Ms. Melanie Thrift greeted my husband & I with a pleasant smile. She is the sleep expert. Very friendly and to the point. Melanie has an excellent customer service and manager can vouched for that. Her manager Jason was also very nice. So we were convinced and purchased a $4,500.00+ Beauty Rest mattress and pillows. From Bobby & Marites Frederick.

Melanie provided excellent customer service. We walked in with no idea what we wanted and she took her time to help us figure out what would work best for us. She explained everything in detail and answered any and all questions about different features offered with the mattresses. She was not pushy in trying to sell us any particular mattress and was a pleasure to work with. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our shopping experience. We will definitely be back for any other mattress needs.

Jason, at my local store, was amazing. I hadnt bought a mattress for awhile and wasnt sure with all the choices what I wanted. He was SO patient and very helpful. Asked me question and had me try different styles. Finally settled on a memory foam. Thank you Jason for making this experience so easy

I loved that Jason the sales man was friendly, knowledgeable of merchandise, patient and understand. Was willing to work with me past closing so I can have a new mattress, adjustable base and pillow. No pressure on trying to get me to buy a more expensive mattress. Showed me their 20 day guarantee that if I dont love it I can return it.

The experience was good and salesman was great. My only complaint is the awful location. Its right next to a Starbucks. It took me 11 Minutes to leave the parking lot. The line for Starbucks was around the building and I was blocked in.

Today I went into the store looking to confirm a choice of mattress previously looked at online. The store manager Jason Hutchins step up immediately to help facilitate the finding of what would soon be my new mattress. An expert, he was diligently guiding me through what mattress was fit for my body. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed into his store and was very humorous. His honesty about the products wasn’t based on monitory value but customer satisfaction. Overall I wouldn’t change my experience and truly enjoyed getting in and out promptly.

Stacie is very unprofessional and rude her main concern is getting a sales, shes not interested in her customers by no means I told her I had a California King and went to order adjustable, she ordered the wrong size had deliverey company came to my home and try to force it too fit, when I called and informed her she asked me was this a homemade bed? At this time due to her error said I would have to come in and sign some papers at this time she charged me $129.00 . Sent another delivery company at this point Im thinking to measure my bed no try to force it again! I can the manager told him the bed mattress was a king due to my measurement ago I have a California King. 3 weeks later issue resolve California King mattress fits perfect. Send that lady back for training for u professionally and unknowable!

I got amazing service at this location Jason was extremely helpful in helping us find the bed that was right for us and getting it delivered next day. Kayla my sales rep took amazing care of me and what I needed. I’d just had back surgery and she was able to recommend the perfect setup. Everyone in the store makes you feel like family! This was my first time ever in any mattress store and I really enjoyed my experience. I usually buy online, which is a gamble. I’ll be coming here if/when I need another bed. Jason H. was extremely helpful and made time for me despite having other customers. I laid on over half the beds in the store lol, and he gave me good and honest information that helped me narrow down my options (I’m usually very indecisive) and was extremely considerate during the process. I went to Mattress Firm looking for a mattress for my youngest son. The one I initially wanted wasnt in the city and couldnt be delivered until 3 days later. There was a possibility that I could get one delivered the next day on a truck that was coming in from out of town. I didnt want to wait for a possibility, my son needed his mattress then. I was prepared to leave but the assistant, Stacie, wanted us to have what we needed. She found us an even better mattress at an amazing price. I was able to leave with Mattress in tow. My experience there was nothing short of amazing because of Stacie. I wish all individuals in customer service were like Stacie! She rocks!!! Hands down!

We were only researching matresses when we went to Mattress Firm. However, the store had a very good selection and the sales guy was very helpful that we purchased that day! Im looking forward to a very good nights sleep!

My customer experience was very professional since the moment I stepped into the store. I had bought another mattress from another company and wasnt to impressed. Just went into the store to look around and I saw a mattress that I liked. The rep looked up my information and notified me that my old mattress had a 10 year warranty. She explained to me in great detail how to start the claim. I was able to submit a claim return the mattress just bought from the other retailer and selected a new mattress for about $250 (way less that what I initially had spent on the mattress I initially bought). Ive been a customer of Mattress firm for quite some time I wanted to try another retail just to try something new but once I was treated very professionally by their customer service I was quickly reminded why they continue to be successful; and its because of their amazing customer service. Thank you to Kayla and Kristen for your professionalism and such a great customer service.

Stacy was super helpful! I spoke to her over the over and she answered all my questions. Later, I went to the store and was there for maybe 20 mins tops. It was an easy process. We’re happy with what we purchased. She was very friendly! I will be back in the future.

We had a horrible experience with this mattress firm. We were expecting company so we decided to go get a guest bed from mattress firm about a week prior to our company arriving. We were scheduled to have our delivery on Thursday and while in the store the woman working with us took down all our information and asked me to review it. I noticed she had written down my number incorrectly so I let her know it was incorrect and wrote the correct number on the paper she gave me. Well Thursday I waited and waited and my mattress never showed. So I called the store. They said they were waiting for me to call, that they didn’t have my number and the delivery drivers were already past my house on they’re route. They said they wouldn’t be able to get the mattress to us until the following week (our company was due to arrive the next day). I think the thing that blew my mind the most is that there was absolutely no apology. I understand mistakes happen but there was no urgency to correct this mishap. We ended up having to go pick up the mattress ourselves (My husband with a bad back and me pregnant and not able to help not to mention the $80 delivery fee we paid) We will not be back to this store and we will discourage anyone considering buying a mattress from this location. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.

The new manager (Brandi H.) is fantastic... she hooked us up with a bed that we love, they delivered it and set it up, and she explained everything simply and thoroughly. We got the greatest mattress ever, but like all retail places theyre there to sell stuff. Watch when they say finance you. The issue is they go through someone that will give you a credit card for the amount financed. That being said, the card will be at 100% utilization rate, which in turn will hurt your credit. They dont tell you that though!!!

Kristin was very Knowledgable. Even though she was busy with other customers, she made sure all my questions were answered. My boyfriend and I, sat and talked to her about what would be best for us. Even though we didnt get a whole bedroom set, she wasnt trying to push us to buy anything we didnt want. We ended up getting a boxdpring for our bed but will soon be back to upgrade. Only if Kristin is there ofcourse.

Customer service is amazing. We didnt feel pressured at all to buy something. The manager worked with us and she made sure we were buying something that would last us. She also was great with our two toddlers who were starting to get impatient while we looked and debated on what we would buy.
