Always had a deep connection with GameStop since I was at a young age, so its no surprise that Ive given the store a super high rating. The employees at the GameStop Im rating are kind hearted and have no issue answering questions that customers have. Overall, great job with the Circleville GameStop!

I went in and asked the two ladies working if they had any special deals or promotions, they proceeded to snicker and treat me like this was an idiotic question. I walked to the switch games, and I heard them laughing and making fun of my question. Seriously rude people work here, wouldn’t recommend talking to these employees more than you have to.

I’ve purchased 2 used ps4s, one a pro from this store. Both lasted approximately 3 months before they were next to useless. Constant overheating, crashes, and on the pro not even coming with Sony wires. Customer service was okay, but if you’re going to smile at me and sell me a several hundred dollar paperweight I can’t say I enjoyed my experience. Skip this GameStop, they do nothing in the way of ensuring their used products actually work well. They’ll never see another cent from me, hopefully you’ll save your money.

I have to say that the people who work at this store exemplify above and beyond quality customer service. I for weeks had been searching for a copy of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA. This store had a PS4 copy and was willing to hold it for me. Mind you-I live south of Dayton, OH and this store is out in Circleville. That is long drive for me, and when I got there, they did indeed have it on hold for me. There was note on the game and everything with my name on it! I greatly appreciate the quality of service I received. This store truly earned 5 stars in my book! Thanks again!

Employee were really nice, there wasent such a wide selection of games, but for a gamestop in the middle of nowhere, there was plenty to be satisfied with.

GameStop is garbage if I can I get my games and anything else elsewhere this place is only good to walk around and look at things dont even bother trying to trade anything in youre better off keeping what you got and spending the extra $2 that they would give you for whatever you brought in

It is gamestop. You know how that is.

The workers are always super helpful and quick to share (mostly) unbiased opinions about games and other hardware coming out. They have plenty of cool memorabilia and usually have some stuff on clearance or running a deal. The only problem Ive ever had there is trade in cash can be a little short. So if you take something in there to sell, be prepared for store credit or you may have to take the trip up to Grove City.

Great selections and prices. Clean friendly place. My kids, (adults) love this place and its where I go to shop for them. Only problem is that the store gets real busy, real congested. They need a bigger place- not a bad problem to have.

This is by far my favorite Gamestop, and I have been to about seven+ others. I will always come back to this one, because the employees are amazing. The guys who work here are extra friendly, always ready to have a casual conversations, polite, and always offer help and gaming advice. I have never had bad service here, and I have been coming here for years.

Helped me replace my sons game system 👍 was so glad they had it in stock ( as it was an older one) and I was able to surprise my son with it!

Decent pricing and friendly staff, greg (i think) especially deserves recognition. His video game jokes and his personality is all around fun and id definitely come back just so he could recommend some games.

Ive been to this store a few times because of the convenience of the location, but am almost always dissapointed.I sometimes check the locations inventory for specific games before stopping in and several times the item wasnt actually in stock. I havent had this issue at other nearby Gamestop locations.The other issue is that pricing isnt always correct at this location either. I saw one price online, another on the display box, and was quoted a third price from their computer. This is unacceptable in this day and age.
