First, a little back story. My mother and I were so nervous about choosing a company to purchase our Kitchen cabinets from. I mean, I feel like we have all heard so many kitchen cabinet horror stories regarding other companies and werent sure how to choose a reliable company. This is my mother and my first kitchen remodel. However, after meeting with Michele at The Cabinet Factory, we were blown away by how friendly and professional she as well as Mike and the rest of the team are.We worked with Michele almost exclusively and she was was fabulous. She was so knowledgable, patient and friendly. She designed us a beautiful kitchen with white cabinets. She walked us through the design process in detail and was very patient with all of our continual changes to the design along the way ( and there were many).Now, I was installing the kitchen and definitely could not have done it without all of Micheles guidance and tips. She even came out to the house to double check my measurements for me which was great. Also, this kitchen design was not easy because it involved the moving of an appliance and soffit. I cant thank Michele enough! I have and will continue to recommend The Cabinet Factory to any and everyone I come across who needs a new kitchen or bathroom vanity. They even made the ordering and the delivery of the cabinets a snap!In addition, The Cabinet Factory was way less expensive (with better quality products) than any other cabinet store (or big box store) we had looked at and with a much better design as well! It was shocking to me as all other stores were nearly double the cost of The Cabinet Factory! How can you beat that! You just cant go wrong with The Cabinet Factory! Ask for Michele (you will thank me!).

Buyer Beware!Absolutely cannot recommend the Cabinet Factory to anyone in good conscience. They delivered multiple damaged cabinets including the boxes, doors and side panels that are far above and beyond what any touch up kit can repair. They refused to provide any refund whatsoever. Complete joke of a company.The ironic part about them is I was told upfront our cabinets are higher quality therefore they will be more expensive. Paid way more for a damaged product. They were right about that.

The Cabinet Factory was the most pleasant surprise from beginning to end of my project. Having avoided renovation for years because I was afraid of the cost, my first visit with Alison allowed me to create a quality, affordable, high end kitchen with a mid-range price. Mike and John Lewis are the best. We remodeled our kitchen 5 years ago . Everything fit perfectly and the price was $10k lower than the competition. This summer we needed a vanity for our new master bathroom and Mike designed it and priced it within our budget. It looks beautiful and we now have plenty of space for all our stuff. He also got us a great price on cabinets for our laundry room. Everything they sell is quality and their prices are the best. All of our cabinets are solid wood.

Very happy with results. Working with Cabinet Factory was easy. Computerized kitchen design was very useful as it allowed us to see an image of what the cabinets would look like installed in our kitchen. Michele was our consultant and she was great to work with. Mike at the warehouse was also really helpful with letting us know when shipments arrived.

Our impromptu visit to their showroom was the best decision we ever made. They were professional, courteous and helped us design and build our kitchen. After initially working with a big box store who would not consider our needs, The Cabinet Factory listened to our needs and budget and gave us a design for free (big box store charged us). We could have walked away with the design, but were so impressed with the team we immediately signed up. From start to finish, this renovation was stress and hassle free. We would highly recommend this family-owned company. They were on-budget and on-time, and they even recommended an appliance company that saved us additional money. Our new kitchen was just finished last week, and my husband and I are thrilled with how it looks! We met with one of their designers a few months ago, knowing we wanted a new kitchen, but other that that, knowing absolutely nothing about design or the process. Their designers were extremely attentive and helpful - the lady we worked with showed sincere care and interest in our project, and - most importantly for me - our budget! The ideas she came up with were wonderful, and she didnt try to pressure us with anything we said we didnt want or need. Everything was explained in detail. My kitchen is GORGEOUS. We are so excited to work on our master bathroom next year and will definitely be using the Cabinet Factory!

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ESLEWHERE. I placed an order for about $11,000 worth of cabinets and was quoted 6 weeks for delivery, after a great few visits and thoroughly explanation of the quality they were selling, timing, and finishes, I was ready to place my order. They did give a discount off the original quoted price and I gave 50% deposit on the order.Well 6 weeks come and of course I get that call telling me that they forgot part of my cabinets. They mentioned that they had forgot to order the one bathroom vanity cabinet! How do you forgot a whole vanity. So I was like well do I have to wait another 6 weeks for it to come in, and they had it expedited to 4 weeks.So come 4 weeks later, I asked for a discount on that cabinet. Of Course I didnt receive anything except an apology. Take your cabinet business somewhere else, where the employees are more competent and actually double check their orders. I was very frustrated with this whole process with CF since my condo was raw space, and the contractors couldnt finish/plumb either bathroom, because they couldnt get the counter tops in without having both cabinets in.Also, after all this I realized parts of the cabinets arent even fully finished. Two parts of the kitchen cabinets and one side of the bathroom cabinets came unfinished. So I have to now pay extra to have those stained.

Excellent selection of contractor who we hired to repair total mess by another contractor (Ocean Kitchen & Bath on Kirkwood Hwy). Entire bank of cabinets had to be replaced due to incorrectly sized cabinets and they needed to match the remaining cabinets. Also needed a custom build of a corner cabinet due to another incorrectly sized cabinet order by OK&B. Mike Lewis and his staff are experts at making suggestions and completing the work on time and his team did a professional installation as promised. No hesitation in recommending Cabinet Factory for a kitchen remodel or new build.

Originally ordered cabinets almost 3 months ago. After a couple screw ups I am still waiting on the balance of the cabinets. Unfortunately my kitchen won’t be done in time for Easter dinner or my daughters birthday party. The cabinets we have received so far are decent quality and the price was good.

Sad, lost 7900.00 they made us pay up front, then sent wrong color, they would be better with the skill set selling used cars. They only care about $$$$$$$, nothing more. Good if nothing goes wrong, they you will see the true colors come out...... stay away.......!

I have had an extremely positive experience with the cabinet factory. I heard all the horror stories about other places so when the CabinetFactory told me it would take 2-3 weeks to have my kitchen completed - I thought that it would be closer to 3 weeks. The crew that came out (Tommy ) were very professional and very neat. They demolished my old kitchen in one day, put up sheet rock the next and by day 3 they were installing my cabinets. I was also pleased with the quality of the cabinets. My cabinets were completed by Friday. I am now waiting for my counter tops and cannot wait to show off my beautiful new kitchen. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants first rate service.

These guys are terrible business people they have misled Us and treat us with no respect I am building a custom home and they keep stringing us along on our cabinets I recommend if your interested in cabnits go elsewhere!!!!!!
