This was my first time using a public self-storage and Chris at StorQuest was more than helpful and made sure that the whole experience was as smooth as possible. The location and neighborhood are safe. I would use their service again if i need to in the future.

I have moved my art and home belongings only 3 times in my life! Im, admittedly a nervous storage person. My experience with Storquest was so seamless. However, my most important measurement is service and a feeling of professionalism, knowledge and safety. I am a 100% disabled Army veteran with PTSD & Chris made my unit close, feels safe and great security, including my internal unit with fire sprinklers. This place is a blessing if you get to book a space.

Great experience moving my 3 bedroom home into their storage unit last week. They even offer a free large truck to help on the day of your move! and they have carts to help move things around from your car to your unit. Tatiana was sooooo accommodating and supportive. She waited for several HOURS while we loaded up the moving truck and even stayed late on some subsequent visits when we needed assistance in renting a second unit. Great customer service, quiet and safe area, and decent hours of operation. I would definitely recommend them! :D

StorQuest in Claremont, CA was a nice, close place to rent a temp (6+ yrs!) space. Professional staff & never any hassles.

The entire team at StorQuest Self Storage is fantastic! We recently had a very challenging shipment situation to address. We first needed to rent another storage, which was done quickly and easily. We had huge challenges with a freight company, yet StorQuests onsite manager stepped in to help with the company, unloading and moving the content, and even with helping the large truck back out of the facility. We are thrilled with their support and recommend anyone who needs extra space as well as one-on-one assistance to use this company!

She told me what I could do and to follow up with her on a specific day, which I did, and she took care of the problem exactly how she said she would. I was concerned before I called her, but she assured me all would be fine, and she made sure it was. We have had this unit for a couple of years. At first the billing due date always seemed to elude me, but they were so great in sending me out a quick non-threatening, “hey, maybe you forgot” phone call and voicemail. The place was always clean, never crowded, and always had carts available for us to use for our 2nd floor unit. Customer service staff were always helpful and courteous.
