Free sample was out at the Freeosk machine dispensers. But it always appears to be out. We go often though. It’s convenient located off the highway and great prices overall. Delivery program is hit or miss but only one that delivers to our home.

Pleasant, clean, and organized. Sometimes labels aren’t accurate; however, with so many different products, this is something you should expect… remember: human, not perfect! Self-checkout lines — even on the 4th of July! — moved along quickly and were also clean and organized. Didn’t use the facilities, so no opinion. Had a return in the middle of a transaction. No problem— quick and easy. In and out in 27 minutes with a list of approximately 20 items.

The doctor spends time with you as a pet owner to make sure that you understand exactly what hes speaking of when it comes to your pet. Hes kind and gentle and so is his helper!

Walmart itself has great prices, and usually good customer service. You cant judge a place by the community that shops there or a few unruly employed workers on the occasion. So this store only receives my judgment for lack of keeping their shelves stocked and their products in one place for a decent amount of time. Every chance we get to shop here it seems another aisle has moved places and another product has gone missing. This isnt all Wal-Marts, but this is this Wal-Mart.

This is the Wilma Rudolph Walmart and I probably should know better than to even stop here, but I was on a time frame and it was closer. I was looking for Starbucks iced coffee... And, as you can see, that didnt happen lol... This Walmart never seems to have enough stock... Is it their fault or Covids? Who knows? So I took my lazy self to Krogers and got what I needed!! The store is clean and the employees are nice.... But if you never have the product.... Ahhh well... Like I said... I shouldve known better!!

I was more than impressed with this Wal-Mart store. The store was stocked, freight was NOT blocking the aisles, staff were friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness of the store was fantastic. I wish all Wal-Marts across the country were managed this way. Great job~!!

Grocery Pick-up there is HORRIBLE. I had 14 items missing and it was my first time picking up there. I would understand if it was a few items missing but 14?! Youve gotta be kidding me. I would advise you to go to one of the other Walmarts around here. JUST TERRIBLE!!!!

So many self check out lines. It is great for speedy checkout, if there was not so many prople in line waiting for assistance. I keep thinking about all the cashier jobs lost to self checkout.

Would post 5 stars but lately Walmart has been out of stock on a lot of stuff. I know it isnt really their fault but it sucks when they are out of something I need.

Glad that this place is close to where we love now because I have always loved going shopping here. This one is always clean, employees are nice, and we find what we need and extra items as well.

Rooms are very spacious. Nice staff. Its a little bit understaffed so things get done a little later but they are very helpful. Pool is small so dont think youll be bringing a football team to have fun.

It is clean well stocked most of the employees are friendly efficient there is at one who is not customer friendly sitting there after my 3rd shift waiting on bus and I guess my appearance offended her because first manager came asked what I was doing when I told him he was ok then the employee went to other end of building . Im not sure what was the reason for her dislike of me but I never spoke to her. Other than this store was almost perfect

The pick up here is always awful. After months of not going here, I came back with a small order $40 thinking that it might be a faster process. I always check in prior to leaving my house and check in at arrival. I have no idea why it always takes 30+ minutes to get my order. Defeats the purpose of saving time. So disappointed in this service here.

Had car trouble/ trailer issues on road back home. Obtained what I needed such as Fuses/Electrical tape and Spray Paint.Repaired in parking lot 1,000 miles from home, made it home!! Happy Customer!

Yes you can get tons of stuff here. Other than bringing down local economy its just like every other. Except there are occasionally fights including weapons at night. Security cameras are for Walmarts assets not your property or safety.

The store doesnt seem to be keeping up with standards of cleanliness such as there were no carts available and when some were brought in, they were not sterilized and there was no sterilized wipes available.

Typical experience at Walmart here. I did notice most workers went out of the way to avoid assisting customers. We were looking for school stuff and had a question to ask. As I approached two younger clerks who were holding a conversation they noticed my approach and scattered to the 4 winds! Lol. Not being detoured I approached a self check out attendant who was very helpful, and much closer to my age. Lol. Either way found most of the items we went for.

All i need was for someone to look in the back of the store for a vacuum cleaner but everytime i asked for help no one would come to help. And when i called customer service i got a bunch of attitude from them. I shop here all of the time i was expecting a much better customer service experience

Walmart lover. But I am a senior and I really need help of a cashier assistance. I dislike scanning my own groceries. I have depression and anxiety and that triggers my mental health.

We were able to get everything we needed. Then we went to check out. Not one human checkout lane was open. But there were like 15 self checkouts open. As we looked around, we saw there were probably about 40 to 50 self and maybe 4 human checkouts total. This is ridiculous! I dont mind when I have a few items, but when I have a cartful of groceries and or large, bulky items, the self checks are not user friendly!

Great store, fully stocked, friendly staff. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because I never ever ever have enough lines open it check it out. They were the two girls they do have on the line to death I think. They need to have more people at the checkout lines. If there is a lull, which there hardly ever is, there is always something that needs to be done at Walmart. Put more people to work

Conveniently located but tough to get in and out at times due to traffic on Wilma. And they closed the the entrance to the outdoors section which used to be great.

Awful experience each time I’ve gone but I guess I should expect it considering the friendly prices. The shopping carts are always all over the parking lot and the shelves are poorly stocked. The store is clean for the most part unless you’re shopping for fresh veggies or fruits. They are usually bruised, old and have gnats.

I have had problems with the deli it seems they never have hot fresh chicken and sides. I ask for a small order of Mac salad they never looked any where, this isnt the 1st or second time. I also heard a few other people came by and they never looked at them also and just said no.

Scott in the automotive department was amazing and helped me any way he could. Was fortunate enough that it was slow and needed new tires BADLY. It was unexpected travel that popped up and had a short window to get it done. Scott and the rest of the team managed to make it work. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!! You ALL will not be forgotten

One store was great! It was just super slow checking out due to a customer with MANY coupons! The other st ore was why I didnt give 5 stars. Out of 24 registers only 4 were regular check-out. The rest had been turned into self-service. Of the four that were NOT self service, none were open. We left our cart of merchandise and walked out. Please do not force self-service on those of us choosing otherwise!

Needs to be organized a whole lot more. It seems clustered and tight.

This is a fairly decent location. The staff are usually friendly and helpful, although one does occasionally encounter a not so friendly employee. The one thing I do want to point out is, this location is going through a massive renovation. Its a bit disorganized at the moment but when they are done, this Walmart will be one of the best around. The upgrades already installed are amazing and I absolutely love it. The self checkout section has been expanded, tremendously, the arts and crafts section has had a major overhaul, (Anyone interested in this has got to check it out. They have absolutely everything....) and the electronics section is currently going through a major upgrade. This store is currently a bit chaotic but, I have to put my shades on to look at its future... Its that bright.

We were traveling fromFlorida back to Illinois when we noticed the valve on our RV tire needed replaced. Walmart in Clarksville got us right in with fast, friendly service! They were the best to work with

Had a horrible experience with the lady at Jackson Hewitt. I don’t know what her name was. But she was very rude about everything I was telling her. Finally I just had to ask for my W-2’s back and leave. In the future I will not be returning to any Jackson Hewitt, she was so unprofessional. I will encourage anyone to avoid this place. I understand people have bad days but maybe she should rethink her career in customer service, it definitely shows.

I love coming here because it is clean and well stocked. I will say that they tend to only have self checkout and a few registers so it gets really busy and takes forever to check out. I wish there were more registers open so that it was easier to deal with the flow of customers. That said, the employees are always friendly and pretty chill.

The Walmart on Wilma Rudolph boulevard in Clarksville Tennessee is the absolute worst store I have ever been in in my entire life!!! They made it all self check and all of the workers seem to be in the aisle stocking shelves with maybe three people working at the registers at all for I would say 30 different registers! Not only could they not keep up with the problems the registers were having they also couldnt apparently keep up with the need for bags! Customers had to go from one to the next to try to find a bag or two just to take their stuff home after being told they didnt have any bags and thats only if they could find somebody to talk to at all! Couple in the register next to me just gave up put their stuff down and left. Worst store ever!!!

Had to make a return today. I bought one of those clothing/ fabric steamers for $49.99 and it was trash. It blew steam for 52 seconds yes, 52 seconds. I’m glad that Walmart has the technology to see the purchase using your debit card because I don’t know where the receipt could even be. Thanks for the the quick customer service!! Hooray 😁

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Everything is self checkout. I ask for help to a total of 5 people to help because I am disabled. Finally after screaming i got someone to help, AFTER I almost fell standing on a broken foot. I broke down and was crying due to pain. No one bothered to even ask if I was ok. I will NEVER shop at another Walmart again because of this experience. If you are disabled find somewhere else to go!

Only giving them 1 star because I cant give a 0 (3050 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville, TN 37040). Cant get anyone to answer the phone in the main store....rang over a 100 times 2 times......20 min apart. Customer service is dying.

I really dont like this Wal-Mart anymore. You can never find help in any of the departments and when you do find someone who works there, they normally do not work in the dept.that you need help in, and of course, they cant find anybody!! Walmarts prices have really shot up and even though I went there to shop for clothes I couldnt find any in my size that I liked, and I wasnt about to pay those prices for a size that did not fit me!! I was looking for a duffle bag. Went to where the suitcases would normally be and only found 1big suitcase and 2 small. Looked 4 iles down and found 2 employee. I asked them where i can find a duffle bag and they said they didnt know because the store moved everything around. They showed me the same suitcases i saw and walked away. I looked in the sporting good, camping area and found 1 small duffle bag in the clothing area where purses, hats, belts and backpacks are at.

I did the pick up order online. I have been checked in and parked for over and hour today. Try calling the number and the voicemail is full, tried calling the store and no answer for any line. This is ridiculous
