Good place you ever need any transmission parts and you want them fast. I recommend global. When the auto parts stores or any other dealers cant get it. They got it.

Bought rebuild kit and sonnax upgraded parts for 6l80. Costumers service by phone was professional. Quickly was able to tell me what parts they had on hand or could/ couldnt get.

I placed this order yesterday morning (Mon, Oct 19, 2020 11:36 am EST) almost 3 hours and 24 minutes prior to the same day shipping cut-off time (Orders Placed By 3:00 PM EST / NOON PST Ship Same Day) you have listed on your site, and yet you did not bother to even get my order ready to ship until the next day (today 10-20-20 almost 24 hours later, label was created but order still not shipped)… so much for your guaranteed same day shipping!!! dont post a guarantee unless you can actually honor it!!!

I have placed several orders with Global Transmission Parts. All of them arrived quickly and complete. I had some questions about some items I needed. I called in, Kalib helped me sort out what I needed (he knows the parts hes sells very well), on two separate occasions. Top notch customer service and in todays world, thats a rare thing. Parts will be coming from them on any future rebuilds.

Poor customer service! They Sent a gasket where the holes didnt match up and refused to do any thing about the problem with a attitude will no longer be a customer with them. And didnt even see the problem that was wrong with the gasket and gave a attitude. I had to go buy a new one from auto zone will be posting pictures of the gaskets in the photo box the top one was from gobal transmission and the bottom was from Auto zone i had to buy a new one from auto zone because they refused to send a new one. Now tell me if you guys think the holes are the same as the one I purchase from auto zone which the auto zone one fit right and not off a notch like the one from this gobal transmission parts.

I bought a downgraded kit and needed the master kit... completely my fault but when I called in they itemized what I had and hooked me up with the rest of the items I needed. After helping me out and a 2 day ship time, they got my business for good.

I had to get some specific clutches and steels that I was unable to find on the webpage, .062 high energy frictions, and .077 kolene steels . I ordered a servo and governor for my 700r4. When they arrived, the dive gear on the governor was damaged. I sent them an email, with pictures, on Saturday. Monday morning they responded with an apology and sent out a replacement. Customer service the way it should be.

Ordered a part through them on monday and needed it by wednesday, payed for next day shipping and everything. I received a confirmation email but the shipping company actually were the ones that messed up and I did not receive the package on time. I contacted customer service and they made everything right.
