I decided to switch to T-Mobile and ordered everything online. My phones came and nothing worked or was activated. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer care and they told me to go to a store, so I went to this store. Customer care had completely messed things up and I was ready to say forget it. Three hours later and a ton of help from Ashley and Spencer. Im fixed and happy again.

Somebody lied! I called this store and asked if they had the Samsung Galaxy S21 in stock. The man that answered the phone put me on hold while he supposedly checked. When he came back on line, he advised that they did have the phone. So, I drive to Circleville and go to the store to get the phone. But, I was advised when I got there that they didnt have the phone! I dont know what their game was, but it wasnt funny to me. Wont, be going back there.

The only thing good about Tmobile is the customer service at this location. Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We have been T-Mobile customers for quite a few years. The circleville T-Mobile store has been consistent in providing good service whenever we stop. And were always greeted with a smile in this relaxed atmosphere. No question is too insignificant for them. I will continue to recommend T-Mobile to my friends.

Weve been coming to this shop for about 3 Years, and have always been very satisfied with their expertise.

Be careful about giving them your information. They will take money from your debit card even if you decide not to get a plan with them and with your signature on anything and you will have a hell of a time getting it back!!

Travis and Jeff was great to me and answered all my questions and even got me in to a phone that day great environment and friendly and funny guys to talk to
