The staff there is always happy to help me for whatever I am needing. The lady that rung me up tonight was delightful as well. Keep up the good work! This has been my go to hardware store for over a decade.

Cashier is rude. She doesnt know how to greet customers. I greeted her twice and she completely ignored it. Rang me up and didnt even wanna tell me my total. Never shopping here again.

They are always very helpful and have most anything you might need ... plus you dont have to walk around a giant warehouse to find things

I bought some self Drilling drywall screws to put up my new small gate. Was very easy to do with the screws that I got at Ace Hardware. I have not seen these anywhere else and had a great price on them!

My opinion Ace hardware at dilonvale shopping center is no doubt one of the top notch hardware stores. All employees are friendly polite and knowledgeable. It is rare I have to go to a big box store, thay have just about anything you can think of . I always think of ace first.

Staff went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised that the had the piece in stock and in the right size.

One of my fast go to stores late at night or early in the morning.

Everyone is always so friendly! I prefer to go there than the huge warehouse stores. I may pay a little more on some items, but its well worth it. I painted 4 rooms in my house for under $20 using the clearance paints. They always smile and greet me when I come in. That never happens at Home Depot and Lowes.

Came in with a very unique shade of blue/gray/white that I needed to paint a wall with, The store manager was very helpful and kind and helped get the shade I desired. He even respectful handled another rude customer while helping me. Very flexible and understanding. Thank you ACE!

Ace is great! Prices are fairly competitive, but not the best. Despite that I still find myself going here frequently because its so convienent, the people are knowledgeable, and they have many odds n ends the big box stores dont carry. Highly recomended!

I was helped without hesitation by numerous employees and was easily able to find parts that solved my exterior plumbing issue. Will come here more often. In comparison, Lowes and Home Depot are chaotic and impersonal.

The lady working at the cash register and (I believe) the manager (older gentleman with dark hair) we so amazingly helpful this morning getting me a car battery starter. The lady went above and beyond and was genuinely friendly, as well as the gentleman. You never find that type of customer service anymore. Very large store with so much stuff and services.

I gave it a 4 because this ace hardware is kind of far from me overall 5 I give cause when Im over there I go take a look and then believe. ACE is an extreme place where the helpful hardware folks have the duty to display tools also other items for practically all those trades by lining its shelves with products that gives craftsmen/persons imagination to build and shoppers like me a reason to go look see what I might have crafty in me.

Ace Hardware cant match the selection of the big box stores, but they probably have what you need to get your weekend project done, and you can get in and out of there in a lot less time. Nice, helpful employees too. My favorite hardware store.

I cannot say enough about the personnel who work there, from the cashier all the way through to the post office. If at anytime there isnt some friendly person without advice to help me solved a problem, then I know I entered the wrong store! Very friendly staff. I asked for a product and the gentleman walked me over to two different areas and helped me choose the best product for what I needed.

People are nice/very helpful and its local, but its a lot more expensive than Lowes/Home Depot. So go to big box and never receive help or customer service for cheaper or pay more and get great service. Its a per need decsion Id say.

As a vet that has an issue with wearing a mask which I explained. The counter person was extremely rude. I shouldn’t have to explain my problems to people working in a store. If I don’t wear a mask that’s my prerogative.

Expensive compared to big box stores, but its convenient and the staff is helpful and friendly.

My local Ace Hardware. I wouldnt trade it for anything. Great people and great service. Good selection of 95% of what you need for most projects. Saves me hours of searching in the Big Box stores. You can grab-n-go in 10 minutes or less! The same time it takes just to get through the parking lot at the Big Box stores.

If I could I would give it a no star review because they kicked me out for looking around.Earlier that day I had got something at this store no problems until I came back then I put my bookbag down I go and grab a cart and a manager comes up to me and asks me what are you getting here today my reply was oh Im just looking around he said you cant do this this is not your hangout place keep in mind I barely go to this Ace Hardware when I do its near Christmas time. I then returned my products and got a refund

I really want to like my local hardware shop. I have had some good experiences, but many of the old timers working there only want to talk to old timer customers.My hope was that a store like this would have superior service and I could be in and out much faster than a warehouse style hardware store. That doesnt seem to be the case here.

Probably my worst experiences ever.I just drove 20 minutes to this store because their website indicated they have two of a particular item in stock and I needed one so off I went.The problem is/was three were none in.stock and the employees were anything but helpful. Frankly they didnt seem to care whatsoever.

The back of my key fob fell off with the battery, so not only did I not know what battery to buy, I didnt have anyway to hold the battery on to the fob. Chris found what battery I need and personally cut a piece of wood to fit the back of my fob to hold the key on. Definitely went over and beyond in service.
