Amazing Crew that is very knowledgeable and friendly. Please dont get offended if you are ask multiple questions about your particular vehicle as their computer system isvery specific about everything and these guys are doing as they are trained. I never use any of the other parts stores because I get exactly what I need/want here. Be patient as this is a very busy store.

I went to this place broke down and they helped me get back on the road and then IAfter purchasing the wrong part they refunded the money on my card and I had to repurchase the right part well I didnt have enough to cover it they let me come back and pay after the money got returned on my card I love this pace I will never go anywhere other than autozone and excellent customer service the manger Michael was super understanding and juan the customer service rep was the best thanks guys you have gained a life long customer

I went to the store July 25 to buy cans of refrigerant. The employees were very knowledgable and kind enough to helpe me to recharge freon.

This place is great. They usually have all you need and if they do t have it on hand they can order it for you and have it next day. Prices are fair and quality is good too.whats nice is all your purchases are kept track of and you can always have them look up when you purchased an item if you need be to get it exchanged if you lost your receipt if its still with in its warranty time frame.

Helpful staff will ensure you pick the right part within your budget. The friendly and knowledgeable employees are a great asset. After seeing me struggle to install a part, they helped me in the parking lot without making me feel dumb.

The AutoZone representative, Juan, was very helpful in determining what light bulbs I needed for my car and even replaced them for me. There was also a loose ground wire in the engine that Juan also secured. Another representative, Shanti, was also helpful and friendly while Juan was assisting me.

My husband went to purchase a truck bed cover, the employee who “helped “ him was rude and disrespectful! My husband went to Oreillys where there were 3 other customers who had the same experience. I tried to call to talk to the manager so it wasn’t a public issue and was put on hold for a total of 15 minutes and then hung up on when I tried to call back! I hope the owner can rectify this before they lose too much business!!!

Very helpful. Dave spent time to help parts and pull from the shelves. Even called other stores to try and find a part for me, then helped carry my stuff out. James was quick to find a replacement part and secure for me so that I could quickly get back to work.

Service was great. Logan helped me out in getting all the auto parts I needed. Will be back next time !

Never had a problem going here. Good prices and theyll return or exchange if you get the wrong part but theyre pretty good about helping you get the right part Even when you dont know what it is.

The sales people are always so willing to help find what I need for my car. They are knowledgeable and eager to help.

Employee askd if he could help me with anything. When I said yes... all he did was give me excuses why he may not be of help after I askd him to come outside and look at some scratched paint my vehicle had suffered. I told him I was well aware there may not be anything he may not be able to suggest anything... I said... All I want you to do is take a look at the vehicle to see if theres something you could reccomend. The excuses just continued... Extremely frustrating! I no longer wanted his assistant and I just walked out of the store and I dont think ill ever return to that establishment again.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about my problem. Even gave me suggestions on who to take my truck to, to get it fixed.
