Well, we thought that this company was a great choice but very disappointed today, we have schedule an appointment that we cancel by sending email the day before, one that they never read or answer, the second time and this one we have it on video they knock 1 time and left, we try to call and left several message and no answer. Well, we call to reschedule on Friday and on Monday we get a call back from Mr. James who was really arrogant and did not care that we have try to call and no answer from there part but hey it look like they do not care about there business or the customers. It is frustrating to be treated this way, just trying to do business with a local store, I hope the owner get to see this and wants to know the details or watch the video.

Thomas lumber is such a friendly and helpful atmosphere, everyone seems to greet you with a smile or atleast a friendly hello. They always help load my materials or go above and beyond on the deliveries to jobsites. Couldnt ask for a better local business to deal with and help support.

Quick unloading no problem with people who work there really nice exit the building make sure you make wide turn when exiting it’s little tight

Tried calling, couldn’t get anyone to answer. Drove up there and walked in the front door. I stood there for a minute and not one person said a word to me. They must have plenty of business and don’t need mine, so I guess I’ll go back to Lowe’s.

I went there for a carpet tube for a project and they were more than happy to give me one for free. They were very kind and will be getting my business when I move to do some carpet repair.

Mike does a great job communicating with framers and trim carpenters. He does mark ups on plans and gives it to the framers so that they understand our idea and vision, which makes it a lot easier on the builder. This shows how good his service is and why I wouldnt go anywhere else for my needs.

Called in to check on some boards needed for a project. Salesman was unwilling to even look up the price and flat out told me to call Lowes back and go with them since their wood is a different color. I was not about to argue with someone that doesnt want to work(the boards were for underneath and would not be seen at all so color didnt matter) and since i had asked already a couple time for the quote and he redirected, i just said ok and hung up. I wont be calling these guys back at all for anything. Very poor business to send someone away rather then just look up a price.
