I had an Edible Arrangement sent from Memphis TN to this location and the experience was very special and beautiful. I ordered 2 platters and it was beautifully wrapped and the fruit was fresh. My dad said it was so good and he was very happy. I want to thank all the staff so much for a job well done. I even called to add some more words to message and they took care of it. Also they called to make sure my dad was at home. Thank you all so much for making this a special day for us both.

I purchased chocolate covered strawberries, and they were not fresh. Before I purchased them, I asked the lady behind the counter if they were freshly made. She told me yes. Unfortunately the withered look said opposite, nevertheless, I took her at her word. When I arrived home to surprise my wife, she noticed that they were wet and appeared to be frozen at one point because of how watered down they were. I will be taking them back tomorrow. This was indeed her birthday surprise.

After ordering over the phone and assuring that my order would be right, they still delivered the wrong order.(The delivery driver was very nice though) When I called the store, the lady was very rude and did not care about the situation. I would NOT recommend ordering over the phone because you will not get what you order! Just don’t waste your time.

These types of deliveries are supposed to be a surprise for the recipient. Not call and tell them it’s coming the next day. If you want to close early and not finish the day then do it, leave us out of it.UPDATE: is that why you left it on the front porch anyway?I love edible arrangements. Not this location.

This is my 2nd order for my sister who lives out in TN, I really appreciate this location for continuing to make her feel special for us. She missed her delivery yesterday and they came back out to deliver today. My sister said her fruits were fresh and I’m so glad I added the cookies because she said they’re scrumptious. Thank you guys, I’ll continue to order from you guys until you give me a reason not to👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I recently had an issue where my curbside order showed picked up online, but I never picked it up. I called numerous times during the day to check on it, but never actually got to speak with a human- the call was hung up each time. My order showed arranging all day until after 7pm, when it showed picked up.I emailed about this and asked for a refund because the automated phone prompt said this location was closed Sunday and I assumed I wouldnt be receiving this order.On Sunday I saw that the location may be opened, so I called. When the call was answered I inquired about this order. The lady was aggressive (and slightly accusatory) in stating that I requested a refund and have been refunded. I received no response about my email, so it was news to me that someone had taken action. This lady put me on hold and (I believe) a different lady got on the phone with the same accusatory tone. She placed another order for me, and I eventually received a half-hearted apology.I never expected a place like this to have such aggressive customer service.

The cashier could have been a little nicer. I bought 3 balloons, 2 of the balloons were the same. Wish I could have got 3 different balloons. Everything else was perfect.

I wish I could give no stars!I would Not recommend anyone to work here!I was hired for season help. The manger is completely Unprofessional! I was shocked andembarrassed of the insinuation of her words.She asked me loudly in front of everyone Why I had two phones what was I selling?!The face masks are not enforced to wear while preparing arrangements in the back.I would in all my yrs of working in the food industry by far the worst experience. I wasnt given a specific job so I filled in wherever. I started to make some of the arrangements and a rude comment was made in a sarcastic tone about me already graduating to arrangements. Like I didnt belong there! Everyone had a certain job to do. I had to consistently find something. Unless she need a task done immediately.On Saturday I wasnt given a 10 min break so I step out to order my children lunch. I was told to get back inside! Meanwhile the manager takes smoke breaks when she feels like it.I was told that the wed night crew didnt show up. Im not surprised. She had made a comment If they show they show and they dont they dont.Theres also no break room so they inhale sandwiches behind the front counter.Which are only for employees not helper employeesNonetheless with all the chaos behind the scenes I will not be finishing the season job. Had I read some of the complaints prior to taking on the job I would have turned it down. Definitely NOT a environment that is friendly or Christian like behavior. Especially for someone who is an Ordained Minister.

I have used EA many times with NO issues and happy recipients! This time was different. I placed an order on Friday for a mini fruit tray and balloon to be delivered on Saturday out of the GBoro, NC location. I got a call from the driver Saturday evening that he was lost despite using Apple Maps. The delivery address is off a major highway and the driver seemed to try to convince me where he was (on a dead-end street), was the correct address. I called Sunday to follow-up and was told, my order had been delivered, which was NOT the case. I was told by this lady, she would PERSONALLY make sure in the a.m, a new tray was created and delivered by a seasoned driver and she would get back in touch with me. I never got a call back and the delivery was not done. I had to follow-up AGAIN on Tuesday, this time with someone at the corporate level and was told it was out for delivery. Finally, the tray arrived (3 days and many calls later) and was MISSING THE BALLOON. I called the Gsboro location for a refund for the balloon and was told I needed to call the OTHER Gsboro location to which I was put on hold for 15 min waiting on a supervisor. I know this is 1st world problems, but I will NOT be using EA in Gsboro, NC AGAIN after this. I truly felt I was on Candid Camera as the whole thing was so bizarre and incredible difficult to see to the end!

I do not recommend using this service-- at least not at this location. They messed my order up last year when I first used this location and it took over a month to get a refund issued to me. I figured I would give them another change... bad idea. I had a set (fruit and flowers) ordered to be delivered and the order was messed up. They delivered the wrong item (and to no surprise-- they delivered a cheaper item that was I ordered and paid for.) I DO NOT recommend. The exciting feeling you get knowing youre surprising a loved one with a well-thought out item quickly vanishes when the incorrect item is delivered. Very disappointed.

Needed something quick delivered to my daughter. Pat was so helpful, took her time to explain options for my daughters gift and got it delivered quickly. I couldnt be there in person for my daughter during a time she needed some momma love, but edible arrangements in Clarksville was!

Ordered a gift for my daughters 30th Bd . I’m from out of town and it was ordered in time. She did NOT GET IT ALL! No phone call was made to the number I gave them, NO CARD ON DOOR LEFT. Website next morning when I checked the manager Lisa said NO ONE WAS HOME! It’s Quarantine 2020 my daughter was home with 3 children all day. She stated they were not talking too many orders but that she didn’t know why she didn’t get her order. They had all proper info . All I can say is if you order from here check mid day make sure they plan on actually sending it

They are very slow. Been coming here for years and every Valentine’s Day, there is 20 people in here all for pick up and they take 5-10 minutes per person trying to “find” there order. They need to come up with a better system. Either by order number or alphabetical order.Very disorganized and my fruit had mold.

Always loved edible arrangements. Most recent experience was I found a small and I mean the smallest spider in one of the strawberries which clearly isn’t the stores fault that I’m not upset about. I received my box on April 30 and I didn’t get to call the store until May 9th. Yes I waited a while to call but with being at work all day I would forget. The times I called, the manager was out and I had to wait so it wasn’t until today that I finally remembered and called. I explained the situation to the kind receptionist and she put me on hold and grabbed the manager, of course, I was questioned about how I waited so long to call, tried to explain that I’m at work all day and I would forget to call and the days I remembered she was out of the office. After being questioned about why I waited so long to call, the manager was kind enough to send out another arrangement, same one my husband got me, free of charge. Yes it was nice but after finding a spider in one do you think I’m really going to eat the arrangement? Probably not. Now I didn’t say that over the phone because the manager already had horrible phone etiquette and the tone of her voice was so awful I just wanted to hang up but I thanked her kindly and I replied to ‘have a great day’ with ‘thanks you too’ and she said other things like ‘thank you for calling’ and then finally ‘bye’.HOWEVER, I never got a word in because those three things she said all ran together with no pauses no time for me to reply and she hung up the phone before I could even finish saying ‘bye’ now I’m not going to ask my husband to not send me the arrangements because of the spider. I’m actually going to ask him to stop because of how the manager was treating someone over the phone. Horrible tone of voice and just awful phone etiquette.

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service! After finding out that the arrangement I wanted was not available online I called the store and they said that they had it in stock and made sure that I was familiar with sizes and prices before I placed my order! She was very nice and responsive! They also made the delivery within an hour!

I am So disappointed! I wanted to make it a special day for my wife and I ordered an arrangement. I told the guy on the phone what happen last year and how that some of it was rotten and others was not sweet. He assured me that he would make sure everything was fresh. It looked fresh, but it 90 % of it was not ripe or sweet! Another year disappointed! I wanted to give them another chance, but they blew it!! I will never order anything from them again! The only reason why I didnt take it back to the store, because I was on my way out of town and I was pressed for time! 2 years in a row for my wifes birthday, they mess it up!

The lady who worked at 3:30pm on the 25th of October is completely incompetent. She couldn’t get the order right after multiple attempts and then after 30 min of waiting she drops the strawberries on the floor. Only reason it gets two stars is the strawberries are good.

My husband suprised me by having an arrangement delivered to me. The lady who delivered seemed really snooty & im guessing by the way my package smelled she smoked a whole pack of cigarettes on the way over. I feel like I’m going to have to wash the bear my husband got me also 5 times to get the smoke smell out. About half the strawberries did not look very good same with the grapes. The melons were good though

I placed an order at 12 to be delivered on same day. I paid $52 for a box of dipped fruit to be delivered before the day was over and they were not able to do so. She told me I would not get a discount of any sort which is so rude if you want to keep your customers. The lady that delivered was nice and apologized and handled it he very next day first thing. It’s just very frustrating I can’t get a box of fruit delivered before the day is over especially for that amount of money

When I called to inquire about delivery time I was told that itll be there by one oclock .One oclock comes and goes .t called back and was told that its on the truck now, and as soon as they get BACK to that part of town itll be delivered. They expect the receipiant to sit around all day .I gave the time that was best and it wasnt a problem, now its a problem. Not professional at all. I will never use these guys again. Then the lady I talked too gets a attitude with me, about my issue . NEVER AGAIN

Just walked in and no one was behind the counter. Stood there for 5 minutes, could hear someone in the back who never bothered to check the front. A bell even goes off when you walk in so they know when someone walks in and out. Received zero service so I walked out. Lazy.

My husband knows I love chocolate covered strawberries...so for Valentines Day he had an arrangement delivered for me. 1st., it was delivered late & is still missing the bear that was to come with it. 2nd. the berries were old, not fresh. Even the ones not covered it chocolate. But the 3rd thing...mold!! Yup!! Deal breaker for me is moldy fruit!! Not sure how much this arrangement was, but my husband paid too much. So disappointed.

Birthday deliveries for young children...between the terrible deliveries, unripe melon, and misspellings, I give a courteous 2 stars. One delivery was on time but the melons werent ripe. The second delivery wasnt delivered on the day scheduled and the birthday boy thought he was forgotten due to their screw-up. They called at the end of the day, saying sorry and they promised to have us as the first delivery for the next day and will be delivered by 10am (they open at 9am). It wasnt delivered by 10, it was 1055. I needed to be gone by 1030 for an appointment and had to cancel it due to their screw-up. The delivery guy wasnt apologetic, he just blamed his management saying they told him by 11am. On top of this, the card attached to the bouquet has misspellings (its GRAMMA or GRANDMA, not GRAMA; its GRANDPA, not GRAMPA) and the card clearly stated when the original delivery date was (yesterday).

I’ve received three large arrangements from the Edible Arrangements in Clarksville as gifts that were delivered to me. My first two were divine, absolutely excellent!!! The last time however, the fruit in the arrangement was beautiful, but really bland. I was soooo disappointed, so I decided to call and let them know. They were very kind, and all they asked was that I bring in the remainder of the basket within the next day or two and they would see what they could do. I brought it in, and the woman there explained they could make me up another basket; however, it would be from the same fruit that was used earlier. She said they receive fresh fruit daily from local providers and that’s the fruit that is used in the baskets for the day. She said if I was willing to wait, the next day it would be a different batch of fruit. The very next day they delivered a fabulous arrangement that was beautiful and delicious. I expected a smaller arrangement as we had consumed some of the fruit, but Edible Arrangements went all out a second time. Also of note, several times when they’ve come to deliver baskets I’ve not been home. As long as I’ve called them, the drivers have come back within 90minutes of me calling to let them know I’m home and I’ve gotten my basket—no problem. The drivers and store staff come across as courteous and professional. I really couldn’t be more pleased and I definitely recommend Edible Arrangements of Clarksville.
