The staff was incredibly helpful! They loaned me a tool to assist in removing an item from the frame of my car. I was looking for the correct size push pin and they allowed me to open one of the small containers, remove one to see if it fit correctly to the frame, which I ended up purchasing. Outstanding, excellent customer service!!! Great knowledgeable staff!!! One of my best buying experiences ever!!

Great store, guy who I spoke to was very helpful over the phone. Until I get in and manager Cathy Carpenter doesn’t accept their price match policy because Walmart doesn’t give you the option for “overnight shipping” they offer “next day” which would get here tomorrow aka be overnight.She’s so worried about $40 dollars that isn’t even her $40 it’s corporates and if they were so worried about it they should remove their price match policy anyways. Also - should probably state that.Genuinely curious if corporate would rather my $100 or $0 of my dollars because I will be returning this.

I came in the store yesterday trying to get help with getting my battery the first guy tried to help me he had something to do. (Which was fine) It was a lady in the gray shirt that told me I had to take it out myself (mind you I never been under a hood personally) the whole toolbox looked foreign to me I didn’t know what to go with what. I was unaware I had take it out myself and I had a toddler with me! As I’m walking out the door I run into Malissa B. And she ask me what I was trying to do I told her I’m gonna learn how to take my battery off and preceded to walk off she walked inside. Unbeknownst, to me she went to get gloves and help and talk me through taking out my battery even entertained my son while I took my battery out! She was so helpful after a stressful day of needing a new alternator! She was stress reliever and made me feel so comfortable she is GREAT! Keep her around I will be a customer forgive. Tell her she is going to a wonderful mechanic and let me know when she open her own shop! 🥰

I just wanted to give a shout out to Teddy A. As my boyfriend was driving he lost power in his truck. He pulled into this location. Teddy and the whole store were a great help. Instead of just pushing a new batter on my bf they went the extra mile to check other things and found it it was the alternator. While all this was going on they charged his battery and teddy kept checking to make sure he was good even taking his break late. Big kudos to the team. We have been there several time la and have gotten great customer service. Will keep going back.

Poor service, no one asked to help and I stood at the counter for almost 2 mins before the workers even acknowledged I was there.They did have what I needed and prices comparable.

I was just at this autozone and the service was incredible and very quick. They checked my battery and told me It was probably still under warranty, something I didn’t even think of. They exchanged my battery for free and I was there for 10 minutes max!

Awesome employees great experience terrible reason to be there. My alternator went out on my ride back home and had to swap it out in the parking lot. The employees where knowledgeable and eager to help me out. Truly a great experience dealing with them and I cant thank them enough. The young lady that works there is truly awesome and deserves a raise. If every autozone had employees like those they would shut the competition out.

The first one helped me pick out the parts I needed, and the second one installed everything for me, and helped me reset my oil change light warning ⚠️. Call the AutoZone on behalf of my sister-in-law who bought a battery there it seemed like it was going bad they said bring it in they would test it if it needed to be replaced they would prorate it and replace it for her on sight, she went down there the next day and they promptly took care of it she was very happy with the service

Great store for after market and custom accessories. I dont normally order parts through here mainly because Ive got a closer auto parts store and I ride a motorcycle. But when my go to store doesnt have what I need or Im looking for custom add one to change the look, style or feel this is where I go. Just recently purchased a multi color remote LED kit for my bike here, great quality and reasonably priced. Employees are always friendly and happy to help plus they like to chat me up because my bike catches the eye. 😉

I found what I was looking for, but at the expe se of poor service. No acknowledgement at all even when I was trying to find a light bulb. The 2 guys behind the counter looked at me a few times but kept joking around. No one else was in the store. I will pro ably go somewhere else for my auto parts needs.

So amazed at how the manager knows about car stuff. If you dont know what youre looking for, or what help you need they help you. They do have a computer that searches up parts especially for your vehicle (brand, make, year, everything)

The workers there are the best they really go out of their way to make sure to take care of the customer and their needs very good people

ASK FOR AUSTIN HES AWESOMEToday Thursday I went into this auto zone to fix my integrity tree care truck I say that so you know how important that is after being lied to by multiple employees at advanced auto on Missouri ave ( I said it) THIS GUY AUSTIN at Auto zone came outside tested my stuff and said it passed all three tests and even told me that other places could make it fail on purpose to sell something else! I appreciate this guys honesty! So go to THIS autozone and make sure to ask for Austin! Highly recommend.

The worse place ever! We came on 07/25 to buy new battery. Their customer service rep didnt know how to change battery, so my husband needed to do it! Also they messed up the purchase and charged me twice for the same battery! And didnt know how to fix car model in their system. Id definitely recommend to go shop in other place!

Hector was great we were visiting Clearwater Fl & our axel broke me & the kids had to catch an Uber while my husband rode in the tow truck to auto zone when we arrived he was very friendly it was about 10mins b4 they closed we needed parts & tools he helped us find everything & while my husband was outside fixing it he closed the store but instead of going home he came to help my husband free of charge we couldn’t thank him enough GREAT PERSON
