The online rental experience was a breeze. Once completed I was able to go into the office, confirm everything was complete and was shown my unit. The staff member was friendly and made sure my gate code was working before I left. Top notch service!

The initial phone call was very helpful and informative, the Call Center did well in connecting me to the site.Erica at the site was courteous on the phone and checked me in seamlessly. At arrival she helped me access when my phone was about to die and had the information I needed prepared in writing. She checked on me while I starting to load the unit and made sure all was well.A great experience.

The bottom isnt even seated enough to keep dust out and although there is no food, rats are a common problem.#15

Its a really decent place to store. I think that its better than most other places Ive been to over the years. Erica is the person in the office(on most days, at least) and you couldnt ask for a friendlier more helpful soul.(BTW, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because a lot of 5 star reviews, just in general, sometimes seem a little scripted. I skip them when Im reading reviews)

Erica Store manager is unprofessional and rude. Not paying to store my things here anymore after her rude attitudeConstantly has her friends over during after hours outside drinking with loud music . They walk around the property. How are we supposed to trust our things are ok when stored there with random people walking around. Hang dries her clothes outside the building. Her visitors park taking two spaces over the curve or on the properties grass.It wasnt like this its under new management. Horrible.Storages units door get jammed they are not maintained at all.No management to help. They will just call security on you and your children.This isnt a company anymore . Its a party scene with people hanging out the balcony drinking and smoking.and these are her friends n family. Unprofessional for a business.

Amanda was very welcoming and pleasant. This particular ExtraSpace storage is located just south of 10 freeway on Mills Ave don’t blink you will pass the location up. If your headed South look right as soon as you pass under freeway. The area is safe and secure, the pricing is competitive. I would recommend using this location.

I live in California and needed to find storage in the Tampa area and she offered me the option in a very professional and friendly way.Because of the service I got back in January, when I needed to store some home furniture here in California, Extra Space Storage was top of my mind. So today I reserved a space at the California location.Thanks to Amanda, this rental was also an easy process.

This place was impeccable. I have been renting storage spaces for years and was super impressed with the cleanliness of the location. The spaces were spotless as was the office. I was also impressed with Linda, the woman in the front. She was kind, courteous and met every single one of my needs. When I asked if they had a truck I could use, she said no but quickly went online and found a place for me to rent one. This place is a 5 star winner

I went to extra space storage today. I was in immediate need of a storage. I called in advanced to get info. I can’t remember his name. He was really nice. He got me scheduled in beforehand. I finally made my way there, I was greeted by Joy. She helped me figure out what size storage I needed. She set me up with the perfect one. She was so nice and friendly. She’s a super down to earth type of gal. She was so amazing I was about ready to be like “let’s swamp phone numbers” lol. Extra Space Storage on South Mills is a great place to store your things! Linda is so nice and helpful finding you the perfect space to meet your needs. Our unit is clean and protected. Even though it is 90 degree weather right now, the unit is not hot at all. Much better than a pod-type unit. Your items are very safe and guarded (gates, cameras, onsite manager) yet you can get what you need when you need it because the access hours are super long. Just check it out and you will see :)

The monthly fee is reasonable and the location is set up in a very user-friendly fashion. my space has been a real life saver.The facility is supervised by a very nice lady named Amanda. Shes friendly, patient and happy to help. Thank goodness for ExtraSpace and their amazing staff!
