. Bought tires for both vehicles elsewhere.

Just found out wen i brought my car here to have struts and shocks replaced. They never changed them. Make sure you tell them to put the old one in the trunk. And plus everytime i have a tire changed there alway have a lung nut missing. If they think your going to use them as a primary place to bring your car. They will scandle your car..strait crooks

Had a great experience at Tire Kingdom on Gulf to Bay. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While rotating the tires they noticed that my front rotors and pads were getting really thin, as well as my wheel bearing is humming.... Im glad they noticed that so I could get it fixed!! I had an unexpected, unfortunate flat tire this morning that ultimately required a replacement. I drove up a little after 8:30 and was back on the road a mere hour later. Id say everything was said and done in about 40 - 45 min.The gentleman who greeted us was prompt, polite, kind, and answered all the questions my dad and I had during the short time we waited. The mechanic also came out to give me additional information on my tires and when to check air pressure, etc. which was fantastic.Its great when service centers educate the client, and I felt they did that here.Ill be returning next week to get my oil changed, and my dad will be getting his breaks serviced here as well as he was also impressed with their service and fair pricing. My morning started out on a poor note with a flat, but thankfully now its back on track without hitting my wallet too hard, and these gentleman are to thank for it!

The worst place ever! They even forgot to assemble my tire right and almost got in an accident right outside their place. Bad experience! I placed an order on their site and scheduled installation. I showed up at my appointed time and they DID NOT HAVE MY TIRES. I just dont know why theyre not here... This after I took time out of the office to get there.My order was placed almost a week ago. Why did they not check for them and order them if they still had not shown up?This morning, when you know Im coming in today and the tires arent there, just call me and at least save me a trip!A tiny bit of foresight couldve gotten the tires here, or at least resulted in a call to reschedule.

They took advantage of my daughter. She spent over $1000 in different types of repairs and the check engine light is still on. Then they tell her is a muffler part that they didnt carry.Im reporting them to the better business bureau and to Angies list.That way they wont be able to take advantage of any woman ever again. 😫😣😬😠

Good evening Ive been in had lots of work done. Calipers, discs, brake lines, rear brakes. alignments, shocks, oil change, and a set of tires.Have nothing but same issue that wasnt there before I brought it into you guys.Ive brought it back 5 times. All I get is its 70% better. Cant drive it over 50 mph. As soon as I get in itll shakes you off the road. Missed out on a Vacation.Please feel free to reach out to me. Im sure you know the truck.If cant fix one last time. Just give me back my $1700.I looked for a Territory number or even Corporate number.

Ive never been charged for picking tires up from another store before.. We bought Sumitomo tires from Tire Kingdom 3 years ago. We have had to replace 2 of them already. One of them the tire tread came off the second one the steal belt that holds the tire together broke. Each time the warranty they gave use was worthless. I got the same quote from the car dealership to replace my second tire. They dont warranty their tire especially the one the manager sold me at the time. Should of gone with Michelin tires. This store has lost my trust. Not sure if other stores have the same policy.

Guy at the counter was, for lack of a better term, a complete a**hole. I came in there inquiring about a specific tire, and instead of giving me a price on those tires he insisted on naming every tire and price they had in the size I was looking for. When I told him I was only looking for a specific tire he pretty much told me to stop talking and let him get through his list. At this point after telling him multiple times I was looking for 1 specific tire, and him interrupting me and insisting I let him go through his list, I stopped him and said not to bother and he said, Great, Id rather not anyway. Great customer service you guys have here. I will never come back and I will tell anyone I know looking for tires to look elsewhere.

This place is a joke. Will tell you your tire is not patchable to make you buy a new one. Too bad for you guys Im not an idiot and took my truck someplace else. Get a second opinion before you let these hacks touch your vehicle. Im sure glad I did!

Bought tires in another Tire Kingdom in a different town, and noticed a problem at highway speeds.Called ahead to see if it was busy and they said they could get to me within an hour or so.Stopped in and they solved the problem within an hour. Both the manager and the service tech had good attitudes and were prompt and efficient in their dealings with me.

I came into Clearwater with an unexplained shaking of my car. they took the time to try and find out what was wrong and When they realized it was work that i needed to go to a specialty 4x4 shop for, they went over everything with me so i could explain it to the next shop. They could have gouged me for all kinds of tests and diagnosing that wouldnt have lead anywhere but instead they were honest the whole time. If i lived in Clearwater i would have these guys do my tires all the time. Defiantly recommend to anyone who lives up there.

All Tire kingdoms are pretty same. I never was completely satisfied with their job. This time, I was very surprised! There was a great guy, hes name Dan. Very professional, he know what he doing and in a difference to other guys I ever met in TKs he tried to save my money, not rubber me like others. If Ill be in Tampa again Ill go here with confidence, only because of this guy Dan.P.S.: tall blonde dude on the register have to be nicer, hes customer service... I cant call it so. I think he need to learn how to talk to the customers in respectful manner or be replaced.

We needed a new set of tires last week and made an appointment with Tire Kingdom on line. Was a bit hesitant since we are new to the area and not familiar with this company.Pleasantly surprised! Greeted with a handshake and warm welcome from Lance. Within a few minutes had quote and approved the work to be done. 1 1/2 hours later all 4 tires replaced and alignment done. Left very satsfied!The best part was the follow-up phone call received over the weekend to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction.Great customer service snd we will be sure to recomend this store! Do not visit store #30 (6201 Park Blvd N Pinellas Park)! They will lie and say that you will need to replace things that you really do not. We purchased tires and while it was on the rack (they took it upon themslves to do a once over), claimed that we needed to replace the transmission fluid because it was brown. They also claimed that the brakes needed to be cleaned. The vehicle needed a battery but they wanted to charge us for installation. We purchased the battery somewhere else and we saved money.A few days after, we took the car to the dealership to get the oil changed. We asked them if the transmissin fluid needed to be changed and if the brakes needed to be cleaned. They stated that the transmission fluid was not brown and the brakes did not need cleaning.We will definitly not do business with Tire Kindom again!

Went to get an alignment. They cracked the fiber glass on the bottom of my car pulling it onto the alignment ramp. When I said something about it they acted like I was crazy. On top of all that they didnt even do the alignment correctly. Done with these people.
