Great place to get good quality cabinets at a reasonable price! Ask for Joel he was amazing on the rendering and I got a great price for my cabinets, countertops and sink!And he told my about a great place to get appliances!

As my husband posted that they were gracious enough to you know let us in to look at cabinets. But at the time we cannot afford to pay for the installation Joe quoted us several times $2300 to put the cabinets together and to install them. Since then we have not been able to find a contractor Put the cabinets together we were like OK let’s bite the bullet and go ahead and pay the $2300. When we call back we got several different prices which is not cool at all the first installation price was 2300 like I stated the next one was 2800 the next one was Then we were quoted 2900 and as of today we were quoted 2700 this is a big rip off I am so unsatisfied with them are they pulling prices out of their butts so now we’re stuck with trying to find somebody to put the cabinets together and hang them and we cannot return them because it’s past the 30 days this is unprofessional and on excusable

Wait, you dont operate based on appointments, then why would I assume that I needed to call to make one? Its obvious that you are under staffed and working with a client, but you never tell new business that you are not going to create any new designs when thats what you come to work to do. I had no clue a drive from Philly would end so unproductive, I could have stayed home. Note to self:

Eric was absolutely fantastic. We went to other stores and were completely scared away by pricing. He was willing to help us make selections and cost. He customized a pantry area for our kitchen. Our dream kitchen was definitely achieved. So pleased with the entire experience. Would send anyone there needing materials to remodel kitchens and bathrooms.

My wife and I did not know they were taking appointments when we arrived. But Joel was gracious enough to let us in. Joel took great care of us to make sure we were satisfied with our cabinet purchase and design.

Cabinets perfect. Communication excellent, assistance provided on sub-contractor issue great. The only reason not giving a 5 is the counter-top subcontractor that they used for my job. I had to have Cabinets to go get involved to get action.

Cabinets to Go seem to have a very difficult time ordering and receiving materials.Replacement parts ordered in May were suppose to arrive in September. Now we are being told maybe December.They are unable to give us a delivery date even after 6 months of waiting.

Cabinets To Go, Clamont, DE, has absoulutely terrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment during social distancing, waited almost an hour and a half and then got ignored numerous times, when he knew we were waiting! He came to the door, walked away, ignored our knocking, phone went to voicemail, nothing, even with a schedule appointment. We have already torn out of one of multiple rental properties and we were ready to buy, but not from Cabinets To Go, never again! Lost business must nit matter to them!

Love this place! Ive been a contractor for 25 years now and this has become my new go-to for cabinets and vanities. Definitely find Curtis if you have a complicated design, he has been helpful with solid designs that actually work every time now. Wish I could say the same for some of the other places Ive been! Our most recent project is a multi plex rental and we tried the new flooring they have... Im impressed! The cabinets are easy to put together and all the top features (soft close everything). Were working on unit 2 now and looking forward to more.... definitely give them a look if you want to save money!!!

We ordered cabinets but have yet to get their contractor to set a date to install them. I was notified almost 2 weeks ago that they were in. I waited a week and finally contacted him and was told he would e-mail me in a day. 3 days later and nothing. Now the company is not responding to my e-mail. We had asked for a refund of the install and assembly but were told they never have done that before and did not know how to. I am completely without a kitchen for 2 weeks and still waiting. No communication is not the way to do business.

What an Experience,The Staff was AMAZING and quite knowledgeable about what I needed. The patence of my In decisiveness did not bother them. I changed my mind several times during the process. The prices were so good, I brought my contractor with me to make sure I wasnt getting scammed. He is now purchasing his own cabinets from CABINETS TO GO. Special thanks to Shawn and Curtis.

Great looking cabinets but customer service is horrible. They told me their service is 10-14 days, no cabinets in that time when I called they confirmed me that they were on backorder. They never called me to inform.me of the delay.

I am the owner of several rental properties. I visited the store 2 times, the representative was not professional at all; acted if if I was wasting his time.

Requested a quote twice no one call me, called the the store no one answered the phones . went to store that was supposed to close at 5pm there was only one person working didnt even say welcome or that he was closing earlier after waiting between 25 minutes to 30 minutes then he said he was closing at 4, he told to leave my info that they will call methey never did.

Store manager was very quick to respond, after searching online through hundreds of bathroom vanities, the store manager found one at another location and got it to us the same day (possibly because i called on the day they do their store to store deliveries)Cabinet is awesome and a great price. Very good quality.

Ive had my cabinets for 6 months. I see paint chipping off cabinets. The hinges are weak. I dont have any children in my home where it could be blamed.

I went in to have my cabinets designed and planned to build them myself. I did an entire home renovation and as a weekend contractor I was expecting a lot of difficulty with the cabinets. I had curtis help design my kitchen and he was beyond awesome. He answered every question and even pointed out issues I may have that I didnt even think of. I cannot recommend him enough to friends and family. The cabinets themselves were extremely easy to put together, the first one took me 15 minutes to put together but once I got the hang of it, it took less than 5 minutes each. The quality, especially for the price, is phenomenal. I have gotten more compliments on the cabinets than I can count ( I got Kensington mist). The whole process was a slam dunk. Ask for curtis, trust me.

Last summer my husband and I went into the Claymont DE Cabinets to Go looking for kitchen cabinets in anticipation of a remodel. We had looked at several other options in the local area with significant differences in cost and quality of product sold. Shawn sat down with us and we put together a very workable design for our upcoming project and at the time even purchased our countertops as well as the new flooring for our entire home. We were very pleased with our choices and value for money spent. Our products were received in a timely manner. Then we started to have problems with the floors we chose because our home has baseboard hot water heat and attempting to install the luxury vinyl tiles was not possible because they would not interlock correctly. We then opened one of the boxes of our engineered bamboo flooring only to find they are from older lots and contained formaldehyde which is unhealthy for anyone but as my husband uses oxygen at all times it was not a viable option. So, on one of the coldest days in years, we returned all our flooring to the store. They were immediately able to refund our money on the bamboo and Shawn advocated for us to their corporate offices to refund the cost of the luxury vinyl tiles which while it took a bit of time was able to be accomplished. Fast forward a few months and numerous needed upgrades to basic systems in our home, we are now ready to build and install our cabinetry. My husband and godson begin attempting to put together the cabinets noting that the directions are only diagrams with no verbal/physical labeling of parts or the steps involved in the process. They successfully assembled the cabinet boxes but agreed that better instructions would have made the process far simpler. No complaints as far as looks or quality exist and in fact we are happy with how they appear as well as the workmanship. Then comes our next obstacle, we had self-measured for our cabinets…which was accurate in terms of actual area available but we forgot to allow for installation spacing. Now we have an upper and lower cabinet which will not fit in the expected locations and need to figure out what to do in the gap. We brainstormed coming up with the solution to go back to the store to purchase appropriate sized cabinets and use the ones which would not fit where originally intended in another area of the house. I went back to the store meeting up with Shawn again explained the problem and what we desired to do…he went into their ordering system locating the proper items and was able to give us a discount allowing us to do both upper and lower cabinets rather than having to work out an alternative for the upper portion of the wall. Next, I placed the order and they will be available to us in a couple of weeks so in the meantime we continue on our other work. In conclusion, we have had our ups and downs with our dealings at the Claymont DE Cabinets to Go but in the end, they have worked hard to ensure our satisfaction with the final results.

Still waiting on cabinets purchased in November 2017 that were due to be delivered the second week of December 2017. No cabinets, horrible customer service and my kitchen still needs to be finished.

I broke my right wrist during demo and still able to assemble my cabinets one handed. So easy its ridiculous.

These cabinets are not already put together for you but they are very easy to assemble. Nice quality & nice looking. However you should have a plan to pick them up as well. We choose Victorian ivory. CTG designed a beautiful functional kitchen based on our ideas. The staff at CTG were very, very helpful every step of the way. They are managed well. They were consistently easy to contact. It was always easy to bring up our original order for design changes or product add ons (like wood putty or extra molding). Because we DIYed it we saved a lot of money and came away with a stunning kitchen. Thanks CTG !

Complete experience has not been good. Cant say anything positive 👎👎

Many cabinets were received damaged and company would not replace them in a timely manner. May be okay if you have 6 months to wait to install the cabinets for the kitchen.

I really dont know how this place gets 5 start, bad customer service bad quility missing parts on the cabinets, I had to wait months
