Not a happy customer !! I go to baskin /dunkin all over the Midwest and farther. I have never ever been treated so bad. Sign out at the road says Dunkin/baskin so I get in line for drive thru. Its a long line moving very slow. The line is about 12 plus cars. It stretched into the street. I waited my turn I finally get all the way up to the drive thru speaker.((15 minutes)I place my order. The young lady tells me sorry sir baskin isnt open until 10am.(Its 935) I said since when ? I go to basskin/dunkin everywhere all are open at same time. I said I just waited 15 minutes in line. Sorry sir. I said where is the sign saying not open until 10am ??? Not one. Once in line there is no way out. By the time I get to the window its another 5 minutes. So now its 940. I asked since Ive waited in line 20 minutes you cant make me a blast ? No sir she says. I said what happened to customer being right or good old customer service. The right thing to do would of been to say sir we normally dont open baskin until 10am but since we dont have a sign up stating that before you pull in line. I will make you one this time . Very unhappy !!I do hope some changes are made so other loyal customers dont waste their time there like I did. Im a veteran and I have a lot of friends. This place gets a one star from me for very bad customer service.

I hate this location. They have some non smart employees and mess up my order both times. Tried for both Dunkin’ and baskin and I just can’t get over how incompetent they are there.

Does anyone in this dump know how to make a milkshake? Have they even had one in their lives? I got a shake today and it was basically flavored milk. Definitely not coming back

2 1/2 Stars - Theres only so many times we can blame it on Covid-19 for the lack of quality and/or service. BR had always been my favorite ice cream parlor/shop. I expected more being its summer. They were out of several choices we tried to order, including newer items. Maybe because of the weekend, they could have run out of the most popular ice cream flavors, but they shouldnt be out of drink flavors. Nonetheless, when there are several items you are out of, it should be mentioned before the customer orders. Plus, Im a fan of longer fancy nails, but not while preparing food for people to consume. If there was a manager on site, they were nowhere to be seen, and it definitely reflected in the flow. The person who served us was pleasant, however.

Mint chocolate chip shake should not look like all milk with a hint of mint and chocolate chip flavor. Do better.

Why even have this location open if they do not have the supplies to make 90% of whats on the menu? I swear every time I go there and try to order something, they cant make it. Even something as basic as a layered sundae. Either close this location or give them the supplies necessary to make whats on the menu.

Asked for a single scoop and was given a kids size scoop but conveniently charged for a single, asked for a certain flavor shake and was told they didnt have that ice cream at the time and then I showed them they in fact did have it plain as day sitting in the scoop freezer....then they stated they had no spoons...at an ice cream store, were we being Punkd? So sample spoons it was (at least it wasnt nothing at all) This place sucks though now and it isnt due so much to the lack of supplies as it is the lack of customer service..they were quite rude and seemed to work poorly under pressure. Uno star.

Have been here many times with good experiences. Last week I was overcharged by approx. $10 - no big deal as everyone makes mistakes. I didnt notice it until I looked at my bank statement. I called Baskin Robbins and spoke with Ariel. She was professional, friendly, apologized for the situation, and resolved the matter. She took a negative situation and turned it into a positive experience. Thanks!

I asked for a couple single scoops, a couple double scoops of ice cream and a milkshake. If you ask for two scoops you expect two scoops not 1 1/2 or less. I had to ask for a bag after getting everything as if I have 4 arms. I also had to ask for spoons and a straw for what was a very watery excuse for a milkshake. Definitely not coming back.😡🤦🏻‍♀️.

I came in yesterday around 10 as I normally do on my way to work but my drink was made wrong so I politely asked for my drink to be remade. But the employee Dani was extremely rude and unprofessional. If she doesn’t want to be there then she shouldn’t be there. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Place isnt clean usually always out of something and there ice cream is soo over priced. berry bears is better. gosh.

Waited for a long time, then had to repeat my order at least 4 times at the drive through. Then was given extremely stale waffle cones.

Twice I have shown up to no waffle cones. Showed up a third time months later still the same story. No waffles of any sort!!

This location is always out of something. 3 times I went to get a certain coffee and they were out of the mix. Then they were out of chocolate milk. Now they are out of vanilla ice cream. What they do make it good, but learn to order what you need.

Look last night I ordered for the first time. Not only did they rip me off I had 3 maybe 4 bites of ice cream! I ordered it and paid about 15$ for one large ice cream!!!!! Honestly ill never eat their ice cream again they are total rip offs...... go with cold stone creamery they give u what you pay for!

Love there Cappuccino Blast! Perfect for these hot days. Due to the Virus there is no inside seating but the staff are friendly and as quick as they can be. Seems like the hotter it gets the more packed it gets. Im just pleased that they didnt mess up my big order and that once again BR saved the day.

Why does this establishment only have 1, one, blender? And this 1 blender is always down making my trip to BR in vain... fix yourself baskin Robbins.

This place have a great customer service, they not only serve delicious ice cream but gave me something for my dogs too.

Come here for the ice cream cakes. There’s always a nice selection and the staff is very friendly and helpful when asked to write “Happy Birthday” or whatever on said cake. They taste great and are always a big hit for special occasions.

The line was long in the drive thru but it ran smoothly. Good service and food.

I go to Dunkin 2 or 3 times a day. Today was the worst. I wish someone could explain to me the very bad taste I received. I get 4 blueberry, 3 Splenda and 7 cream. I have no idea what I got. I should of tried it there but honestly when you say exactly what you want it should taste the same EVERYTIME!! Not sure if it’s old or burnt. Certainly had no cream. Last day for 1.49 coffee. I’ll be sure to check next time and now I’ll just go by the Tiny town Dunkin.

Baskin-Robbins has always been a childhood treat for me. I used to go there every Sunday and it is never lacked in quality. The staff at this particular one is always extremely sweet and friendly.

Im always pleased with new flavors and take advantage of their seasonal availability. Upside down pralines and chocolate is my new favorite! Whenever Im hit by the need for chocolate, Baskin Robbins doesnt disappoint. I hope it gets added to their yr round selections.

RUDE AS HELL!!! If there was a “zero star” option, that’s what I would give. My husband, son and I went on a Tuesday at 3:00. We were the only customers and now I know why. The three girls that were working were rude and nasty. It was a major inconvenience for them to walk to the other freezer to get the flavor we ordered. They didn’t say a word to us other than, “Is that all you want out of this case?” As we were walking out, they blasted the music. Worthless employees.

Just stopped in at 8:03 Sunday, January 10,2021 to find they closed an hour early... The hours say 9pm.

Went thru the drive-thru at 9:34 PM only to be told they were closed. Hours of operation are clearly listed on the door as 530AM-10PM. If you are going to close st 930, then the hours of operation should be listed accordingly.

Its Baskin-Robbins so the selection and quality was pretty good. I love the fresh baked waffle cones....I was really disappointed with this location though. The store was filthy. The floor needed to be swept badly, the counters were sticky, and most of the tables hadnt been wiped off. My boyfriend and I took my niece. It was 4pm on a Monday and we were the only people in the store. Youd think with 3 employees and 3 customers they could manage to tidy up a bit. But that wasnt the worst part. Not one of the 3 women working there said hello, have a nice day, thank you, OR EVEN SMILED! I wasnt sure they even had teeth!!! Its just sad. Maybe working in an ice cream store isnt as great as it sounds. I went there to try to save a few bucks as I usually take my nieces to Coldstone when Im in town. Id rather pay a little extra and sit somewhere clean with pleasant employees.

These 2 girls made me so mad one time...I was on the speaker and they just continuously ignored me and just had me sitting there. When I looped around to ask them if it was broke they just looked at me with an attitude then I repeated my order again and she told me my total slighted irritated, like she rather me drive off. And it made it so bad that the other black girl had just an attitude as well. Needless to say Ill probably never go back. Their attitudes n the way they conducted themselves were so bad they probably spit in the ice cream on the regular.

Good ice cream with nice helpful staff. Location can use a good cleaning and makeover with quieter chairs.

The staff is awful. I stood there for a long time while the two employees kept talking to each other ignoring me. Then another guy walks in and then he stood there... So he asked have you helped her?! And the girl said no. And then she just stared at me... So I just started to say what I wanted even though she was on the other side of the room. Then she rolled her eyes and huffed and gave me the SMALLEST amount of ice cream she could.... IDK what I did to her but.... Worst customer service I have had at a basket and robins.

Not the best Baskin-Robbins Ive been in. They didnt seem to have as many flavors as other ones did. But I got rocky road in a waffle cone and it was still good.
