Had been having issues with my sons last 2 PS4 I got neither lasted. These guys went above and beyond since I was so strapped for time and my son had been going with out his Christmas present. They had a store ship one to the store and actually called me when a better one came in. My son was having a minor surgery so it was listed on the web but not on the floor so it was still there when I arrived and the guy stayed a few min late to help me with a minor issue

The store manager is good and intuitive as well. Knows what you would like and is good at offering you things youd need you dont know youd like!!! Congrats to a well needed GameStop with a well needed really good manager!!!

This GameStop is my go-to for video games, gaming consoles and accessories. The staff is the absolute nicest, providing information about the games I buy. The warranty that they sell with every game is good, especially when you have a new game and want insurance that if it breaks you can get another one within a year of receiving said game. Overall just a great experience!

Great experience everytime we come. This is the only game stop we come to. We have bought and sold lots of things here. The workers are always nice and once they have seen you a few times they treat you like old friends. Good selection of games and merchandise. They also just rearranged the store so it seems much larger.

Simply a game stop store. Many games. No real personal help after I ask about ps3. They just want to sell newer high dollar stuff ..not the old used games I really wanted to know about. There were several visiting people there talking online games.. Disappointed thought it would be a better shopping experience.

Game Stop has a good selection and the staff is absolutely incredible. My brother and I visit often and are always pleased. Their prices are also good.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The man who helped us showed us the deals throughout the store and helped us find the games we were looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find a website on my phone to view backwards compatibility for our system. He went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service! I have been a long time customer of this store and have always received this type of service! Management should be incredibly proud of the store associates and the value they bring to the shopping experience! This is my husbands and my favorite GameStop location! Josh, the manager goes above and beyond every time to make sure we find everything we are looking for. He is very knowledgeable, and all the staff are very friendly. I cant recommend them enough :)

Walked in. Was actually going to purchase a few games. Was not greeted or helped. But, another person walked in and was immediately helped. The items I did have I promptly put back and walked out. Went to Walmart and got the games for half the price I would have here.

This store makes you feel happy to be in the store. The staff has extensive knowledge of gaming systems, past and present games as well as games not yet released. Very friendly!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, although there have been a few times when the employees have been preoccupied and we didnt get the same level of attention as weve come to expect. But mostly my experiences at this location have been extremely positive with staff members going out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered and I had everything I wanted. Good selection of new & used games, accessories, and merchandise for a smaller store.

Cool store. Was able to get in and out even on Black Friday. Good customer service. Nice to see manager helping staff and customers versuses just standing and doing nothing.

The guys that work there are always very knowledgeable and helpful! 99% of their suggestions turn out to be great games. Prices are reasonable as well and the few times Ive had issues with the product, they dont hesitate to clean the disks, exchange or refund my money. Great place to shop.

Had exactly what I was looking for. Manager was very friendly and helpful. I bought the classic NES and Super NES.

Games are great, the store is great; they have old, new, pre-used and everything you need. Im giving 4 stars out of the maximum of 5 this evening due to a slight inconvenience. Gamestop corporate, we must make absolutely sure we give all employees the proper training needed to effectively ID all persons purchasing games rated M and up at each of our stores across these United States of America; because as we all know the employee verification of ID for all rated M rated video games is crucial to the corporate success of this business. This goes for EVERY.SINGLE.M RATED.PURCHASE. We must not fail at our duties! If we miss one ID check of a customer we have failed at completing, arguably one of THE most important parts of our job. Coming from a slightly frustrated home owner, with a mustache, a beard, a job, 3 cars, a dog, 2 cats, a cat tree, a lawn mower and a wife. I had a bit of down time to express my thoughts while playing my M rated video game during my load time ;). Dont forget proof of ID folks! Enjoy your efficient game buying experience.
