The window is only 6 years old and already is foggy . Although there was no written warranty we have been told that they only offer a 5 year warranty . What ??? On a 2500 window . So I need to buy another one for $2500 or more and will it only last five years or just six years and then I have to replace it again I guess it’s common to replace this type of window every five years… I don’t think so and question the quality of their work. Would not use this company again with this type of warranty most window companies offer a 10 year warranty at least and or one that is prorated to not offer anything after the expense of this window is ridiculous so buyer beware check your warrantees

Amazing turnaround! Appollo fixed a 37x19 inch frame for a screen. They fixed all 4 corners which were broken, and put a new screen into it. I had been told by other businesses that it could not be repaired! I dropped the screen off on Saturday, expecting it to be ready by Tuesday, but the repair was done that same day. I am very happy with the repair.

I was impressed because I called this company on Wednesday for glass repair and they told me they would be out the next day. I then called them the next day at about 12:30 PM after not hearing from them and I was told that my time was between 12 and 1 and that the technician will be calling me shortly.Then about 430 I called them back she said that the technician had called me which I told her that was not true because I have not missed any phone calls I can clearly see on my cell phone so then she says they will come out the next day and asked me for a time that’s convenient. I asked for the morning she said fine they’ll be out between 10 or 11 or something like that which would’ve been today. We’re at the end of the day today, Friday and I have not received one call from this company. At this point I’m looking to do business with a different company; they can’t even come out for the estimate when they say that they’re coming.

What a hot mess of a company! Im shocked they can stay in business. My father recommended them and I didnt do my homework to look elsewhere but I should have. I placed an order with a man on the phone who said he usually didnt take orders but figured he could. I told him I needed a 4.5 by 3.5 mirror for my bathroom vanity. He said he would send me a receipt for it and when I asked when it would be ready for pick up he said someone would call me the next morning to let me know. I never received that phone call and the receipt I got was for a different order from a different customer. Every time I contact them they said someone will call me back the next morning, apparently the folks who answer the phone are not capable of answering questions. They never call back in the morning its always mid afternoon by the time they get around to it. They made a mirror for me that is larger than I ordered and wont fit in the space I have for it. Now its two weeks later, I still dont have a mirror in my bathroom and Im looking for a different company. Take your business somewhere else!

Revising this review up to 5-stars. I called them on Saturday about replacing a 21 x 28 glass in my back door. The glass wasnt broken but was the original from the 1950s and wasnt sealed, causing a draft. They were able to schedule the following Monday at 8 AM and quickly replaced the glass with a thicker and more insulated piece of safety glass. Solved the problem quick with zero hassle and showed up on time so I could get to work after the install.I had a great experience with Apollo Glass. Dale was able to stop by my house to provide a next-day estimate to replace a fogged window. The installer arrived on-time and quickly installed the glass, was totally hassle free. I did have to ask them to clean/razor off the glass before they wrapped up, which is why Im giving them four stars. Otherwise they were friendly, punctual and got the job done! I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

A man came out to hang mirrors for me in my bedroom. He was early to the appointment, was very courteous and professional. He had a very personable attitude. The mirrors were hung up beautifully and I am very pleased with the service provided. Fast, polite and an affordable price. I recommended this company to my friends and family. Very satisfied! Thank you.

So far so good through the quotation and estimate process. Very friendly and easy to work with. I will update during construction and procurement if we choose Apollo.

My wife and I placed an order here for a piece of tempered glass to fit our table top. When we brought it home, we found a chip in the side of the glass and a hairline crack down the center. The measurements that were given were not followed and now the glass does not sit evenly on the table top. In addition to all of this, the glass is not tempered which means it could shatter if a hot plate touches it. We will not return.

I ordered a piece of tempered glass for the top of an Antique Wagon and it was PERFECT!!! Im getting ready to order a piece of glass to repair an aquarium and Im definitely calling Apollo for this as well. Great Company with an extremely helpful and friendly Staff!

I contacted this company to replace numerous screens at our place. They were polite and scheduled me immediately. I called the day of to confirm the appointment and they said they would be there and would call on the way. I did receive a call from the estimator (Dale) and he said he was leaving another appointment heading my way. I left work four hours early to meet him which was prearranged AND requested him call me if he showed up before me, but I was emphatic that I was leaving work to head home immediately. I showed up and no one was there so I called the company and they said he left because no one was home. Terrible customer experience and Ive called six times trying to reschedule and no one will return my call.

Bought a piece of glass to replace broken one for house window, they cut it quickly, correctly, and for a reasonable price. Very personable, gave me option of them putting glass in and I was out quickly. Cant see anything they could have done better.

Apollo Glass came to our office to replace some older tinted windows. I was worried that they would not be able to be fixed as they were extremely difficult to open. The employee named Dave who came was very courteous and professional and he was able to replace the glass so that it blended in with the existing windows. Youre better off going somewhere else

Extremely disorganized, unresponsive, and failure to meet deadlines along with poor communication of any plan to address the three things mentioned. I would not recommend this company. to anyone. Highly dissatisfied in how my transaction was handled.

I wish I would have read the reviews before we called them. They came out to look at a window with a broken sash. By the time he left our house, he had made a gap between the glass/sash big enough that now air/water could get into our house! That was Friday and he said hed call with a quote.Monday - We call. No response.Tuesday - We call. No reponse. Later Tuesday, we call and he seems totally unconcerned that its been 4 days since weve heard from him. Then tells us he just needs to replace the entire thing and it will be close to $500 dollars.Well take our business elsewhere.

Ive used Apollo Glass a number of times for both my business and personal needs. Always been helpful and friendly and great service from Dale and Rita. Glass table tops, glass mirror replacements, oven door replacement, and replacement thermopane windows are just some of the services that Ive used them for.

They do an awesome job!

Very poor company to deal with. I made a deposit to get several windows repaired. I had to follow up several times to get the work scheduled. They finally came out and only did part of the repairs. Since then they will not return my calls to get the rest of the work done.
