A friend and I had been working on a project for a week, and had been stuck trying to resize a sheet of glass. We called close to closing time, came in, and the work was completed way faster than we anticipated. It made our day.

They have a great selection of painting supplies and can order in specialty items that arent in stock.I own a small business and need paint/painting supplies on an occasional basis (Im not a professional painter). I enjoy that they stock a wide variety of professional grade products making it easy to find the right tools and materials for the job. Tack on the knowledgeable staff who are great at recommending the right kinds of paints and the way to use them (correctly) and youll find yourself looking for projects to tackle just for the fun of it.

Great local shop for screen and old window repair. The paint seems pricy, but the people are friendly and knowledgeable. Shop local!

Needed a piece of tempered glass to replace a refrigerator shelf. I called around to various places and they were by far the least expensive. Went in to order and they took me through the options. Within a week I had my glass and it was perfect.

A bird crashed into the window in my husbands office. Strange enough only the interior window broke. Called some local places and after getting quoted $59 to come out plus hourly charge for installation and then would have to buy the glass decided to look elsewhere. Called Oakely Paint and Glass. They dont do on site work, but we were told if we brought the window in they would fix it. Two hours and $72 dollars later we had a brand new window back in place. Thank you!

Quality paint products and sundries for all projects. Staff is very knowledgeable if you have any questions on procedures to apply products as well. Great glass department with very reasonable pricing and quick turn around for glass and screens. Have been a big customer for over 20 years and I have been to all other paint stores around the tri-state area and none compare to Oakley for service, products, and customer satisfaction.

Skip the big box stores and go here. Great service, deep knowledge, no bull. If you have an old house, check out the color pallette from California Paints (oddly enough, a New England company), which is one of the brands they rep. Excellent quality paint too, especially the Ultra Aquaborne Ceramic Interior. They also rep Pratt&Lambert (great, but more expensive), PPG professional and many specialty coatings too.
