The young lady who waited on my brother and I was not very helpful or professional. She had the attitude almost as if we were bothering her. This is not good if you want sales. My brother has been in sales over 30 years and could not believe how we were treated. She did not have a mask on and we both did . I wondered if this is why she treated us the way she did. I have been here before and I had a very nice younger man help me who was a great help. I would not go back there . We went to the corporate store in white oak at the garner store and we were treated with great help and a lot of information from a very friendly and helpful gentleman. Do yourself a favor and never go to this store. Go to the corporate store in garner . Ten times better help and experience .
They are extremely slow, but the female I interacted with did not fully disclose the accurate amount I would have to pay per month. She chose a more expensive plan and withheld monthly payment fees for an app. Very disappointed that people are still lying to have the top number of phones sold.
I leaving a review here on becoming a verizon celluar customer. Which I may never become because I cant get anyone to answer the phone to answer simple questions. I have been with T mobile for 7.5 years I always get someone from Tmobile to answer or call me back. I was only looking to change providers is due to a move and the new location I has spotty service. Verizon as big as you are I cant see you staying number one if you cant improve your customer service experience. A simple call back when call volumes are high would be a start.

I went to this location and Tommy, the Verizon rep I dealt with, was polite and professional.He made sure that my transition from my old to new phone went smoothly. I cannot thank him enough. We went to another Verizon location in Garner this afternoon to purchase new phones. We let the salesperson know what we were wanting to buy and he told me to go through the app and basically order the phones myself and select store pickup as the delivery option. I didnt think much of it, but when he brought the phones to us, he just gave us the boxed phones and told us we could activate them when we got home. My husband and I are usually pretty good with technology, and I figured maybe this was a COVID-19 precaution so that they didnt have to touch peoples devices, so I was initially fine with this. However, when we got home we ran into all kinds of problems with activating our devices. We tried to figure it out ourselves, but we ended up going to the Verizon store in Clayton since that is closer to where we live. I explained the situation to Sean and he brought us back to a desk and sat down with us to take a look. It turns out that the guy who told us to order the phones through our app assigned our phones to the wrong phone numbers and that was essentially causing all of the problems. Sean was extremely friendly and helpful. He let us know what happened and he told us what he was doing to get it corrected. My phone needed a software update that required WiFi, so that was a step I needed to do once I got home, but after doing that it works like a charm! We both now have working phones and I wish that we had gone to the Verizon Clayton and worked with Sean in the first place. We will definitely be going to see him for any other Verizon visits in the future.
The female who interacted with me had a personality to get rid of all your customers. Her messy desk with food and personal items strewn across it was absurd. Lets just say, as a retired VZN employee who has worked customers, she is a great example of WHAT NOT TO DO! Just make a video of her and show it to the new hires. I cleaned my area with a Clorox wipe but shes too arrogant to pick up a hint. She succeeds at making customers want to roll up to a different VZN store. I plan to. In his day of Covid and variants I expected more, even neat may have fooled me to think her desk might not be contagious, but lets just categorize her as E X T R A.
Poor costumer services.we called the store before arrived, no one answered and we found out that their phone haven’t been working for a while . Pizza and plates on their desk, they didn’t care, they saw our order in the system and we never got a call or a text to let us know that our phone is ready to pick up, I believe there were managers siding like was their house sofa, so unprofessional.I recommend to choice an other store .

The customer service in Verizon is excellent but I think Verizon is way too expensive and sometimes you dont get what you expect or what you think you pay for.
Ive been a Verizon customer for a while and Sean has helped me with my last two upgrades. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I upgraded to the LG Wing via his recommendation and spent about 3 hours in the store for transfer of info, etc. And I didnt mind being there at all. Everyone is super friendly and Sean is one of the best retail service persons Ive had the pleasure of meeting.
Store was filthy, one employee was napping when I walked in, salesperson that “helped” me completely contradicted what I was told when I spoke with an associate using the Verizon 800 number. Not sure if this was do to trying to get a bigger commission or what but needless to say I will never be using a Verizon store again and will be using their website to conduct business with Verizon.

Just awful!! Went in the day after getting a Hot Spot with issues. Went in another 3 times with the same issues. Never wanted to help. Went on a trip and the issues of restarting and No SIM kept happening. Go back to the store when I return from vacation and now I have to go through customer service and get a replacement through them using the manufacturer warranty. Thanks for being no help and your TERRIBLE customer service!! I will never step foot in that store again.
I went into the Smithfield store and worked with Janet who fixed all my problems and was wonderful to me and my mother after working with Tyrese in Clayton when over priced what I was purchasing and then lied outright to my face about fees after I had already signed everything. After getting home and realizing he lied again about about another issue to where what he sold me would not even work with my moms phone. Knowing her phone was a certain model and never told her it would not connect to each other. So I then had to go back and buy a new phone. Thinking I was going to have to spend another 2 hours in his store which is not even in my town. I called before leaving said what happened. He said he had a phone and in way there then said he didn’t. I asked him to call Smithfield store he said they didn’t have any. Come to find out they did. I went there instead. I called in way to save phone and she met me when I walked in. From the get go one of the best experiences I have ever had. JANET will take care of you. I have never had good business from the Clayton store and have worked with Tyrese twice now. Once on 2/15/2021 and once when I purchased a new phone. Worst service ever. Lies will ruin your business. Don’t up the price when the price is plain as day in your website.
I contacted this store shortly before they were to close tonight. I spoke with Randy and he was communicative of what they could provide and what they had in store. He personally spoke to the Verizon e rep that I had on the other line to effectively handle my situation. My sim card would not read and he had it activated before I arrived at the store due to his prompt handling of the call and his details in his questions. I arrived and Shayla was already on the pone with the Verizon representative I had on the other line previously. Between the three of them they saved me money and time. I am beyond grateful, it could have been so much worse if I had not been taken care of the way I was by all three Verizon representatives.
Third party Scam artist. Sold me and my wife phones with phone cases and the phone cases didnt even protect the phone. This store then refuse to fix or make it right. Would not recommend. Verizon store in knightdale is your best choice.

Certain staff is more concerned with socializing than making sure procedures are handled correctly. Rather than call and address issue received a text saying Verizon would have to handle issue, Verizon said transaction was not completed correctly resulting in huge charge.

I have been a customer with verizon ever since alltel days. Although I have always received good service, this service event required special notice. Chris greeted me promptly and and was very personable and was able to assist me. My phone i had forever died. He was very friendly and professional. He did not try to oversell. He went above and beyond helping with new case and protection. He was able to get my old phone up and running for transfer. Any questions he had trouble with, Randy helped him with like the liquid glass. Randy is an assest because I saw him helping several members of the team while I was there. Both are an asset to your companys customer service.
I spent 3 Saturdays at Verizon in Clayton and I actually didnt mind! Can you believe that? I didnt mind because of the exemplary customer service provided by Eric Walters. I have never worked anyone so patient and professional, and helpful about what WE needed. We were spending a lot of money and he made sure we were comfortable with our new purchases and helped to ensure we get the most out of these pocket computers we carry around. We have a lot of options as to where we do business, I choose to follow Eric, you should, too! You wont be disappointed!
I visited the Clayton NC store off of Hwy 70 because I had an inspection to do out there. Sean assisted me and he was super amazing! He got me approved for 2 lines through my business and walked me through every single detail of my purchase and services. Sean provided me with excellent customer service. Customer service was poor when I went into this location in regards to their service lagging severely. They rudely stated that the network was being worked on.Tonight; I had a question to see if they had an iPad in stock as I’m looking to purchase and the phone has been ringing for 10 minutes. I tried earlier and left it ring for 5 minutes. It’s ridiculous that you cannot get ahold of this location yet I called the other Clayton location and they picked up right away.This location is an absolute joke.
I’ve worked with Eric on several occasions to over the last year and half to update my families phones. He was the most professional and always so accommodating. Very patient with my family who isnt the most technically savvy! I give him a 10 out of 10!!
Visited store for a case for my wifes new Note 10+. Randy was nothing short of awesome. He described all her options and even put the protective liquid glass on for her. I have bought 6 phones for my family from this store and specifically Rick Starling over the last 4 years. My experience has always been great! Everyone there has been very nice, even when they are busy. I realize that getting a new phone or troubleshooting an existing one is not like going to the grocery store to just pick something up. Rick is very knowledgeable and has always taken the time to make sure our phones were set up properly and that we have the right service plan. I have recommended this store to a number of friends who have also been very pleased with their service.

Received such wonderful customer service. Overall great experience by sales person Robbie. My father had just passed away and I needed changes made to my account and mom wanted her first smart phone. He was so patient with her and still to this day months later checks on her to see if she has any questions. Even got a tablet for my son. Robbie went over it with him and helped him set up his account. This location is top notch in customer satisfaction and relations.

Well... Yeah, they are nice. Of course I have go with prepaid because of credit. First they really need to have more prepaid phones on hand. The first I bought apparently wasnt prepaid and had difficulty returning. The second I HAD to buy even though it wasnt what I wanted because they didnt have the other on hand. Because I didnt have the money to just go online and get it, just paid almost 200 on the first. Verizon might have the best network but not the best options!!
The environment of the store was very...fratboyish for lack of a better word. I understand that when things are slow in the store it is easy to start joking around with each other, but when you do have customers in store there isnt a need to be outside playing around with your cars, or loudly discussing some (interesting) movie, or charging your E-Cigarette next to the customer. Beyond the atmosphere the guy who helped us was very nice and helpful in getting us my new phone, which is why they get 3 stars.

This has got to be one of the best Verizon stores around. I have visited several times. I am always treated with respect and get prompt service from the staff here. I am not pressured into buying something I dont need, and in fact one sales rep actually saved me money by recommending a cheaper solution. If you need to pay your bill, they waive the in store conveinance fees.

Eric did an excellent job helping me get the phone I wanted. He never tried to sell me something I did not want. I came in to fix a problem with my LG G5 and told him I hated the phone. I was able to get the phone I really wanted. Eric worked with me for over an hour after the store closed to make sure I had everything I needed and was happy with my new phone. He helped me set up everything I didnt understand or couldnt do because I am technology challenged. Wonderful customer service!!
I came in today to add a line, and walked out with two new iPhones due to the BOGO deal! Mya was who I was assigned to, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with doing business with her! As dreadful as I feel when walking into phone stores, she made the process so simple and easy! Never once did I feel pressured, & I had no doubt that she had my best interest in mind! I can’t imagine going through the process & it being any other way! I love my new phone and was fortunate to have such an informative, knowledgeable, & kind employee to be assigned to! Bought a phone and the awesome guys (especially Josh) there were helping me get it activated. There was some tech/computer issue that caused a delay. Even though it took 2 hours to resolve the problem, none of them showed any irritation at all. They were upbeat, caring and professional. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Worked with Robbie. Good listener. Offered suggestions and was very clear about costs. Would be happy to work with him again.
When my iPhone 7 died on me, everyone was incredibly helpful in helping me out. They helped me put Liquid Glass on it and restore everything from my backup. They went out of their way to be wonderful!

The representative wasnt attentive... He continuously tried to help several customers at once, which totally seemed unnecessary because they werent busy and other reps were in the store. It was rude when he answered the phone while helping me, got up to check on others several times. Had he focused on me for just 5 minutes straight; I couldve been in and out. Good news is, my awesome experiences with other stores, other reps, and Verizon as a company, have been amazing.

I cant say enough about Eric at the Verizon store across from Burger King in Clayton. He went above and beyond for my mom after she lost her phone. Not only was he able to find a budget friendly phone, but he also was able to lower our bill by making proper suggestions. His customer service then convinced me to purchase a new phone for myself. To take it even further, he was able to help reset lost passwords, recover lost pictures/text, and still kept my bill lower then when I arrived. If you need help ask for ERIC. Jo Jo is a complete professional. No matter what you need Jojo will provide knowledgeable assistance. I would suggest that if you go into the Clayton Verizon store that you be patient and wait to be helped by Jo Jo. The other employees will only help you if you are making a purchase. If you need help with your phone, forget it. They will tell you to perform some task that will not work and rush you out of the store. Trust me, Jojo is the only associate that anyone should work with.

Im never switching Verizon agents because JoJo is 100%hands down the best you will EVER find!
I would have to say I have never had a cellphone or service store employee care so much about me switching. Ive had Sprint, straight talk, even cricket, Verizon took great care of me, they answered all my questions with ease. They sell their product well and professional. 10 out of 10 wont be changing my plan again!
