USED to be a 5 star rating. This place has gone down hill under new ownership. Customer service is horrible! I always greet the cashier when I walk into a store. Here, you get a mean glance in return with no greeting! Staple items are typically out of stock from soda to tobacco. I have been going to this store for 30 years but now I will travel a few extra blocks to get what I need with friendly service. Get it together Ravine Street Market or sell to someone who wants to provide customer service to the neighborhood!
My favorite place to go! Friendly staff, decent selection. Always clean and stocked.
Go in having full convo with guy no mask...i come in a get one finger held in my face as to say one minute while she puts her mask on one star for fakeness
This is a weird little corner store with a strange atmosphere. There always seems to be a different person behind the counter everytime I go. Theres a decent variety of craft beers and other alcoholic beverages and prices that are in line with the other corner stores in the area. The prices for the food and non-alcoholic beverages that they do sell are pretty high.
While pricier than a supermarket like Kroger, this little corner store offers a surprisingly diverse selection and the staff there are always extremely pleasant. If you run out of something and need to make an emergency run for basics (eggs, bread, flour, etc.) or booze, or you just like supporting a small business, Ravine Street Market is a great asset to the neighborhood.Another great perk of the store, is that, if you are a regular customer, they will happily stock any personal requests you might have, if they can get them.
Their selection of somewhat Limited items is enough to save you from having to walk up Mount Everest also known as Ravine Street up to Clifton to get something
Very convenient considering there are no other stores in this area. You will definitely pay for convenience at this place...Nice selection of merchandise.
I have been a patron for 2 years now. They have always had a good deal on beer and a pretty nice wine and liquor selection for a corner store. I have been to almost ever one in Clifton and although riddle rd has more options for craft beer, Ravine wins my business ever time. There is a slight up charge compared to Kroger, but that is expected and it’s less than Joey’a Deli, right up the street. Last time I wentI got a case of keystone for $10.99! Can’t beat that!
Prices are too expensive. They never answer the phone and their food selection is really small. They are beneficial for cigarettes if you are carless.
They dont have 12 packs of most name brand pop
Good prices, and parking lot to the side of the building which is rare for a convenience store in the area!
Friendly staff. Clean place.
Highly recommended. More selections on the beer and If they dont have the kind you are looking for they have a list where you or they will right it down so it can be ordered right away. The staffs are very Friendly and always putting a smile on your face.
This place is just like any corner store everybody knows your name theyre always very personal and personable and everytime me and my kids went in there the owners would always give my kids suckers and give him a big hug I love this place
