I like Champs inventory of sneakers and apparel as well as the opportunity to use military discount. I recently wore my off white Jordan 4s and the manager noticed them and we had a nice conversation about sneakers. I mentioned to him that I never hit on the sneaker app for releases. I love sneakers and it is good when you have employees that understand the sneaker culture as well!

I purchased a pair of shoes from Champs and decided to return them for a refund. I returned the shoes only to find out that Champs charged my bank for the shoes and didnt issue a refund. So not only did this company get the shoes back, they also got the amount twice. I called and spoke to the manager at the store only to be told there was nothing he could do. I even shared with him that I had all the bank paperwork from my bank stating exactly what I had told him and I would bring him everythingI will never purchase from this store and company again.

Good selection on clothes and good sales on the close better sales than foot locker and finish line instore.

Been coming here for years. The staff makes the difference for me. If im buying anything Ill look here before going to foot locker or city gear.
