Better than the typical Walmart experience. This one was clean, and most of the customer service ppl were alright. Four stars instead of five because I had asked nicely for a worker to watch my stuff very quickly while I used the restroom after I had checked out. She said No. Otherwise, great time once again at Walmart!

I and my family most certainly ny children extremely love love walmart to death lol always have once my daughter found out what all they be having in stock on just regular days there she was hooked 1st walnart visit lol as were the rest of the family as well so yes we ALL as a FAMILY just super loves every and anything Walmart always lol

There was elder lady who got over heated. the crew working durning the parade brought out water a chair. So she could stay and sit enjoy the rest of the parade she was so thankful for the help my self was thankful they have a helping hands. Proud to see such caring crew thank you for all the help them..Great crew working that day..

I busted two Walmarts today because the Milford Walmart lady at the front desk blatantly lied to me about what I needed to return an item... I didnt argue or scoff just called the 1800walmart line and reported the incident and asked if what the employee told me about my interim state Id was true, it was not true and was a lie the employee had made up not sure why it was necessary to do that Maybe shes unhappy and likes to attempt to upset customers, so today I got my kicks calling and reporting this asshat employee, after I ended my complaint call I completed my return at Amelia with zero issues even had a few laughs with the Amelia desk worker

First time using crib side pick up. We got there a little early. I could tell right away that its very popular. The associates was very busy. I appreciate them working hard and fast to get peoples orders out. I will use them again.

I like this walmart because its convenient but they need to hire more cashiers or get some self check outs. There is no reason why ppl are out here looking for work but walmart dont have but 4 cashiers...lol cmon

It was really a nice day when I walked into the Walmart store that is only 5 minutes from my home if I was walking fast which is normal to me . But I walked in and found what I was looking for pretty quickly. The lines werent long and everyone was smiling. I bought what I came for and then returned home. I must write that I hope everyone who walks in there has a good day like I did. Great job to Everyone who walks in with a smile, and walks out with a smile!!! Walmart on Ferguson Avenue!!!

I was able to find Halloween costumes for my Grandsons & they had plenty of costumes for little girls considering how crowded it was.

It wasnt busy. There were a lot of empty shelves, some were getting stocked while I was there so I dont think they stayed that way. The lack of helpful employees is why I removed a star.

It was easy to find what I needed however, the lines were so long and there was no self checkout. I got one item and had to wait most of the time in the line.

I was looking to resupply my yard for making hats and scarves for friends and family this winter but I was sad to see the amount of regular yard Walmart had it seems like theyre expanding more more on baby yarn and thicker yarn thats more expensive and doesnt go as far the shelves I totally needed restocking were going into the fall and more people will be knitting and crocheting and making things for winter sadly Myers has more yarn and a better selection but its farther from my home.

The girl that cashed us out was super nice but the lines were just WAY TO LONG! And we just watched a few employees not doing anything!

I like the store but some of the people that shop there are rude & ghetto. For my first time in there last time I went to black girls were cussing each other out yelling at each other in the front of the store up by the entrance. My 8 year old was scared to death. We was straight down the isle from them by the food. They was both yelling they was going to shoot each other. Like 6 cops came up on them and arrested them. I never seen anything any where violent but there.

I love Walmart but they havent been stocking the candy isle for a few months and I spend more time in line than I do shopping.

Due to Dunham Trail I can get to Wal-Mart in about 15-20 minutes 🚶. So, I shop here rather frequently. I enjoy the kind and helpful staff. Plus this Wal-Mart rarely runs out of the things I shop there for. They keep themselves stocked, and not from lack of business either, cause their parking lot is always full of customers. If I have a larger load of items after shopping, but dont want to call a cab or order an Uber or whatever, SORTA just redone a lot of their routes and theres a lot more buses that comes to this Wal-Mart out front on Ferguson Ave. Next to or across from Cincinnati Police Department- District 3

Just a few items that Ive picked up from our local Walmart. I just wish they would have more cashiers... Especially late at night... Its kinda nerve-racking having to wait sometimes.

Staff was very very helpful and I had asked where a few items were located. I got great assistance showing Me where My items would be. 1 staff person walked Me right to My item!!!!! Cashier was Smiling and courteous

Power was out yesterday so when I arrived I could not pick up my online order. Today I returned about 9 to learn the pickup is only open until 8 pm. Despite there being 3 people behind the service counter, they would not do me a favor. Parking lot was littered with debris. Only one entrance was open at that hour and only one sliding door at the open entrance was functioning leading to a traffic jam of people. Large sections of the grocery were completely out of stock.

Found everything I was looking for and much more. Friendly staff, nice and clean. Everyone was very helpful. Definitely recommend this location.

Well, its a Walmart. Many workers that just dont care, poor management and clientele that you usually only see on youtube.

Having extensive experience as a TLE/Auto Tech, and being a previous employee of a year and a half in another Walmart, I will never take my vehicle here again for any service, I brought in a recently purchased vehicle that, for some bizarre reason, had its lug nuts reversed, after telling me that they had attempted to loosen them, I assure you, all they did was look at it, there were 4 people on duty, 2 were doing an oil change at the start, thats all well and good, but then proceeded to stand around while the other tech finished mounting the other 3 tires I had purchased. After leaving the store, I drove immediately to the Tire Discounters in that very same lot, broke all the reversed lug nuts by hand, and they mounted and balanced it afterwards. I despise being patronized and lied to.

No help ever when you go to this place its like they dont have any employees. And the ones they do have are all rude

Only complaints i have is why is there only ever 3 to 5 registers open for the whole dang store. And why are your beauty and nail and skincare and hair care products always empty now days. But I LOVE LOVE LOVE the new clearness aisle they have in the back by electronics.

This is one of the best cleanest Walmart stores I been in a while. I want to not only thank the managers its the workers that impressed me very helpful and friendly which is something I havent seen at some Walmarts in a long time. What ever this Walmart is doing keep up the great work! I will vist this store more I will be back and thank you all for a great shopping experience 😀!

Not enough selection. I remember when this location first opened up on the hill, it was amazing then. You had all kinds of choices. The location of this store is in a small town and they need to be twice the size it is. I feel like food and clothes has taken over. Most of the time its easier to order on line or make the trip to Kentucky or Ohio so youll find what you need.

Long lines with minimal staffing. Pretty average. Large grocery section and nice produce/bakery section. About what you expect from that company.

I really do save on pantry goods and household products here...you can usually get through checkout quickly during the afternoon..

Good location for its geography. Very staffed and stocked. A lot of teens hang in the lot so lock up. Security on site. Small lot. Attached to a outsmart and a kroger!

Low on almost every food choice, only two cashiers at any given time.

Had my tires changed here and when I talked to them they said they would be around three hundred eighty dollars! After they were on my car the price was five hundred eight dollars? The guy who changed my tires took it out to test them and he smoked them off! I dont do that to my car so why did he think he should! I would not recommend this place to anyone else!

Awful. never coming back here again! Ive tried to get an oil change twice in the past 2 weeks around 3:30, theyre supposed to be open till 7:00 but theyve been closed both times. ridiculous. then they lock the door so I couldnt get back out to my car so I tried to go through the flower garden door and thats locked too at 4:00. lines are ridiculously long and they have about four registers open. if its so ghetto, then they need to just shut it down.

I had a good experience here the other day and was in and out fast with the self check out.

I had a appointment at 12pm to get my tires balanced. I was the very 1st customer there, instead of helping me first they help a lady who is getting a oil change. I had been at the location since 11:40 and at 12:13 had still yet to be helped. The staff was all over the place it was not organized at all. What’s the point of making an appointment if they are going to help walk-in customer first. Completely unorganized. I’m never returning to this location for automotive services.

Wasnt to bad the lines wasnt to long and that made getting in and out very easy they pretty much always have what you are looking for so no complaints 😉

Not the cleanest, most organized and well stocked Walmart. It was kind of junky. Probably will visit another location next time.

It was horrible! No cashiers. The lines were all the way into the clothes at every register. I asked an associate to call the manager to tell him how long the lines were. I was informed he already knew yet he did NOTHING about it. Worse customer service experience ever! Sad. Not worth the one star but that was the only way to post. Negative 10 was more like it.

Was going to apply there 4 a job. But, the 1 person didnt even meet my hubby & she just blurted out that he was ignorant. I dont know when or if Ill ever go back to Ferguson Rd Walmart.

It was ok. They were out of a lot of things I needed both clothes and food items. I wish it wasnt the closet walmart to me or I would go somewhere else. I may have to consider driving a little further

I can get peace of mind

The employees directed us specifically to what we wanted - a whiteboard and a wallet. 2 different employees for 2 different sections. We found what we needed according to these directions and checkout went smoothly. At first there was a long line until another employee came over to take another register, which split the line in half. Excellent.

Contrary to ALL the signs, painted markers on the road, bright orange painted corner of the building stating Pick Up AND the special painted parking spots labeled Pick Up the pick up area has moved to the middle of the lot. Finally worked this out on my own after 35 minutes of waiting & only noticed as I was planning to leave (I had a kid to pick up at the bus stop). Extremely frustrating....almost as frustrating as going inside that place!

Ahhhh..... Its a walmart. Employees goof off alot and dont really care about their job especially in the electronics department and when stocking shelves really wont receive any help when you go there so you kinda already got to know what youre looking for. Stood there for half an hour waiting on someone to come back to help me after i spoke to an employee and they walked around me like they didnt work there.Some items are limited on variety. Shelves are somewhat stocked most of the time. The store is clean. Lines get hectic and strangely long at peak times. Twice ive walked out before because of it. Need better security also people could roll right out the door with stuff that never makes it to a cash register.

They were rude and people need to realize they have a job to do and if they have a problem with it then they should reconsider their life and career choices. If the business is open til 11 the employees need ro account for check out times and people who are still shopping. Also, they do not have the right to refuse entry until 11pm and even after that the people inside still have the right to finish shopping at their own pace. They shouldnt be allowed to tell people they have to hurry and check out anf leave because its closed. If they dont like their jobs that much...GO FIND A NEW ONE!!!

Its ok as far as Walmart goes, sometime they are out of stuff but it is the closets to me. The staff are fun.
