My husband and I came in searching for a mattress ready to drop some serious cash. We arrived 15 minutes after they were supposed to “open” and nobody was there, the sign said 10 am was when they were supposed to be “open”. A worker there arrives 20 minutes after they were supposed to “open”. We walk in and she doesn’t even try to help us,she stayed at her desk answering online customers,doesn’t tell us her name or anything. I walk back to her desk to ask her a question about a mattress we saw online and she called it EXTREMELY cheap quality and then didn’t show us anything else, we even walked around the showroom and never once did she even say she’d be with us or anything at all,literally,i can tell you what song was playing that’s how quiet it was. Needless to say she lost a customer for her poor customer service.

Based on the customer service I received, I will never buy a mattress anywhere else. Theres a long story here, and if anyone at the corporate office would like all the details feel free to contact me. Long story short, there are 2 Mattress Firm stores on Wilma. Both David at the store by Michaels and Caleb at the store by the Noodle House helped me. And they did it seamlessly. My sale (aka me/I) was important, and they both went far above and beyond my expectations. I waited until after the delivery to post this just to see if the follow through was as good as the sales experience. Let me just say that it was. He showed me my options with the price range I explained to him. He even spoke to me about an adjustable base which I had not even considered. I made my decision for my purchase after Nathan completely explained everything to me from the mattress, the adjustable base & the delivery procedures. I knew exactly what I was looking for as I had bought the same exact mattress one year ago. When I found it I noticed the price was more than I expected. The Sales Clerk was great and showed me I was reading the price tag wrong. I was even more happy to learn there was one in stock in the store. I went to Mattress Firm to purchase a new Serta mattress cause my current mattress is 8 years old and sagging to the point that I have trouble sleeping at night. When I entered the store, I was greeted by Caleb one of the sales people that made my mattress buying experience quick, easy and painless. What I really liked about my shopping experience was that he never once tried to sell me one of those high end Temper Pedic or Purple mattresses that some people end up financing because they cost over $2000 or more. Caleb showed me exactly what I was looking for and I didnt overpay.

This place smelled like smoke and the guy who helped us was in pajamas…? I would say go visit the mattress firm 1 minute away, your experience will be so much better!!!!

I called the store location the evening prior to going in to see what they had in stock and was given the name/model of the mattress set and a guarantee that the mattress set would be held. The next day I went to pick it up and the store employee told us they had no mattress sets in stock and everything had to be ordered. When I explained we had called she rudely stated, maybe it was the other store you called! She didn’t get up from her chair. She didn’t look anything up on her computer. I then told her to look in the back and wow—the mattress set is magically in the back storage room! She had a bad attitude the whole time, claimed her printer didn’t work so I have no paper receipt. I had to ask twice to have the receipt emailed and she acted like I was bothering her. Maybe if she put her phone down and stopped surfing you tube (yes she was doing this too) she could do her job. I have never had such a bad experience buying furniture or bedding! Usually the sales clerk won’t leave you alone. In this case she clearly didn’t want to be bothered. A real unacceptable interaction and at the end of the day when you drop a lot of money it’s how your money is either respected or disrespected. Don’t go there!

I’ve never been to mattress firm and I’ve always wanted to buy a mattress from them so I went to the Clarkesville location and i was greated by a man named Jason and he was a wonderful pleasure of a help! I appreciate the confidence, the great choices that I was shown, and the deal that I was given with out of this world! I would highly recommend this location which is the Wilma Rudolph location in Clarkesville and I will go back if I ever need another mattress after this great encounter! great service! I searched online for a few places to shop for a mattress in town which, based on reviews, led me to either Rooms for Less or Mattress Firm. I narrowed down my shopping locations right from the start because I hate shopping. I like to go in to a place, get what I need, and leave.Mattress Firm by far has the best selection and customer service. Josh greeted my family and I right away. What I enjoyed most about our meeting was that he quickly pointed out an area for my kids to play while I looked at mattresses. He was very patient with my toddlers as they ran around pushing all of the buttons they could find. Honestly, I think they enjoy Mattress Firm more than the local bouncy house. As far as the experience went, Josh listened to my needs and quickly made recommendations. I tried almost every mattress in the store and ended up going with one of the first two I tried (interestingly enough, the one that Josh recommended). Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. After stating several times that this was going into a camper and sales associate stated they were a sleep expert and they were on the computer for a long time looking for a queen they never put in rv queen as this is to long for use now I am paying a restocking fee to return and still without a bed after return

I can not come up with the appropriate words to describe the service I received during the 4th of July weekend sale! The day before we went I called (a few times lol) with questions about things I had seen on the website. It was Kaleb that answered and I was blessed that he went out of his way to speak to me on each subsequent call. He paid such close attentionto what I was saying (he probably needed blackboard to keep track lol) that even though I didn’t know what I wanted somehow he did. Not only did he figure out what I wanted but what I needed, and astonishingly what was a comfortable price point without me even realizing it. I truly felt like I was talking to a friend who was helping me plan a big purchase. The next day when hubby & I got there we had narrowed it down to two but were we in for a surprise. He showed us a bed with so many options that we wanted but knew on our VA Disability was not possible. Hesitant to try it out. We tend tostay away if it’s out of our range. We tried it with Kaleb’s encouragement & it was everything we had hoped for. Then we found it was half price and with the adjustable base we can walk out for the same amount of ones we looked at on line. I couldn’t believe he had the perfect bed waiting for us before we even walked in the store. It really was the only one we tried out! Thanks Kaleb for your attention to detail, your perception of our needs & budget but most of all for the peace & confidence we had making the purchase because from the first hello over the phone to shaking your hands as we leave that what was best for us (not you or the store) was absolutely priority number one!! PS I so appreciate that the company worked with & gave him the ability to work out the additional discounts so that we were able to get a higher quality product regardless of our financial restraints. It’s not often a company really does put the customer above the profit!!
