I will not take my vehicle to any other place. I find Durkees staff to be extremely knowledgeable, honest, and customer oriented. I have used them for my Jeep Wrangler for awhile now and wholeheartedly recommend them.

After going to someone else and them not fixing my cars air conditioning for 8 weeks, I tried Durkee who came highly recommended by a friend. They were on time, did great work and gave up front pricing before doing the job. It is fixed and I crank it up on these exceptionally hot days. I would recommend them to every one.

Great Service and Great Costumer ServiceMy neighbor referred me to Durkee Automotive, when I moved to Delaware, almost 20 years. The service from the mechanic to their office staff has always been wonderful. They are honest in their work and would advise if their are lesser options for service or parts, I trust them completely. I always refer them to others.

We take all of our vehicles there. They do a great job, whether its just an oil change or major work has to be done.

Best local mechanics around. I moved down to Delaware maybe 2 years ago. Tired of driving back to PA to my old mechanic. Seen other reviews about Durkee and decided to give them a try. It has been nothing short of great. Honest mechanics with an honest price. They do not try and up sale you. They let you know what the problem is and what it takes to fix. Good, straight, honesty. If they feel that the issue can be looked at during your next visit they will let you know. They always call and ask if it is ok to proceed with what issues they found instead of just doing it. I cant say enough great things about Durkee. They have a customer for life.

Great service. Newly moved to Delaware and needed quick taillight replaced for inspection. Called these guys and they fixed it immediately and was able to complete inspection same day. Friendly and reasonable to say the least. They will be my new auto service.

They are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I have been bringing my 14 year old car there for 4 years and they have kept it running like new. They never over charge and they usually get you in right away. I now have my family coming from Philly to have their cars serviced by them. Love Durkees and will always recommend them.

Kristy and Doug are great. I just had work done and it was done well for way less than expected. My mom also knows them and their family personally. I wish they did work on German cars, I can only go here for the basics on my VW.

This place had good reviews. I called the place up and asked if they do AC repairs. Told them that my AC blows warm air. I have tried to do my own freon and when the pressure is up the compressor kicks in but after a few days the pressure drops and the compressor wont work anymore. Im presuming its a leak. I want it diagnosed to see what the issue was.Dropped the car off the night before and got a call the next day. Lady said its low in pressure and it needs freon. I told her i already put freon in it and after a few days it woulds stop working. She then said we cant be sure u put enough in so for us to put freon in its gonna cost $95. It shld last the rest of the summer if not then u can bring it back and well run dye through the system.I already said i know theres a leak! Whatever, paid the $95 and Im not going back there. Feels like Im talking to a bunch of retards trying to give me the run around.Well, 3 months later.....A/C doesnt work....compressor doesnt come on anymore. I know my car sux was willling pay to get the entire thing fix. Time to trade her in..... $95 down the drain.
