Pam was kind enough to hold my hand and guide me through the process, helping me to pick the best equipment for my needs and budget. I am eight years in with my equipment and have had no issues other than normal wear and tear and they have been very helpful in managing that. Showed up right before closing, felt bad but the staff gladly accepted us in and even walked us through the store to explain what was available. It was my girlfriends 1st purchase so she was a little unsure but they were very patient and helpful, ended up leaving with a salon chair and for a great price! Well definitely be back when its time to buy more equipment, not only for the deals but mostly for the great customer service, thanks again :)

I am so pleased with my equipment purchased here!!!!There was an issue with the foot rest ( from supplier) and they IMMEDIATELY resolved the issue! Incredibly disappointed in this companys communication. After the processing machine we purchased from them died while under warranty we had to chase staff down to get any answers. Unfortunately, the rep told us by phone we would receive a new processor only to find out a month later they would only send us a part to fix it ourselves. Mind you, when they told us on the phone wed be getting a new machine, we asked if we needed to send back the old machine, the answer was no, with no other instruction or information, not even a hint that we would need to send it back in the future. Basically they were just saying whatever they needed to in order to get us off the phone. Instead of hoping it would magically fix itself, we disposed of the defective machine. They were incredulous that we would get rid of a machine they told us was defective. The managers solution was to blame COVID and give us a deal on a new machine. Thanks but no thanks.

Cory & Joe - we appreciate all of your hard work! We ordered eight custom built stylist stations and had a specific date that we needed these to be delivered by. Cory was great with communication and made sure that we were happy with our results. The stations were delivered by the due date - perfect, no blemishes, no imperfections and gorgeous. Thank you! Most recently, one of our Brio Hair Dryers needed parts and Joe was great about helping us find out the exact parts that we needed and helped us with ordering and shipping the parts out asap! I would like to complement the entire crew at AB Salon Equipment for their outstanding customer service. One of the chairs we purchased about 6 months ago for our med-spa, suddenly froze in one position. The AB service people came immediately to evaluate the chair. At their expense, the company had the replacement electronic part overnighted and installed, within 2 working days. When they arrived to install the part, they brought another chair, as a just-in-case loaner. This is better than 5-star customer service.

I opened a salon last year and would NOT go anywhere else! The custom made furniture for my salon has been absolutely beautiful and was in budget! Great craftsmanship, everything was on time as promised and everyone treated me like gold! I highly recommend AB Salon Equipment!

I am a chair renter and needed a nice mat for under my chair at my current salon. My husband told me that he saw AB Salon Equipment on his way to work off 66th Street N... that they may have one for me to see(in the store, NOT ONLINE) so I could see the quality of it). So today, I drove up there. The staff and owner(Pam) was super nice and showed me around the place... what they have to offer my salon, also told me about the services they offer for repairs as well! This is good to know! 🤗 The mat I bought from there is just what I was looking for and top quality for the discounted price. It’s 5/8 of an inch thick and feels super good under my feet. I cant say enough good things about the team at ABSE..they are fantastic! Not only do they have everything you could be looking for, they have the follow up service salon owners need. I am in the process of opening a barbershop in Fremont, California and have tried several local vendors of salon equipment. AB Salon is located in Clearwater, FL but not only were they more helpful they were e cheaper as well. Placed an order for 8 barber chairs and am very happy with how quick they came and the quality for the price i paid

I received a faulty product from this company and they refused to return it saying they do not take returns. I did not want a replacement product because the product was ofVERY poor quality, breaking upon first use. In the VERY small print at the very bottom of their site, after further inspection, says that they do not do returns.I honestly did not think that there were reputable companies out there that conducted all sales final business. I had to phone 3 times requesting the return address before they finally phoned me back a week later informing me of this policy.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Everybody was very friendly and very helpful.

Called in after they closed and left a message on their answering machine in regards to a drain pipe I had that was leaking. One of their service men who I believe was named Kenny gave me a call back first thing in the morning and helped me get a new pipe to fix my drain. Item was delivered within 3 days and my drain is now fixed. Thank you Kenny!

I realized immediately the product I ordered was terrible. The customer service representative was extremely unhelpful and rude. They do not provide returns and refused to replace the product with something that works. It is unfortunate a business does not honor their products and quality!!
