Excellent service! I cannot say enough good things about Kirby at the Clayton store. I arrived before the store opened for my pick up. He noticed I was parked outside and opened early for me! He reviewed my plan, made some helpful suggestions for my plan as well as products to support my new phone, and helped apply the screen saver. I am an extremely happy Verizon customer!

I had phenomenal customer service experience with Bernice. She went above and beyond to assist me. I greatly appreciate her efforts during this current time when it seems that good customer service is non-existent. I hope Bernice continues to set and be a great example.

Kirby (the manager) is a 10/10. I went in looking for phones last minute and he got us in and out as fast as possible. He is super knowledgeable and put up with my novice knowledge of phones and I appreciated not being talked down to. I highly recommend this location for all your verizon needs!

Regan was absolutely amazing. I am a hotshot driver and I had to rush out of town on a haul la at minute and she got me in and out of there really quick she clearly explained everything to me and even help me save some money I would recommend ANYBODY to go see her very customer-friendly!!!

My husband and I came in to upgrade 1:2 of our phones. Our agent Ricky was phenomenal. Ricky was very patient and attentive to my family. Ricky provided all options for my family and let me know of all of the different offers available to me but he wasnt pushy. We actually left with 2 upgrades. Definitely recommend!

Bought a Pixel because I was told it had an SD ard for memory expansion then three months later when I needed more memory and was going to change the SD card, i found there wasnt one.Went in the store to see what they would do for me and they basically just shrugged and said they couldnt do anything.Called the corporate office and they sent me an A50 for free with no hassle.

Do not buy anything at this store. The manager is horrible and she likes to steal commissions from employees. I know because my son worked there. Give your business to better people.

Only one person working that did not even acknowledge that I was there. Walked around for 10 minutes then just left. Need more than one person and if you only have one person they need to greet customers and have a personality instead of just letting you walk around wondering if someone is going to help.

Would not recommend going from 10:00 to 1:00 p.m. because theyre is only one representative. I stood there about 20 mins and not one time I was asked to be helped. This is my 1st bad Verizon experience. Hope you go after that time period so youll get better service.

Saved $450 on 3 phones by going to Costco instead. They also suggested a completely unnecessary plan for my needs. They said I should have at least an 8 gb plan when we stay under 2 gb without any troubles.
