I ordered almost $300 worth of parts on line and someone hit and totaled my new car before the parts could be put on. They refunded my money without hesitation. A great bunch of people.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door waited on bought my purches and the store clerk even went outside to show me where my part will go and how it will need put in. Very pleasant and very helpful..thank you sir.

I was the only customer in the entire store and no one would help me. I couldnt find what I was looking for and when I went to leave someone finally asked if I needed help. I said no I didnt and they said ok have a nice day. It would have been nice for them to pay attention to me for the 10min I was in there or offer to have my part shipped to the store. Im headed to Autozone now.

Bought a set of windshield wipers and they would not fit the car. An associate came out to put them on and he could not figure out how to get them on. They refunded my money back. Very friendly.

Hello everybody please be informed that cash cars does not have your best interest at stake when you buy cars what they have in their interest is taken every dime out of your pocket and into their’s pushing you off the lot and then we pulled it couple days later and sell it to somebody else that other cars are roadworthy I don’t even know if advance auto parts has enough parts in there to fix one of their cars I would like to say they care but ever Denteley they don’t because I’ve sent hundreds of emails and I’ve called them they don’t care because guess what I got all my money there get yours too don’t girl please tell the Army veterans not to suffer with the worst car company

They will not price match other local businesses if the price is to low. So much for a price match guarantee! One person tried to tell me it was a online price (it was a in store napa price) Other guy just told me the price was to low they would not make money. I called advance auto parts headquarters they said price match guarantee does not cover gear oil (I read there terms and conditions and it does not say any thing about excluding oil). I told the guy at HQ that and he then changed his story and when on to tell me that they cant sell stuff at a loss. So in other words they lied about there Guarantee. I am not a liar and do not wish to spend my money at a place that does not keep there word. I get it you wont sell it at a loss well then dont call it a price match guarantee and call it a We will price match if its not to much off. Even when you have them dead to right they still wont make it right. Save your self the time go to auto zone.

Came in the other day had a water pump go bad and wasnt on record cause of items fall off after 2 year. So had called and spoke to manager cliff and told me sorry not listed under warranty. But said stop by and he would take care of it. Kim was working register and was helping me find warranty info and we struck out but, hey they took care of it and got me out the door with no hassle and this is why I am a repeat customer way back when the older gentlemen ron was the manager many years ago. This is only 2nd time I have ever had to return defective part and was hassle free nothing like the place down the road. So definitely my go to place for parts and price match anybody. Thanks advance auto!

Went to take back some used oil, Im like I dont need the container back, guy says well we cant keep it, you have to take it back and if you want to throw it out then thats up to you, so Im like ok, so the guy takes the full oil jug to the back, I go out to my van to grab my phone and here comes the guy chasing me down, and begins yelling at me in a very angry tone of voice says to me did you think I was that stupid I told you you had to take this jug back, so Im like what the hell is wrong with this Advance auto parts employee.....So I ask the guy what is your problem? If you must know Im getting my phone out of my van, do I have your permission to do that? WOW JUST WOW! Advance Auto Parts you have some serious training to do in the area of customer service. I cannot believe I was treated in such a demeaning and disrespectful manner. So now Im like since this douche bag employee is going to go off the deep end and angrily yell at me because he thinks Im leaving without taking the empty oil jug, now I am going to leave. I will never ever go to another advance auto parts ever again for anything after being treated like that. GREAT JOB ADVANCE AUTO PARTS!! YOUVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND ILL BE SURE TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT MY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
