This location is not trucks friendly. The people are not friendly. I will strongly advice you before you drive out there. No, I mean absolutely no overnight parking and make sure you have enough hours. The entrance is socks and bad 👎 looks like someone driveway. Good luck and God be with you.

1st very tight facility. 2nd follow direction that are posted further down in comments. 3rd I had a 0900 appointment. Its now 1600 and just put in a door. Not sure if they are just extremely slow or there was a issue in the warehouse. Very friendly people though. Not really gonna slam them. No overnight parking.

Yes just facility is very tight and in a residential neighbourhood. However if you follow the directions that they give if you call their number you will have no problem getting here safely.The staff are some of the nicest people youll ever meet!Thank you!!!

Yes youre driving a little in neighborhoods, HOWEVER!!! If you follow Janis directions (theyre posted deeper on here in the comments) you will be able to get here effortlessly (albeit a little nerving tho). But it can be done, I havent gotten unloaded yet I so I cant speak on that but its all apart of the trucking game so take your time, slice the pie if you need to and charge it to it. New rule-JBS trucking gets to skip the line. I was 1st here at 0630 and JBS came about 0645. Guess who went 1st. 0715 JBS gets into the dock, unloaded by 0830. I get door at 0840 to. New info. Kevin says we can do a 10 rest break on the lot where you enter from on south side entrance.

This place is definitely not trucker friendly. First you have to drive through urban Cincinnati Ohio to get to it. Small narrow streets and big heavy trucks were never met to be together. Secondly, the warehouse sits up on a hill overlooking many homes and several small businesses. And thirdly, and perhaps most ridiculous of all, there are no street signs directing you to to appropriate driveway, as Zuanenburg has 2 of them. An entry and an exit. You simply have to make a guess as to which driveway to take. As I found out, if you pick wrong, there is no room to turn around up on the hill, as cars and trailers are everywhere. The driveway to the south is the entrance. But no one tells you until you check in at the office. Good luck.

The people are nice and thats about it. Dont book a reload within 4 hours of your appointment time here. This place is SLOW! I cant stress that enough, and it is not designed for big trucks.

Very nice people I enjoyed working with him today when I was doing a pickup. But just like what everybody else says here the area to maneuver in the shipping dock area is a joke . Be careful who all come here

I avoid going to this place because theres hardly any room to get turned around or places to drop empty trailers

Give this place 4stars cuz you can call them on 24hr phone and get directions. I highly suggest you definitely call for direction if driving a semi and 53 foot trailer. Staff are super friendly and unloading dont take too long.Be careful coming to this location, lots of neighborhood streets and tight turns.

I would give this place a minus starTerrible place to get to and terrible place to get around. Nobody knowwhats going on and only 1 dock for perishable. Dont keep appt times. Hope I never deliver there again

If you are delivering fresh meat. Be prepared to be there for a while. Very slow unloading process.

Place is not truck friendly but can park on the entrance between bank and little convenience store. Slow unload. Appointment was for 7 am did not get in door until 8 and was completed until almost 12. But they apologized and the lady at desk very helpful with directions. I recommend calling her for directions or have her fax or email

This place is definitely not trucker friendly, like somebody said but its true. I am glad that i didnt come here in the night time. A lot of mountains. Very sharp curves around the town. Truckers get the good directions before you even try to come. I am telling you i did my directions myself after i check their reviews but didnt help enough, get more direction from them before anything. I dont know, for me its done, i dont need to come back here again when the loads are very cheap. And one more thing is they have only one dock for receiving. No parking, a lot of cars every where and make sure you take the second entrance and have power to make it on top of hill... a lot to say, but....

5hrs to get unloaded. Avoid the place truck drivers.

Appt 8am. Checked in @ 0715. My appt didnt mean a thing. Was put 3rd in line and not out of there until 1400. Screwed me over bigtime. Thats the facts. You be the judge.

Get there early to avoid traffic. Apps. Only. Dont park in dock unless u got 6 am . go to the storage sign. Trun in there go up hill. Only room for 1 truck..

The worst experience Ive ever had in 17 yrs of driving. I asked how much longer was it gonna be unloading me an the dock worker said he would beat my ads an kill me if I went into the office an asked that ? Again. Never again

Slow.. I was told a 9am appointment arrived at 0815. Appointment times didnt seem to matter I was put in the door at 1020 and didnt leave till almost 1... 21 pallets of raw meat. No overnight parking and not a truck friendly area at all.

Delivered here several times. Ive never had to wait very long at all. Nice people.

Waited there for 6.5 hours to get unloaded appointment time doesn’t mean much here it’s more 1st come and late serve. No parking at the facility for over night and make sure to take 2nd entrance to the faciliti passing the building and between the buildings.
