I cant remember his name but the guy that worked the front desk did a great job. Actually, every time that Ive brought my truck in to there I always have a great experience. I know that the work will be done correctly and that they wont try to swindle me like most shops do. Theyre honest there and I like and respect honesty for sure. Theres a reason why I only take my truck to their shop. By far the best service around

I had an appointment for 7 am on a Monday morning. I got there just a little early. A gentleman opened the door for me and allowed me to drive in and it was early. Bill took my info and got me squared away. I waited in the waiting room till Bill walked in and told me my car was ready. The job was completed in a timely order and they even went a step farther and washed my car. EXCELLENT experience. I will be back and talk to Theresa Heyder about a new Tahoe at the end of the month. She even sold my in laws a vehicle 1 day before she sold me mine and I didn’t even know that until I spoke with my father in law .She went way above and beyond! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and easy to work with. I could tell that my time was important to them as they were working numbers while I was testing driving. It was not the normal experience where we sit around for hours going over numbers that don’t work for me I told them what I needed and they made it happen. No mess. I also didn’t feel like they were trying to get me into a car I didn’t really want just for a sale. They listened to what I was looking for and showed me cars that fit just that. They have gained a new customer for life! I will highly recommend them to friends and family.

I cant believe you charged me $72 for an oil change! That is twice the amount I have paid other organizations in town. I knew it would be more--I expected around $50. I will find someplace else that charges less, even if I have to drive to another town. You also removed my reminder of my next tire rotation! Why did you do that?

The Service Department takes great care of my vehicle. This is the only place I take my vehicles for any service they might need. They even provided shuttle service while servicing my vehicle. Thanks to everyone there.

Several changes occurred after the paperwork for my truck purchase was complete, but before I received my vehicle (mechanical issues with one of my trade ins). The Couglin staff was helpful and worked with me to remedy the issues. Very satisfied with my buying experience.

I dont like hidden documentation fees. They charge the maximum rate the state will allow you to charge for documentation fees...and the vehicle only came with one car key. It would have been nice to know this before I purchased the vehicle. Especially since I asked if there was anything else I should know. Shop around a bit before you end up here.

Everything went well. My air conditioner was not operating. Rob contacted me to let me know what the issue was and kept me in the loop regarding when the repair will be completed and gave me the cost once the work was completed. Thank goodness I purchased the All State extended warranty.

My leased vehicle was in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to listen to the brakes as I occasionally hear a squeal. My appointment was for 2:15. They appeared quite busy when I pulled in. However, I was in and out w/in an hour! I was quite impressed!
