I ordered the triple chocolate deluxe cookie. It was really fresh and tastes incredible. If you want to order icecream sandwich, go for deluxe size. Classic cookie sandwich is kind of small to be a sandwich. Definitely recommend this place for dessert after a great meal.

I walked in and there was a guy just sitting there on his phone behind the counter. He didnt great me coming in, or anything. So I stood there for a little while. Thank goodness a goodness able to help me out. The cookies were amazing! They even had vegan ones. They were so good. I will be back.

Worst service ever!! I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the batch of 18 the day before as a treat for my parents and the nursing staff at UC Health Hospital. The order was to arrive by 4:30PM so that they could be enjoyed before the shift ended at 7:00PM. They had not arrived by 6:00. When I called I had to wait 15 minutes for the phone service (not on site) to finally answer. They played relay between myself and the site store. I get told the order had gone out. NO, IT HAD NOT! But they called you. NO, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. Let me asked them again. Oh, they talked to John, hes coming to pick them up. MY FATHER IS BEDRIDDEN IN THE HOSPITAL, HE IS NOT COMING TO PICK THEM UP. Goes back to talk to store, they are sending a deliver person right now they apparently delivered another order and marked yours as the one they delivered. Order arrives at 7:00PM just as nurses are leaving their shift & my mother is leaving from visiting. The 18 cookies arrive in three boxes, not one large one. When opened all three boxes look like they have been thrown down the stairs. Broken, piled on top of each other, a total mess.We are not local to the Cincinnati area, but we will NEVER order from this company again on a visit. I do not recommend to UC students or the local residents. Customer service, delivery service, and the produce we ended up with are in no way worth all the hassle of the experience or the quality and Sams Club flavor of our overpriced experience.

Then an amazing young man named Isaiah answered the list phone and told me where to find it. THANK YOU BOTH! it’s nice to meet such courteous and responsible and respectful young people.

I used to love this place to the point where I would drive out of my way to get cookies here! I don’t know what happened to the employees but they do not care anymore!!! The cookies are under cooked and soggy. The customer service is terrible!! They would get so much more business if they hired better people . This place needs undercover boss!

Nice place to venture out late at night to grab some cookies and ice cream. One of the very few places that is open late. I tried their coffee icecream with brownie and it was really good.

Very good cookies, low inventory. I asked which cookies were available and when we started to pick them, they would tell us they didn’t have them. Fun stop while bar hopping.

Terrible experience in regards to the curbside pickup. Parked and called serval times with each time being ignored or hung up on. Once I went into the shop, there were no customers and 3-4 or 5 team members were sitting on their personal phones. I decided to discretely call while in the lobby and witnessed the intentional hanging up of the bakery telephone. Afterwards, I highlighted this unfortunate behavior and team members argued with me saying they did not want to go outside and provide the curbside service. The calling to the shop duration lasted approximately 15 mins.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered using the coupon code they gave me from the last time they messed it up, and again. Never ceases to amaze me, I ordered 2 s mores, 2 snickerdoodles, and 4 chocolate chunk, and what came in the box? 1 burnt s more, 1 burnt snickerdoodle, and 1 burnt chocolate chunk. Ive ordered from them 3 times, and each time they mess it up worse. And you wouldnt think that the times I order are busy times, the second time I ordered was 3 in the afternoon, and they showed up 45 minutes past what I scheduled for the delivery time, again with burnt cookies and low quality service. Needless to say I will never be ordering from here ever again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Fool me 3 times? what the hell are you doing? This place is the definition of idiocy in its purest form. And the cookies are not good.Update. Called customer service. Asked for refund. Didnt give it to me. Not a coupon or even an apology to make up for their lack of ability. They instead decided to resend the cookies. And send them 2 and a half hours after I called and was asleep as I get up at 6 am everyday. Showed up at 12:45. And still got my order wrong! I didnt get two of the cookies I paid for. Safe to say. The store gets swamped. Its a cookie store with low staff in the city next to a college campus that is open up later than everyone else. First order showed up 4 hours late, but were good cookies. Second order showed up on time, but was the wrong box. Called up and a second order was sent to us, or so we thought. Stayed up until 3:00am waiting for the delivery and never received it. Called the next day at 2:30pm and had the order finally delivered 3:00pm. Customer service was nice, but Ive heard they are just short staffed and get swamped over night understandably. Corporate needs to help this store manage better.

So insulting.. imagine you walk into a business and no one acknowledges your presence for 3 minutes. Then you place your order ask the amount of time and I was told 10 minutes and the associate explained he will bring them outside to me when it was ready. 10 minutes come and go. 10 more minutes pass so I returned to retrieve my order. The associate that took my order forgot I was waiting and then did NOT finish my order. My cookies got cold and no apologies for their error of waisted time.. I had to call and complain 4 times in order for them to finally do something about it, Had a delivery order to show up at 1pm and had to work at 5. They were not there by 5 and then had to call when at work to get them, didnt arrive until 8:30 and were rock hard and cold, with THE DELIVERY TIME PRINTED AS 1 ON THE BOX. They should just close, pointless store with horrible management and staff.

The worker got my order wrong. I asked for 2 cookies and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Instead, she charged me for 2 cups, each with a cookie and a scoop of ice cream. She handed me the cups, and I told her thats not what I wanted. She looked BAFFLED and didnt offer to do anything about it. She only said, Well thats how I rang you up. As a previous food worker, I knew she shouldve tried to make it right but she didnt. I also ordered a chocolate milk and it was overpriced but thats not the main issue.As for the cookie and ice cream, it was NOT warm like advertised and the ice cream was barely cold. We had an order for 104 cookies for Saturday 8/15. We called early this morning to confirm the order and spoke to an associate who confirmed our order. We tried to pick up our order at 2:30pm and the store was closed. We tried calling the store and the customer service line, and we were unable to get ahold of anyone. Still haven’t been able to speak to anyone and nobody has spoken to us to get our refund

Best cookie ever. I dont like chocolate a lot, it makes my stomach hurt, but I could eat like 7 of their Smores cookies. Theyre heavenly. Their peanut butter cookie is too good for words. Theyre always warm and its great! With a glass of vanilla almond milk you cant go wrong with these!

I will never ever be ordering from this store again, the service was thee worst I have ever received from any “restaurant” in my life. I ordered 2 cookie sandwiches to be delivered at 10:20pm, right after ordering I stepped away from my phone for 8 minutes exactly to do something else. When I returned to my phone I saw that the store had called me 6 times between 10:21 and 10:24, so I immediately called back and there was no answer. I waited a couple minutes and called again and no answer, I called back 5 times in total and no one ever answered. I eventually gave up, after a little over AN HOUR, the store called me back to say the ice cream I had chosen was not available and asked me to pick a new one so I did. It is now currently 2 HOURS after I placed my order and it has not arrived. I used the company’s “track your order” system and it says my order has been delivered and I never received it. To put it simply, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!

We were at Good Samaritan hospital waiting for our first grandchild to be born and one of the nurses recommended Insomnia cookies, so I had to check it out. I got 12 assorted for our group in the waiting room and they were fantastic. Everyone loved them!

This is my second time experiencing such horrible service! Only went back a second time because the kiddos love cookies, but was not expecting to get the same lack of awareness & commucation for customers. Both times, I chose the curbside option; only to await in my car 30+ minutes. Then I finally decide to get out and try to get their attention (since the doors is always locked to their lobby). I try to call first, but of course no answer *numerous of times btw, (while Im literally watching one worker fiddling with their hands and the other with their cell phone like they texting). As Im continuously calling (still no answer) I proceed to have to look like a maniac by waving my arms and knocking on the door to try to get their attention, one acknowledged me but only laughed and said something to the other worker and left me standing there like a complete fool. The fool that I am to come back a second time and expect better service. This second time Im here writing a review because after expressing my concerns for their lack of communication with their customers; 1. I get my cookie box shoved in my hand with an attitude 2. After experiencing that, only to get home and GRATEFULLY before I gave them to my kids I open the box to check and see two half-baked, almost RAW cookies and two old ones 😷. Really??! I had requested curbside, (because youre basically forced to stand on the curb anyway) which means an employee should have brought it out to me without me having to get treated like such. Merchants should really be weary of who they are hiring and always keep a reliable supervisor on shift. I feel this whole pandemic situation has made alot of Merchants lose grip of treating their customers like customers and made the lack of enthusiasm in your employees much more excusable, when they can completely ignore the very customers they are there to attend to, because they are behind locked doors(that only they can open) with no supervisor to oversee them. I dont think a lot of merchants like you all understand how much you turn consumers off with no sense of customer service workers you hire

Theres a reason that this cookie place is still in business. I 100% agree that the cookies are pricey but theres some of the best cookies youll ever have.And if you want to pile a bunch of ice cream on top of it its delicious too

After the third try and literally hiding in the bushes I jumped out and got my cookies. And he had eaten two. I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately I was really let down. I placed an order last night while I was at the hospital only for the website to say that the credit processor machine was down so I didnt think anything about it maybe about 30 minutes later I get a call from a delivery driver saying or 6 minutes away at that point Im excited like okay my order must have went through through my credit card but then I was informed by the driver it was only cash so I could find the order only to find out later that day my card was charged after 3 calls and to Route customer service agents later I was informed to email me at them this information which included my order number last 4 digits of my card and a screenshot of the charge in my bank account which I sent over via email only to have a reply asking why I sent this. At this point Im a little concerned so I call back yet again to be informed that I didnt affect get a refund something that they could at least notified me via email instead of just leaving me hanging for hours on it unfortunately the customer service of this place is so bad I dont even want to order again or even attempt to order from it again in the store delivery or anyting thanks for ruining my first impression of Insomnia Cookies Ill just bake my own itll be a lot cheaper anyway.

The perfect place for a very late night sweet break. Theyve got fresh cookies and brownies, and ice cream. Youll find something that you like. Most of their business appears to be delivery or takeout. Theyve got just a very few seats in the window.

I had insomnia cookies at a work function and they were delicious so the next time I had a meeting, I ordered cookies. I got the box of 24 for $33. When I got to the meeting, I opened the boxes and 8 of the cookies were burnt. Like dark brown and hard. When I called customer service I explained I could no longer use any of the cookies because I couldn’t show up to the meeting with 16 cookies for 22 ppl. They said they could only replace the 8. I get where they are coming from to an extent, but I wish they understood my situation. The meeting is today! I have no use for them tomorrow. Very frustrating!!

After a bit of a phone altercation with Kim (me being rather hard on her for the lack of variety fifteen minutes before closing) I decided to cancel the entire order. Kim was a champ over the phone and kind and patient. Her manager, Anita, called less than a few moments afterward and took care my girlfriend and I making sure our order was completed and the delivery was made less than five minutes later. If that isnt quality service I dont know what is. If you call late and want good customer service then this is the place to get your sugar rush. These ladies and workers are top of the line.

The cookies are pretty good but grossly overpriced. For what you pay, you expect a lot more in quality and size. Unfortunately they do have the advantage that many people on campus dont have access to a kitchen so its their only choice.

Im a college student myself, and I dont see how people spend around $15 on cookies when you can bake the same ones for $3. Theyre not bad, but theyre nothing special.

Ordered a cookie cake last night to surprise my coworker who had to work on her birthday. I called 30 minutes after the time it was expected to be delivered and i was told it was on its way. I called a second time and was told there was a glitch in the system and that my order was not processed. I was offered a refund but I am disappointed because I am empty handed with nothing to give to my coworker.

I used to like coming here a few years ago, but Ive been here twice recently during open Hours and have received nothing but a locked door and an illuminated open sign. I even made an order that I eventually had to cancel. No idea if its just google with false open times but it was 11pm on a Tuesday and again at 9pm on a Thursday.

I love insomnia cookies. The only thing is that they are a tad bit expensive. But the cookies are worth it.

I love the cookies but somehow my order got messed up and set for pick up and I wanted it delivered. They couldnt bring it because the driver was gone. Tonight was the 3rd time Ive ordered from Insomnia Cookies. The first time it was fine, on time and still warm. The second time the cookies were cold and hard but also on time. Tonight, the cookies havent arrived and it has been 45 minutes. I used to work in delivery service and I know it can be difficult to stay on time but I am on a college campus, in the summer, when orders should be fast/on time. This will probably be the last time I spend $15 on late cookies.

At 11:51 PM on 2/22/16 i ordered cookies, and it wasnt until 1:38 that they delivered it. The cookies were soft but mostly cold, and when i called around 1:20 they told me that they had delivered it 20 minutes ago. It took around an hour to prepare and a half hour to deliver, and i live only three blocks away; Definitely not impressed. The cookies are fine but the service is terrible.

Over priced and bad location due to it being on the main street of the college. Parking is terrible and you have to pay most times. Not worth getting a cookie. But the cookies are good and service was better.
