Arrived at 8:30 AM to have a new tire put on a rim for someone elses car. Greeted immediately by Rob, who is one of the friendliest customer service reps I have encountered in a long time. Told me he would try to have me out of there in an hr but actually done in less than 25 min! While waiting I read about all of the services they do,besides new tires. Will be the new go to place I send my family.

I came in today for front brakes. I was greeted by Robert Robb. From the the moment I walked in the door Robert was lively and very helpful. He asked what I needed done and told me the cost upfront and applied the discount that was available without me having to inquire about it. He complemented me on how good I knew my car and how well I took care of it. He also told me approximately how long my wait time would be. Overall, Robert Robb’s customer service was 5 star.

The guy’s name was Robert Robb. He was the advisor that took care of me today. He’s a very carefree professional person. Really friendly as well, not only to me, but to the other customers as well. He’s definitely someone I would recommend to see if you come to Goodyear. Come to Goodyear and see this guy!

Robert RobbI had broken down on I-95S with a flat tire and a flat donut 45 minutes away from home. I managed to make it to the nearest Goodyear tire service center, which happened to be this one. I spent most the night here waiting for the service center to open. When it had finally opened Robert came and introduced himself, and immediately searched for a tire for me. As it turned out this location did not have my tire. Robert went out of his way to locate the nearest the tire, went and picked it up, and had it installed in a timely manner. I am so thankful for Robert and the Goodyear team! Would absolutely recommend this service center to anyone in search of tires. They helped this stranded girl out AND I got to work on time that evening. 10/10 service.

My girlfriend ripped the tire on my car going over a curb. I called, and Rob managed to squeeze me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. He had the work done in under an hour. He was straightforward during our conversations, and I’m glad I went. I may have this facility do other maintenance when the need arises.

My experience at Goodyear on Naamans Road was very satisfying Robert the counter person made every effort to make sure the job was done correctly.

I just have to say, I walked in to the goodyear located on naamans rd in Claymont De 30 minutes prior to my appointment and was greeted by Robert at the front desk. He was so friendly and professional. He took my information and got my car in earlier than expected. Sometimes its hard to get such friendly customer service these days, but Robert provided just that. Love this place!

I understand that there were accidents all over 95 Tuesday 7/8 But I had a appointment for 8 am which I was there and sit until 10am my truck never moved so I asked why hvnt my truck moved and the reply was our tech HV not gotten to work yet so I said I think I want to sit here for hours waiting reply so sorry for that not good customer service period piss poor attitude towards paying customers u wanted 171.00 for a front end alignment quick lanes 150.00 less then 45 minutes same day traffic and all real business people Bayshore ford quick lanes thank u guys

Gotten work done before, no complaints. Reason I am leaving a review is because my wife’s Jeep needed a new tire, I called them up and the person I spoke to(forget his name, believe it began with as “B”) said although he would love my business, he would recommend going somewhere that has the exact Bridgestone tire needed for the Jeep(they didn’t carry that tire) so that there were no issues in the future having a different tire versus the other 3.With businesses hurting during Covid, him suggesting me to go elsewhere in my best interest, speaks volumes to their customer service. I plan on going back here for all other repairs moving forward.

In regards to claymont store, Robert robb was great. he was knowledgeable, polite and courteous..He greeted me at door and took his time explained my options.Also made sure i get best price he could offer.he made a very expensive day a little less and should be reconized for his efforts.Vince Inzerillo

The entire staff was friendly. I had a concern with another Goodyear & Mr. Peter, the manager, heard me out. When consulting me on my truck, he didnt talk bad about the other Goodyear or manager. I like him. That showed me he is a man of good character. He talked highly of the other manager & convinced me to give them another chance. BUT, he called the other manager & told him about my experience & hesitation. I appreciated the gesture. He was honest about the diagnostic & the possible future issues. He could have took my money, bad mouth the other Goodyear & sent me on my merry way to return. Just wanted to share my experience

Went to get a plug in a tire that had a hole in it. I knew it was a big hole by how quickly it was losing air. They were the first place open on a Sunday with availability and probably the closest to my house. Turns out I needed 2 back tires, which I kinda figured, since the tred looked really low when I was filling the super flat tire. Also had an oil change, price was reasonable for what I got and they were quick and professional. I will definitely return!!

They do an excellent job at what they know however they could not help me and recommended a specialist to get my car repaired. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not get the run around. They have helped me many times with my tires and pothole damage.

Stopped in at 5:58 to get one tire plugged when I was told they couldn’t do it, because they have one guy who was getting 4 tires replaced. They don’t close until 7pm, so I’m confused as to why they couldn’t fix my tire. There were 4 men working in the back and one up front, so the issue wasn’t staff. I’m very disappointed as I drove past so many places because I assumed they would take care of my vehicle.

They are a great help expecially in a time of need!😎The mechanical staff took the time to show me the problem I was having with my car. They also charged me fairly in the billing. The staff is courteous and professional! YES I WILL PATRONIZE THEM AGAIN!

I grew up with my grandpa fixing my car. When I moved to Delaware I was scared for ANYBODY to touch my car but let me just say this.... I love them, they always answer my questions! They are timely, affordable and professional. I know a little something about cars but not too much, let me just say no question is a dumb question to them! If you are not sure; ask!! As Good year provides Free Flat tire repair i have booked appointment at this service center. After one and half hour the Manager came with $154 bill. I was surprised and enquirer. They changed a new tire without checking with me and said some lady has answered my phone and accepted for the change. I was there in the store waiting to pick my vehicle and when i asked about the free repair they mentioned that it can’t be repaired. I got my tire repaired somewhere else. I decided not to go and will not recommend this center to anyone else.

Our front tires needed to be changed but we had neglected to do so before heading out for a trip. The car started to feel funny so we desperately needed them replaced. We called different places while on the road with no luck. The guy on the phone, I think his name was Tom, was very friendly and told us to stop right in and they’d take care of us. One hour before closing time. Very thankful they helped us!!

I have been to this service center before but I have not written a review prior. The technicians at this center are knowledgeable, respectful and go out of their way to help keep costs down. When I discovered that in addition to the tires I wanted, I needed new brakes as well as rotors, they did everything they could to make sure I wasnt paying through the nose - no dealership would ever do that! Moreover, they called me and walked me through all the options. When I picked up my car, they made sure I was happy with the explanations I received and gave me some tips on helping to keep from wearing my brakes too much. I am extremely happy with this location and will be going back for routine maintenance and not just the tires.

I stopped in tonight to have 2 weights replaced/tires balanced on my car. T.J. was my sales associate and Nick was my tech. My situation was WAY worse than I anticipated and even though the news was not good, these guys couldnt have been more helpful. They showed me what was wrong, answered every question (and honestly took my cursing at my car in stride) and advised me of my options. These guys couldnt have been any cooler. Quick service, professional, understanding... 100 % would be returning to have the work I need done and would definitely recommend Goodyear as a great, affordable place to go. They do terrible work. I had tires put on 3 years ago. after 3 mos it started going flat with no punctures. took it to them and said I had a bent rim. had to add air every other day for over 2 years. turns out, when I got new tires, that they didnt clean the rim and it was corroded around the edge. dont go here. they are unpleasant.

Friendly staff, quick service and Ive never had a problem with any work performed. They are quick to honor warranty work and will fit you in their schedule in case of emergency (flat tire x2 for this guy). I would recommend them to anyone!

Took longer than promised but the work is always good

Have bought tires there on 3 occasions and had two oil changes done during 2017. This is a corporate owned and run center and customer service lets you dictate what you want/need done. They never have tried to upsell me for items/services I didnt need or want. Tires are very reasonably priced. Full synthetic oil change (and complimentary tire rotation) is less expensive than Jiffy Lube & Castrol Lube Express synthetic oil change.

Who ever is at goodyear must of rushed my oil change this time cause the whole bottom of the car was so much oil goodyear never did my car like this and my oil pressure sensor came on and my car is not the same...I have been coming here for a few years now..I am very Disappointed! I will never come back!

Good place to go for inexpensive oil changes.

I purchased 4 Goodyear Tripletred All-Season tires on 12/4/17. The fourth day after the purchase the tires all had 24 lbs. of pressure, this vehicle was not driven within that time and was parked in a garage. As of 12/16/17 I so far had to add air three times to all tires. On 12/17 I returned to the Claymont store and was told there was dirt between the rims and the tires. Why didnt the clean the rims before the mounted the tires on 12/4? Also the sales clerk Tom said I must have got some bad air, really. There invoice lists 100% satisfaction, well Im not satisfied and Tom said they tested the tires for leaks and there is nothing else they can do. Guess what Im doing today 12/19, ADDING MORE AIR TO THE TIRES.

Only downfall in my few visits is that i feel like i was made to pay for a mechanics fear of something happening and it cost me . Great service and incredible showroom . Always classy and the wait for walkin is nothing to be afraid of .

I cant begin to express my gratitude for this center. We were is the worst possible situation on route 495, we had our second blowout. Stranded on 495 this center exceeded our expectations, and wentabove and beyond when taking care of the customer. We cant thank Manager Jeff, and technician Jeff enough!
