I called to inquire regarding mirrors for our bath remodel, Mark answered all my questions, gave me helpful advice then promptly (within 45 minutes) sent me a quotation. The order was completed on time which was great but the staff was best of all. Friendly greetings from all and a very helpful and courteous young man named Justin helped me load the mirrors in my vehicle. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Our family business has been around for over 40 years and one of our major pain points on every bathroom remodel was the shower glass...until we were introduced to Alluring Glass! The process of communication, timing and quality was severely lacking with our previous vendor and those are the very areas the great team at Alluring Glass excels in. Their team is always available, ready and happy to help. I know all the guys by name. The templating is great for they have pictures on their iPad of all the different ideas and options so my client has all the choices they need. The turn-around is usually a week, instead of the 2-3 I was used to waiting. All in all, the staff at Alluring, from sales to installation, is top notch. High quality, high character people. You can tell they value relationships and work hard to keep them strong.

I was not impressed with this company! We put half down on our credit card to order our shower doors. After waiting 2 weeks for our shower door to be installed, the installer said the doors did not fit and were ordered incorrectly. My husband was told someone from AG would contact us. We never received a phone call from AG. My husband had to contact AG to see what was going on and confirm the correct doors were ordered. It would be another 2 week wait to order the correct shower doors. AG said they would take $150 off our remaining balance. The second install was set for 3-17. My husband waited around all day. After the time window for AG to show up passed, my husband called AG to get some answers. (Not sure we got an answer as to what happened) AG said they would be out the next day. After the 3rd attempt our shower doors were installed. The installer went to collect the remaining balance. My husband informed him the balance was incorrect because AG was giving $150 off due to their error. We were told someone at AG would contact us regarding the final payment. We have yet to be contacted by anyone from AG! A review of our credit card statement I found AG charged our credit card the remaining balance minus the $150 but did so WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION! And we have yet to receive a receipt for the purchase made! Our shower doors are beautiful but AG customer service is horrible.

We ordered a new frameless shower door from Alluring Glass. It was cut too small and it leeks every time the shower is used. We have called and emailed AG and they have not responded to any of our calls or messages. The door should never have been installed in the first place as it is clearly too small. It is very obvious upon looking at the door that it is too small. The door was installed on March 30, 2021 and AG is completely unresponsive to date. We are very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.

As a contractor I’ve used Alluring Glass numerous times for custom shower doors and mirrors. Due to the quality of their work and the professionalism shown by every crew I’ve worked with, I will never use another company.

After one ignored email we went to their office, were told to submit our measurements for five shower doors via email, and that we should expect a response w/ quote within a day.This was two week ago. They continue to ignore our emails and didn’t return our call. Take your hard earned money to someone that knows what they’re doing.

Alluring Glass was recommended to us by a contractor since we were in the market for a frameless shower door. They came out and measured and the price quote was well under the other two places we had shopped. Two weeks later, the installers came out and we could not be more happy. Summary: They wasted my time. Never again!Yes, they are professional, and seem knowledgeable, but ultimately proved to be a complete waste of my time. I first contacted them via email, provided exact measurements via drawing, they gave me a quote in the $1,700s. I expressed interest and asked for confirmation that the price range was indeed correct, before we moved forward with measurement etc. I did NOT want to waste my time with bait/switch tactics.Sure enough, they sent someone for measurement, and even though the overall measures where equal or slightly smaller, their formal quote came back higher at a whopping $750 difference. (!). When I asked for clarification on this matter, I was told they had added a bevel at the joints, or something to that effect. Certainly nothing they told me accounted for this monstrous price difference. Ultimately, they completely wasted my time. They had EVERY piece of information they needed to give me a formal quote with my first communication, but they played games. Bait and switch, not for me. Never again with this company.

As a professional remodeler, we rely on our trade partners to provide the same high level of service and quality that we do.
