I went this afternoon with friends who were visiting from out of town. The ice cream was good but the wait was a lot. I understand that it was a Monday afternoon, but the time it took to get all of our orders was quite a bit. I hope they are more productive during busier times.

A must try experience in town. WARNING: Don’t go to this place if you are diabetic. Even though flavors are amazing, and the experience is a cool one you will leave with a sugar rush, especially if you order the Cotton Candy Burrito!Totally recommend the Matcha Ice Cream with Raspberries, condensed milk and lavender honey. It’s a great flavor mix if looking for a more refined dessert. If looking for value, build your own. You can literally add unlimited toppings!Cleanliness was a bit of an opportunity area last time, restroom lock broken, and a bit slow. Would still come here again.

Been here before but been a while and Wanted to go in on a slow night and wanted to share a cup with my partner. I ordered a buckeye and I didnt get 6 rolls but 3 big ones and 2 halves. No hot fudge in my roll at all as well. I was going to order a cotton candy buritto but all the cotton candy hanging were expired or way to small to make a burrito. :( idk what happened to this place but it looks more dirty and darker than the last time we came since when are employees allowed to write all over the counter? Very off putting so we probably wont be back anymore. Idk what changed but whatever it is they need to change stuff back.

They flatten your ice cream on a cold stone add the ingredients and then scrape then into rolls of ice cream logs for you to enjoy. Its pretty brilliant for the average $7 cost to buy one. I liked the idea, tried the banana option, was happy with the good flavor but I was not 5 star impressed. If youre in otr and have a sweet tooth moment, come here.

We were there on 8-27-21 around 7:15pm. The girl at the register was amazing. We had never been to anything like this before and she made the experience wonderful! Everyone there was great and the ice cream rolls? OMG!!!!! They were so good!!!!! I will go here for sure again

Here for my daughter’s birthday. Ice cream is excellent. It’s not cheap, but you get a lot in the cup. 3 stars because the place is filthy. Dusty and grimy. Not sure we will be back.

A neat ice cream place down near washington park. It is both a dessert place as well as a little theatre. You make your order and then the ingredients are mixed together and poured over a super cold piece of metal, the employee then mixes it and rolls it up in front of your eyes as it immediately freezes. Its a little more expensive than your usual ice cream, but you also get the entertainment of watching it made

I asked for a number 1 add whip cream and nuts ..I got no banana no chocolate I didnt realize till I got in car its cool next time I will watch and make sure

Terrible experience. So mismanaged. At one point two employees went into the back and just screamed but weren’t hurt. They didn’t make my friends dessert and wouldn’t take out their headphones to acknowledge the mistake or offer a refund.

It was lstupid we went in but we went in the door we’re lock she said we don’t have a enough sfaff but there were people eating ice cream but we went to get in the car we saw thim leaving

The kids love it! But, if they are busy, be prepared to wait! It is a time intensive process which can be entertaining to watch. They dont always get your order correct or have all the ingredients. Twice weve ordered mango, only to be served vanilla. They were woefully understaffed when we stopped in before the FCC game.

You have to experience simply rolled ice cream I had never seen ice cream rolled like this and you help her make it you decide on what flavors you like fantastic

I loved this place! My fiancée took me for my birthday!! They have a vanilla vegan ice cream that you can mix anything in it to the flavor you want! I added peanut butter and pretzels! YUMMY!! I will go back!

This place was great, very unique and awesome ice cream!

I waited about 30 minutes for my icecream and the workers allowed 5 people who came after me to get their ice cream first. When I asked for a refund the workers were annoyed and lied to me about my ice cream being done even though they were not even working on it. This by far was the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to the food industry. I will never spend money there again!

The ice cream is very good and the workers are nice but the only thing that I didn’t like was that it was a school night for my daughter and it took 25 minutes to give me the ice cream.

Went here for a birthday treat for my boyfriend. We ended up splitting one of the specials - the Cotton Candy Burrito (pictured). It was so sweet and delicious! There was no way I could finish one on my own, but it was perfect to share. We were given spoons if needed but you could totally eat the whole thing with your hands. The ice cream was delicious and the cotton candy tortilla was so good. Needed to wash my hands after, but we ate it and they have a nice, clean bathroom, so that was no problem. The girls working were all super friendly, too. My only issue is the location - the street is a little dark and its not the safest OTR has to offer, but as long as youre with someone, I dont think there would be any issues. Would definitely go back and Im already a little sad that the cotton candy burrito is only a featured flavor and not permanent.

Lots of options for sure... And they all sound good. If you cant decide on a predefined dish you can create your own. Doing rolled ice cream isnt quick... So not the place to go if you only have a minute. And for me the frozen platen they make the ice cream on reminds me of nails on a chalkboard. I have to walk away or it bothers me. But thats my issue and may not be yours...

Friendly employees, tasty ice cream, and a unique experience make this a fun treat to go to after a long hot day in Cincinnati. It is really fascinating to watch as the employees roll the ice cream in front of you and assemble their creation in front of your eyes. Combine this with their amazing selections and you are in for a treat!

I have not had the pleasure of trying this place because I have tried to order it twice and each time it got cancelled. The first time it was maybe an hour or so away from close so whatever I could understand that. This time I ordered it at 7:20 and the driver was there before 8. Apparently they didn’t have the stuff to make it and instead of calling to ask to replace a certain item or cancel it, they waiting until AFTER they were closed to cancel it. The driver was there for at least for 45 minutes and they couldn’t mention that sooner?EDIT: 3 STARSEventually I was able to order this without issue and since then have ordered it a couple times, the ice cream is SOOOO GOOD.

A small rolled ice cream place with a wide range of options. They have vegan options too. I tried their Mocha ice cream and it was really good. Plus it is fun to watch the ice cream being rolled.

Stumbled upon this unique place in OTR and were delighted with this unique ice cream experience! We devoured the vanilla, banana. Nutella dish after watching it made on a freezing pizzalike pan. I recommend this place for a date night or family experience. There isn’t much seating so don’t go at peak times!

Staff was great... very friendly. Ice cream is average... except for the way they make it which is why we went. Very cool. Did it once... that’s enough for me 🤷🏼‍♂️

I loved the ice cream. Very similar style to Coldstone but its way better. The people were super nice and explained everything to us since we were first timers. There was not a lot of room to sit, in total 6 chairs and 3 tables, but we still fortunately got a table. Id love to go back to try more flavors!

This is a neat place with tasty ice cream. It is not traditional. They pour the liquid ingredients on a super cooled tray and smooth it into thin strips. Then they scrape it up in thin, rolled strips and put it in a bowl. It kind of looks like a bouquets. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious, different refreshing flavor (watermelon kiwi). The ice cream does not taste like a creamy sugary mass like other places. Flavor is light but true to the source. Definitely a place to try regularly! My whole family loved it!!!!

Very good and different ice cream place. The combinations are interesting. It tastes well and the rolls are really cold. The only thing is that they don’t have a recipe with nuts in it, like pistachio or hazelnut or pecan. Besides that, this is a really good place.

The ice cream was lacking in much taste to me. The service was ok, but they were probably hot & cranky! AC must have been broke-it was 90 degrees inside! It was a cool experience to see. I was not too impressed as the girl didn’t completely get the flavor from the person before me off her frozen plate. I was really looking forward to the whole experience and she just mumbled my name and went to pouring it on the frozen plate. Won’t go out of my way to go back.

Its a small shop and usually only has 1-2 people working so theres almost always a wait. Definitely worth waiting for. Finding a parking spot is usually the hardest part.

The ice cream was delicious very fresh. There was a line out the door but thats to be expected for a grand opening weekend.

When we entered store I immediately said “Hi, how are you?” and the worker, who I am sure heard me, did not say anything. The same worked asked us, “what do you want”? when we ordered. She also preceded to tap a pen loudly on the counter the entire time we tried to order. Me and my two daughters could not help but laugh uncomfortably because of how comical and rude this was. We will not be coming back anytime soon. Completely unprofessional!

Vegan vanilla and dark chocolate options. Tasty mix ins and add ons. Only down side was the wait on a busy weekend night with covid-19 measures in effect. Completely understandable and appreciated.

We were treated so rude today trying to celebrate my daughters 1st birthday after the zoo. We were the only people in the store and it was completely disturbing. If you dont like your job quit.

This place is super cute inside! They have many flavors and toppings to choose from. Service is pretty fast. The price did seem a bit steep for the amount of ice cream I got but it was worth it in the end. The blue spoons are temperate sensitive and turn purple when touching the ice cream.

We went here with the kids for my wifes birthday. I thought these rolled ice cream places were a bit of a gimmick. This places is one of the best I have tried (I have tried 3 total on vacations). The staff was friendly and the Buckeye Madness is fantastic for peanut butter lovers.

They don’t enforce people wearing a mask in the restaurant. A group next to me ordered, then sat down and all three of them took off their mask. One of the guys coughed repeatedly. Also very slow with making your order. Not worth the it.

Great ice cream, can’t deny that! I would know because I worked here for almost a year. New ownership is a complete failure, stole money from mine and another’s paycheck illegally & then told us we should be grateful. No one associated with me or said coworker will ever visit this establishment again and rightfully so, these thieves don’t deserve any of your money.

Went here on a Saturday night with 5 other people and they were very quick, tasty, and professional. I highly recommend this place for other people to try. I will definitely be going back.

It was an interesting experience to go once. The ice cream was lacking in flavor and it just tasted watery. From walking in the door to leaving it was an hour. Overpriced for what it was and the ordering and preparing process could be expedited.

This is a fun and novel way to enjoy some ice cream. The staff was friendly, patient, and good at making the unique ice cream rolls. The feel of the little shop is clean and modern. The ice cream itself is good but not beyond Graeters or Cold Stone. The real difference is the visual appeal of the rolled ice cream and fun details like toppings and spoons that change color with temperature.

Been to this place numerous times and I always get the Nutella banana vanilla ice cream cup. Its always very tasty the only thing that stops me from giving 5 Stars here is that though the product is amazing they never seem to have enough ice cream aluminum tops up and running to get through a busy night without an awfully long wait.

After all the hype we made it down and honestly the girls working were very sweet however the rolled ice cream we’ll just did not impress or live up to the hype. Kroger’s Ice cream has more *wow* flavor to it then this did. My twins will eat all kinds of ice cream and flavors, they took one bite and refused to touch it.So sad just cause this could have been such a good thing for Cincinnati and it’s development.You have to remember your in competition with Graters.Don’t know if we will return.

Only 2 roll stations open. We were behind 5 customers and it took about 20 minutes to receive the bowl of ice cream. Fun to eat with nice textures. This novelty wont last long. Fun food that takes to long and a bit pricey isnt so fun.

The ice cream was good, but I was disappointed by the experience. I visited in the evening, but definitely not near closing time. The whole staff didnt seem thrilled to be there doing their jobs, which took away from what couldve been a really fun and unique ice cream experience. I felt the staff was annoyed that we were taking our time in ordering, and that I wanted to take a picture. I hope this isnt the norm, because this seems like a cool place.
